Recall what I wrote on the fate of white South African population in March.
The delegation of Boers is currently in Russia, namely in Stavropol Region, and is discussing resettlement of 15,000 Afrikaners to the area (in Russian). The process is obviously not going to be simple–for starters there are very few huge land lots, which Boers got used to own in South Africa, in Stavropol. Boers love hot climate and, obviously, an abundance of the land, say in the Far East, is not going to work. The issue of Boers’ Protestant faith, however, seems to be less profound because local population is generally positively inclined towards having Boers’ community and Boers themselves already stated that they are not going to be “enclosed” into own community. Russians do care about peoples’ honesty and labor ethics first and foremost and Boers easily pass this test. The condition for Boers is, and these are not poor families, to have half-million dollars per family to invest into the economy of the region, which comes naturally once the issue of settlement is, well, settled.
But whatever the outcome of all this is, the whole notion that Boers see Russia as a possible new homeland is telling and it is huge in its implications. It is happening, as I predicted a few years ago, that white Christian peoples (which is by definition–a European root) will increasingly see Russia as their salvation. That is why this Putin’s message at Valdai Forum last year was enormously important. Listen attentively again what he is saying both openly and implicitly.
They had better get a lot of guns and bullets. They won’t get any help or even sympathy. All whites have 2 options. Win or go down fighting.
South Africa is the way it is today largely because of two things- 1. Rhodesia being allowed to burn in the 60s and 70s, and 2. Knucklehead Danny Glover and the Hollywood Jews attacking Apartheid back in the 80s.
It’s was disgrace to the white folks everywhere when Rhodesia castigated, cut off, and left alone to fight the bulk of Southern Africa’s black nationalist Communist terrorists.

Rhodesia was a horrible precedent, and South Africa “going Zimbabwe” would be 10x worse.

Whites of South Africa (Boers or English) only have money if they’ve gotten it out of the country. South Africa exacts a huge tax ($800,000?) to leave the country. They won’t be able to sell their land – especially if they all try do so at once. They’ll be lucky to get out with the shirts on their backs. It could eventually be like the last American helicopters leaving Saigon. I’d try for Australia first, but it’s good to know that Russia may be open to them.

I met 2 South African brothers in the US Virgin Islands in 1995 who saw what was coming and quietly sold off their business and property. Due to currency controls even at that time they purchased gold Krugerands and stashed them in secret compartments in a catamaran that they had built and sailed away to the Caribbean to start a new life. I’m not sure it is possible to do that now.

Boat Guy knows the truth regarding South Africa and not just the reason but the need for apartheid . I worked in the boat business and crossed paths with many South Africans that we’re basicly fleeing their country .

He said everything was going to be fine, no worries…

For many years (10+) South Africa has had various investment allowances, foreign travel allowances, education allowances, gift allowances, etc.
For example, every adult (18+) South African can take up to R10m per annum (a little under US$1m) out of the country under the investment allowance scheme. So for an adult family of 4 that would be around US$3.5 per annum (+/-). The only requirement is a tax clearance certificate which is easy to obtain assuming you have paid your taxes. Plus, every person including children can take travel allowance each year of R1m (adult allowance) which requires nothing more than filling out a form at your bank and an airline ticket. Plus you can take money out to fund overseas studying such as university for your children. Plus businesses can take very large sums of money out for anything genuinely business related. Plus other special allowances for emergencies, etc.
This idea that you have to smuggle out your money in bullion in your boat is nonsense. This is not to say everything is rosy in SA, it is not. But no need to make up more bad news than what already is.
I personally knew the identical twin South African brothers I referred to and had worked on their boat in St Thomas and sailed with them to Puerto Rico on it one time. 1995 was over 20 years ago and some of the details are hazy but I am sure they discussed currency controls and had the Krugerands built into the boat. Maybe the currency controls were different in SA 20+ years ago or the brother I was closest to was bullshitting me but I can’t think of any reason why he would unless they were doing something illegal or running from something.

25 (+/-) years ago there were far more stringent currency controls. There were no investment allowances for the individual. Money could be moved overseas but you had to go through tough applications to do so. There were travel allowances for vacations etc. but over and above that and it was indeed harder to move any large amounts. This was not so unusual and the purpose of those controls was to protect the value of the South African Rand against other currencies. It was not designed to hurt white people per-se and in fact currency controls were implemented by and during the white government era. This was actually a good thing in retrospect as it did serve that purpose and protect/help the economy during the years of sanctions against”white” South Africa. Cannot blame the ANC for currency controls which were implemented by the previous “white” government.
Under the ANC and since about 10+ years ago currency controls have been dropped to the point where the average person with reasonable wealth (e.g. a few million US dollars worth) could move all their money overseas, invest in foreign markets, buy houses/land overseas, educate their children overseas, etc., etc. Of course, the downside is that the SA Rand has fallen like a friggen brick vs. hard currencies like the US$ and GB£. And that is a reflection, at least in part, on the SA economy and general belief in the future of SA.
By the way, many countries have at one time or another implemented currency controls including such first-world, “free” countries like the UK.
The problems in SA are complex and a lot of it is created by politicians seeking power. But for the average person currency controls is not really a major problem (excepting that the Rand has been on a long-term slide against other major currencies).
Side note: Please also know that in 1995 when your friends left SA the country was actually in a optimistic state – the ANC had won the election and Mandela was the president. There was no violence and the country were happy with Mandela as a president (rightly or wrongly – will leave that debate aside). The ANC had only been in power 1 year by the time your friends left. The country was very happy with Mandela, things were good, the economy was good, property prices boomed, we had the world cup football in 2000, the world cup rugby in 1995 which SA won. The country was in a mood of great optimism. And it was all still largely driven by the white establishment and power base at that time.

I would add that the problems in SA are very bad and the attacks against the mainly Afrikaner boer (farmer) community is terrible. It is not just that there are farm attacks but the nature of the extreme violence used is truly disgusting. It is the violence of the mentally deranged I think. I don’t know how SA will solve this problem but I do know that the Afrikaner community are very concerned about it.
Unfortunately for the white people the politicians have learned that the easy scape-goat for all that ails SA is to blame the whites. And when you have a large uneducated and poor population, high unemployment, rampant aids, rampant corruption from bottom to top, then you can see that the chances are stacked against SA. It is not a certainty if the powers that be choose wisely but who knows if they will …
South African whites are far better off in Russia. The PTB in America would rather have the unwashed thundering herd stampede across our southern border and eventually turn us into another version of South Africa. The influx will continue unabated, you can rest assured that our chosen masters have planned to our dismal future just as they have advanced that same agenda in other white nations. Sadly,whitey, in all likelyhood will continue to willingly comply with all of the PC bullshit, like the frog in the pot of warming water, that will eventually lead to his demise.
