I would suppose America’s blind ambition of world dominance to be a major factor in why so many cheer and actively work tirelessly to get back at us any way possible.
Whether in an individual family or the world as a whole, one is always on top and dominates the others. It makes no difference whether this dominance is benign or malignant, that’s the way it is.
That’s the nature of human reality, it has always been and will always be that way.
