Light It Up?

The Guardians of the Galaxy at National Public Radio were beside themselves Wednesday night reporting that “the lights are blinking red for a 2018 election attack by Russia.” Well, isn’t that an interesting set-up? In effect, NPR is preparing its listeners in advance to reject and dispute the coming midterm election if they’re not happy with the results. Thus continues America’s institutional self-sabotage, with the help of a news media that’s become the errand boy of the Deep State.

What do I mean by the Deep State? The vested permanent bureaucracy of Washington DC, and especially its vastly overgrown and redundant “Intel Community,” which has achieved critical mass to take on a life of its own within the larger government, makes up its own rules of conduct, not necessarily within the rule of law, and devotes too much of its budget and influence defending its own prerogatives rather than the interests of the nation.

Personally, I doubt that President Putin of Russia is dumb enough to allow, let alone direct, his intel services to lift a finger “meddling” in the coming US midterm election, with this American intel behemoth vacuuming every digital electron on earth into the NSA’s bottomless maw of intercepted secrets. Mr. Putin must have also observed by now that the US Intel Community is capable of generating mass public hallucinations, to the beat of war-drums, and determined not to give it anything to work with. That’s my theory about what Russia is up to. If you have a better one, let’s hear it?

Another curious incident played out on CNN earlier this week when Max Boot, senior fellow at the Council of Foreign Relations (the Deep State faculty lounge) faced off against Russia historian/scholar Stephen F. Cohen of Princeton on Anderson Cooper’s prime-time show. “Russia is attacking us right now according to Trump’s own Director of National Security (Daniel Coates)!” Mr. Boot shrilly declared.

“I’ve been studying Russia for forty-five years,” Mr. Cohen replied, “I’ve lived in Russia and I’ve lived here. If Russia was attacking us, we would know it.”

“You’ve consistently been an apologist for Russia in those last 45 years,” Mr. Boot riposted.

“I don’t do defamation of people; I do serious analysis of serious national security policy,” Mr. Cohen rejoined. “When people like you call people like me ‘apologists for Russia’ because we don’t agree with your analysis, you are criminalizing diplomacy and detante and you are the threat to national security.”

Referee Anderson Cooper stepped in: “So, finally Stephen, you’re saying Russia was not attacking the United States?”

“Yes, I don’t think they attacked the United States,” Cohen said.

“You’re apologizing for Russia as we speak,” Mr. Boot inserted.

“This is low-level stuff that went on,” Mr. Cohen said. “It is not 9/11. It is not Pearl Harbor. It is not Russian paratroopers descending on Washington. This kind of hyperbole, ‘an attack on America,’ suggests that we need to attack Russia….I think Mr. Boot would have been happy if Trump had waterboarded Putin at the summit and made him confess….”

Notice how astonished Mr. Cooper was to hear the view that Russia did not attack the US. It’s inconceivable in the universe-as-known-to-CNN, so potent is the hallucination there that even the water-cooler is bubbling with angst. Oh, and by the way, do any of you readers actually know how the duties of the Director of National Security (Mr. Coates) differ from the Director of the CIA (Gina Haspel) or the Director of the NSA (Paul M. Nakasone)?

In case you are mystified as to why a considerable portion of the public is disgusted with the news media, it is as simple as this: they appear to be an instrument of that permanent government bureaucracy, doing its bidding, defending its criminal mischief, and covering up its dishonesty. Proof of that is the media’s conspicuous inattention to the now well-documented political depravity in another arm of the Intel Community, the FBI — a much more compelling story of villainy than 13 Russian Facebook trolls and the alleged (still unproven) hacking of the DNC.

Donald Trump, aka the Golden Golem of Greatness, may be an unappetizing and embarrassing president. But is the Deep State ready to start a world war just to shove him offstage? Or burn down the constitution? While CNN stands by with Jeri-cans of gasoline?

The DNC has explained, in documented Court Transcripts: They are within their rights robbing an election…

Jesus Christ, go get Your Mother… don’t tell Dad, but the whole Martyr thing needs reevaluation… In fact, Mary must have some pull… and Dad needn’t really know, senile likely… so:

Cue the firing squad; this whole Forgiveness thingy has gotten a tad out of hand.

Save some metal urgency for the Republicans as well. The ONLY reason P Trump emerged is because he was scripted as “beyond manipulation”.

Loyalty Oaths as k new “Our Fathers” and presently required to pass as “Hail Marys”, must reset the “shining city on a hill”.

Why would Putin lift a finger at this point? All he has to do is raise an eyebrow and the war mongers will start screaming, “See, see, he’s doing it again!”

When Putin looks mystified at the reactions, I think it is genuine. He can’t believe that people are getting this bent out of shape over a few hacked emails, when the U.S. does it all the time.

I’ve had the same thoughts regarding the 2018 midterms. Kinda surprised more people aren’t thinking of it, or talking about it. All this talk about a Russian “threat” to the 2018 election is the perfect set up. It reinforces the completely evidence-free assertion that the Russian government had anything to do with the wikileaks docs, for starters. But, the real reason this is starting now is that the left can sense that their “blue wave” is falling flat and going nowhere. They are already setting up their excuses for failure. Couldn’t possibly be that they just suck and they have no message other than “resistance”. No, its muh russians again…Its a perfect set up for them, though. They have already learned they can get away with entirely evidence free accusations. And if somehow a miracle happens and their ‘blue wave’ materializes, they can still accuse the Russians anyway, claiming they won despite “attempts by Putin/Hitler to influence the election”.

It is amusing to watch the lunatic-run asylum that is the DNC, though. Most of them have to know that some idiotic hispanic communist beating some old white guy in a mostly hispanic district doesn’t mean jack-shit outside that district, so the media treating this as some kind of sign of things to come is, in reality, nothing but a sign of desperation on their part. The communists of the left don’t really make up a majority, not even close. They are just the loudest, and therefore get the most attention. Its an interesting, and hilarious, situation that the democrats find themselves in. They have to pander to the far left, or the crazies will show up at their campaign events and shout them down, or they will get primaried and end up having to spend a considerable amount of their campaign money fighting off an attack from their left before they even get to the general election. If they don’t pander to the far left enough, too many of that fringe left demographic won’t bother voting for them. Pander too much, they risk alienating their base that they need to win. Sure, there’s plenty of completely safe districts and senate seats where this isn’t really a concern, but they can’t win the house or senate with those safe seats alone.

“All this talk about a Russian “threat” to the 2018 election is the perfect set up.”

Yup. Especially if you consider the Gallup Poll I put up a few days ago …… that the number of Americans who actually give a flying fuck about the Russian bullshit story is so small that it doesn’t even register.

” But is the Deep State ready to start a world war just to shove him offstage?” —– article

YES!!! The Deep State and (((others))) are absolutely prepared to start a world war!!!

USA Warfuks are putting together a sanctions “bill from hell” to “punish” Russia which aims to target bothe Russia’s “economy and leadership”! But,hey, ‘Murika does NOT interfere with other nations! Keep telling yourself that until you believe it.

I really don’t know any other way to look at this except that what Amerika is doing is an act of war. It is utterly amazing to me the amount of restraint Putin is showing …. which is one of the reasons I think he’s a true leader, one of the best in the world.

Imagine if the Russian Duma (Congress) openly and blatantly stated their goal was to eliminate American leadership and to destroy the economy. We’d be at war before the fortnight. But, when we do the same to Russia we are The Righteous Ones.

We are a sick and hypocritical country the likes of which never before seen in world history. Can’t wait for this shit to burn to the ground.

=============

The Russian Ruble dropped Thursday to a near-term low after bipartisan US senators announced what they are calling a “bill from hell” round of new sanctions and restrictions targeting the Russian economy and leadership.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), one of the leading proponents of the bill, said the massive present US sanctions against Russia have failed, saying that all of these new sanctions are needed to “punish” Russia.

As currently envisioned, the sanctions target a number of top Russian politicians and “oligarchs.” The bill also aims to severely restrict Russia’s ability to raise sovereign debt, and to restrict their ability to seek investment in energy projects.

There is no timeline for a vote on the bill yet, but reportedly some senators are also lining up to offer amendments adding yet more sanctions or other measures against Russia. This could go on for quite awhile, with almost the whole Senate looking to one-up each other on being anti-Russia these days, and could mean an actual vote won’t happen.

This will just strengthen the alignment of Russia with the BRIC alliance and set the stage for the destruction of the U.S. dollar. WW 3 will follow.

Excerpt of article by Editor of THE EVENT CHRONICLE:

“Challenging America will be the prime focus of extended meetings in Yekaterinburg, Russia (formerly Sverdlovsk) today and tomorrow (June 15-16) for Chinese President Hu Jintao, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and other top officials of the six-nation Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). The alliance is comprised of Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrghyzstan and Uzbekistan, with observer status for Iran, India, Pakistan and Mongolia. It will be joined on Tuesday by Brazil for trade discussions among the BRIC nations (Brazil, Russia, India and China)… They simply want to discuss mutual aid – but in a way that has no role for the United States, NATO or the US dollar as a vehicle for trade. “

If you REALLY want to look at a country that has been, is, and continues to interfere in American elections then look no further than the Land Of Joofuks.

For Crissakes …. they sent over Netenyajoo to DIRECTLY ADDRESS THE U.S. CONGRESS to get us to do HIS bidding … and he received numerous standing ovations!!!! But, nooooo, to bring up Israeli Joofuk interference only makes me an anti-Semite, hahahaha.

I think you oughta take the time to read this relatively short article by Noam Chomsky — himself a liberal Jew — about how badly the Israhell Joofuks screw with American elections.

Fuckit. I know some of you lazy curs won’t move your goddamned mouse over the link, so here it is:

===================================

Noam Chomsky: Russia Isn’t Influencing US Elections—but Israel Definitely Is

But if he weren’t Jewish and left-wing he’d be in trouble for saying the obvious

World-renowned author and lecturer Noam Chomsky pointed out in a recent interview that Israel has actually had far more influence in the United States political system than Russia ever has, in the wake of mass media hysteria about alleged “collusion” in the 2016 election.

In an interview with Amy Goodman of Democracy Now, Chomsky said:

So, take, say, the huge issue of interference in our pristine elections. Did the Russians interfere in our elections? An issue of overwhelming concern in the media. I mean, in most of the world, that’s almost a joke.

First of all, if you’re interested in foreign interference in our elections, whatever the Russians may have done barely counts or weighs in the balance as compared with what another state does, openly, brazenly and with enormous support. Israeli intervention in U.S. elections vastly overwhelms anything the Russians may have done, I mean, even to the point where the prime minister of Israel, Netanyahu, goes directly to Congress, without even informing the president, and speaks to Congress, with overwhelming applause, to try to undermine the president’s policies—what happened with Obama and Netanyahu in 2015.

Did Putin come to give an address to the joint sessions of Congress trying to—calling on them to reverse U.S. policy, without even informing the president? And that’s just a tiny bit of this overwhelming influence. So if you happen to be interested in influence of—foreign influence on elections, there are places to look. But even that is a joke.

Chomsky went on to point out that:

That’s only one part of it. Lobbyists practically write legislation in congressional offices. In massive ways, the concentrated private capital, corporate russector, super wealth, intervene in our elections, massively, overwhelmingly, to the extent that the most elementary principles of democracy are undermined.

Now, of course, all that is technically legal, but that tells you something about the way the society functions. So, if you’re concerned with our elections and how they operate and how they relate to what would happen in a democratic society, taking a look at Russian hacking is absolutely the wrong place to look. Well, you see occasionally some attention to these matters in the media, but very minor as compared with the extremely marginal question of Russian hacking.

Chomsky is one of the few intellectuals in the public eye who can get away with being so critical of Israel, because he has Jewish heritage, despite being non-religious. It is common for anyone critical of Israel’s policies to be labeled as an anti-semitic.

Pink Floyd frontman Roger Waters, another outspoken critic of Israel, said in a 2016 interview that anyone who speaks out about the apartheid state is labeled as anti-semitic.

“The only response to BDS is that it is anti-Semitic, I know this because I have been accused of being a Nazi and an anti-Semite for the past 10 years. My industry has been particularly recalcitrant in even raising a voice [against Israel]. There’s me and Elvis Costello, Brian Eno, Manic Street Preachers, one or two others, but there’s nobody in the United States where I live. I’ve talked to a lot of them, and they are scared s***less….” he said.

“If they say something in public they will no longer have a career. They will be destroyed. I’m hoping to encourage some of them to stop being frightened and to stand up and be counted because we need them. We need them desperately in this conversation in the same way we needed musicians to join protesters over Vietnam,” Waters added.

In recent years, as the horror that the Israeli government unleashes upon the prisoners of Palestine has been exposed, global public opinion is finally beginning to shift against the apartheid state. In response, the governments in the U.S. and Israel have both been forcing legislation to keep a lid on the genocide that is taking place.

Last month, The Free Thought Project reported that South Carolina passed a law to legally define criticism of Israel as “anti-Semitism,” showing a concerted effort to stifle criticism of a government that is indiscriminately killing innocent people, and keeping an entire population in poverty and constant terror.

As The Free Thought Project also reported, 41 other members of Congress came together to champion proposed legislation in July 2017 that would “make literal criminals of any Americans boycotting Israel—a brazen, if not explicit, attack on the BDS Movement, incidentally exploding in popularity worldwide as the belligerent nation continues its occupation of Palestinian lands.”

Governments are not alone in this suppression of information either, tech corporations that now control the media narrative are also taking efforts to prevent people from seeing the true face of the Israeli military. YouTube has been engaging in censorship of Israeli war crimes, as journalist Abby Martin called attention to earlier this year when a video that she made about the violence in Israel was flagged as “hate speech” and blocked by YouTube in 28 countries.

Journalist Max Blumenthal, who was featured in the interview, suggested that pro-Israel lobbyists have major tech companies on their payroll:

“My comments were based entirely on my extensive journalistic experience in the region and my analysis was clinical in nature. At no point did I denigrate anyone based on their faith or ethnicity. The trend of censoring material that presents Israel in a less than favorable light has only intensified as establishment attacks on critical voices expands. This latest episode confirms my view that the pro-Israel lobby and its willing accomplices in Silicon Valley present one of the greatest threats to free speech in the West.”

Despite the best efforts of the Israeli government and their NATO allies, the world is beginning to wake up to the struggle of the Palestinian people. Even the United Nations is taking a new interest in the situation, with the recent announcement of a war crimes investigation of the Israeli government’s actions.

One of (((Tribes))) mouthpieces, the Gatestone Institute did their usual blatant propaganda jobs on Chomsky’s article with Alan Dershowitz insulting everyone’s intelligence.

https://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/12799/noam-chomsky-russian-interference

Needless to say, they did not print my comment:

Dershowitz is disingenuous. He writes that seeking to “influence the policies and electoral choices made by their allies” is part of democracy. No, it’s not. Influencing Allies’ policies and electoral choices is a sad fact of present day realpolitik exercised by many different types of governments, not just democratic.

Dershowitz again wraps himself in the flag of democracy when he writes that, “Lobbying is as American as apple pie.” No, it’s not. It’s a sad fact of corrupt politics, but neither democratic nor as positive as apple pie.

And he disparages Chomsky writing “in ‘most of the world’ the issue of Russian interference in U.S. elections is ‘almost a joke.’ Actually, in most of the world the issue of Russian interference in U.S. elections is very much a joke.

QUESTION: How many elephants can fit into an old-school Volkswagen bug?

ANSWER: Four. Two in the front seats and two in the back.

The moral of the story? It’s simple, but not easy.

It’s the same for those on the Political Left (who have less intellectual honesty than JK) to accept and acknowledge the following fact(s):

Proof of that is the media’s conspicuous inattention to the now well-documented political depravity in another arm of the Intel Community, the FBI — a much more compelling story of villainy than 13 Russian Facebook trolls and the alleged (still unproven) hacking of the DNC.

Their are about 20 Blue Democrat states with voting districts that are so crooked that the DOJ was not able to adequately investigate them because evidently there is no evidence to investigate and nobody will cooperate. DOJ turned it over to the DOD who is nowhere too. Some Blue Districts cast more votes for Democrats than there are registered voters. Other audits have shown vote fraud 4 to 1 Democrat to Republican. We are probably in the neighborhood of 20 million fraudulent Democrat votes in the 2016 presidential election for every Russian fraudulent vote.

Russia isn’t openly operating a PAC with the specific intent of subverting the US government to benefit themselves. Israel is. If eliminating foreign influence on American elections is actually their goal, why not start with AIPAC?

Then move on to eliminating foreign corporations, particularly those with strong ties to subversive communist NGOs, from the holding any voting machine contracts?

Next we could remove anyone with dual citizenship from all military and government positions. Followed by stripping individuals with a claim on foreign citizenship, of their American citizenship – and deporting them.

The Democrats must support these modest proposals, in defense of that democracy they have suddenly found some love for, right? It’s certainly not like they have an ulterior motive.
