How “Offended” and “Emotionally Shaken” Lawmakers Responded to This Viral Gun Speech by Nick Freitas:
Delegate Lamont Bagley was really upset, calling the speech “hateful and divisive.”
‘We realize that we live in a ugly political moment. So while we were offended, we were not surprised,’ Bagby said. ‘It should embarrass every member of this body that we have allowed such rhetoric to enter these chambers. Bringing up a very painful past to make a political point is disgusting and poisonous.’ (source)
Delegate Delores McQuinn, who walked out while Freitas was speaking, told reporters:
‘Let us not bring in things that would be hurtful and painful to people who have to live in a skin that some of you will never know and have to endure a reality that being black in America is sometimes difficult.’ (source)
Freitas seemed unconcerned at the outrage, responding:
‘More and more, offense is used as a weapon with which to turn away debate. And I’m not going to accept that.’ (source)
Calls himself a Libertarian-Republican. That’s the kind of talk I like.
Why is honesty so painful? Something is obviously and seriously wrong with the process. Perhaps we are too far gone for a peaceful and amicable resolution. Which leaves only bloodshed and, upon deep reflection, Bring It On!
That route leaves us like Iraq under Saddam.
Factions that hate each other but bow down to a stronger authority and live with each other because they are simply exterminated if they don’t.
“More Refreshing than a Brisk Morning Walk on a Crisp Day”
A Good Morning hummer!
I heard dat!

But Jeeps are cool too. And night rides can also be fun with light-bars mounted on the roof.
With those tires wet grass is a challenge. Another form before function vehicle with what kind of price tag, 70K?
No one looks cool when they get a hummer. Even though they think they do.

Plus heavy. Not a big deal when rolling up paved roads into Mosul.
Hell yes ,been waiting for someone like him to call out the Demoncrats.
The republicans need more passionate and honest people like, Freitas.
The GOP leadership is ready to roll over on the gun issue for fear of losing elections because dems are so fucking vocal they make it sound like the majority of American gun owners want a gun ban.
This is nothing new, it’s just that the MSM has been successful in driving the memes for quite some time, therefore without alternative media (like TBP) you would never EVER hear this. It’s not necessarily that the MSM has to lie, what they don’t tell you is more important than what they do tell you. Memes drive conversation, when there are only memes being driven in a certain direction the conversation is controlled. Even Faux News is complicit, while they may use different words the memes are no different than you’d hear on CNN or CBS.
Stand up and say it brother!!!!!!!
What I would like to ask the demoncrats is, what did he say that wasn’t true?
It was all truth, but unfortunately with Progs and Dems, the truth is irrelevant. To them it is all about the feeeelllllzzzzzzzz don’t ya know. Thinking people like equal opportunity; Dems/Progs want equal outcomes. Thinking people like facts and well-reasoned assumptions; Dems/Progs want emotion, passion and vitriol. Thinking people want a logic trail; Dems/Progs want to tie their opponents up in fallacies and circular arguments.
Hopefully the people of VA send that guy to DC. He seems like he would be on board with some swamp draining.
I guess the guy never heard that reason and logic and cogent, accurate information are not the cornerstones of productive debate. Its all about fevered emotion, propaganda, totalitarian agendas, hatred and of course venomous speeches.
If all the powerful psychoactive pharmaceuticals that nearly every mass shooter has been prescribed and on are not part of the discussion too, then there is also no point in having the discussion. But of course advertising statistics show that 70% of mainstream media news program advertising comes from bigPharma, so we know how far that discussion will go. Add to that the massive contributions that are made to BOTH democrats and republicans at all levels of government and the prospects get even worse.
If we’re gonna draw psychoactive pharmacology into the discussion, then we might as well talk about the rogue state’s role and MK Ultra’s role in the “active shooter” problem. Maybe if we outlawed these there’d be no need to outlaw bumpstocks, standard capacity magazines and then illegalize weapons for those that are deemed old enough to “die for their country” but are no longer deemed fit to possess weapons for the defense of themselves and their families. Pathetic.
True indeed. For all anyone knows, these “shooters” are being recruited by the CIA/NSA/or worse through the very physicians that are prescribing them these drugs. Maybe these drugs (whose prescriptions have been well-documented) lay the mentally-disrupted foundation for MKUltra to be even more effective or for their work to be sustained once they return to the real world and prepare for their mission. When the government controls who can practice medicine, who can write prescriptions, etc. all it takes is some “damaging” evidence and a compliant physician can easily be found.
