The Financial Jigsaw – Issue No. 28

My unpublished (100,000 word) book “The Financial Jigsaw”, is being serialised here weekly in 100 Issues by Peter J Underwood, author

Having identified the deep state last week we can now move on to the next Chapter about The European Union (EU) and its relationship to the deep state embedded in Europe: here is the link to last week:  Issue 27

In this Chapter we will understand how the EU came about and how Britain was forced to join what the people thought was an economic block but which the elite had other ideas of political union as well as an economic one.  This is all part of the globalist plan for a centralised global government and the EU is very much part of the evolution towards this end. Brexit is of course a counter to their plans and will surely be scuppered in the end.  I have always believed that Brexit will not be allowed to happen and as events unfold, even today, it is clear that the final result will be failure of Brexit and a continued membership of the EU as Britain becomes part of a total federal state.

CHAPTER 6

The European Union

“Any intelligent fool can make things bigger, more complex, and more violent. It takes a touch of genius — and a lot of courage — to move in the opposite direction.” Albert Einstein [who might have been commenting on Brexit]

“Patriotism is usually stronger than class hatred; and always stronger than internationalism”.

George Orwell

I am sure George Orwell had it right about patriotism which tends to be a stronger force than internationalism and even nationalism.  There is an almost evangelistic fervour attached to people who identify with their chosen state or, from earlier times, their tribes.

It is in our nature to commingle in homogenous groups sharing similar beliefs and ways of living, which are often buried deep in the psyche, being unconsciously adopted as the norm for a particular society.  A simple and recent example emphasises this proposition.

Following laboratory tests on various meat products it was discovered that the British people had been unknowingly consuming horse meat.  The ‘shock-horror’ response was a palpable wave of disgust as a great commotion arose and scapegoats were mercilessly hunted down.

The fact that the French happily feed on horse meat on a daily basis was lost in the furore which followed.  Why this is so goes back eons to our tribal roots when our ancient British forefathers worshipped horses as working animals and revered them as a weapon of war.

The ‘Brits’ have a pugnacious heritage having merged with Germanic Anglo Saxon tribes long ago and, having proved their prescience in many battles and wars, resulted in an empire which ruled a quarter of the world’s people.

Given this inheritance, it is hardly a sensible proposition to attempt a Union of these British Isles with Germans and French, unlikely compatriots of the recent past, who only some eighty years ago were tearing each other to pieces.

However within every society one finds tiny elites of treacherous, unpatriotic rulers who command the destiny of a nation with only their selfish, personal gains their goal.  And so it was that Britain, having joined what first was understood to be a ‘Common Market’, suddenly found itself enmeshed in a ‘European Union’ whose final objective is a united company of countries under the banner of a ‘Fourth Reich’.

The formation of the European Union

A short history of how this momentous plot came to pass should be enlightening to say the least; let the evidence speak for itself. Few people understand how seriously the British nation was misled and swindled into a European Union (EU) which is sure to collapse eventually under its own weight of obscene bureaucracy, corruption and graft.

Wikipedia defines the EU as follows:

“The European Union (EU) is an economic and political union of 28 member states that are located primarily in Europe.  The EU operates through a system of supranational independent institutions and intergovernmental negotiated decisions by the member states.  Institutions of the EU include the European Commission, the Council of the European Union, the European Council, the Court of Justice of the European Union, the European Central Bank, the Court of Auditors, and the European Parliament. The European Parliament is elected every five years by EU citizens. The EU’s de facto capital is Brussels, Belgium”

All these institutions are composed of unelected bureaucrats and technocrats who exercise almost unlimited power over all member states in every aspect of the peoples’ lives including political, military, financial, environmental and social arenas.

The Union is organised and driven by a self-serving and generally corrupt executive focused mainly on a ‘Teutonic’ theology which some would say is no bad thing as it instils a degree of responsibility, an endeavour not witnessed so much in the sunny peripheral states.

The Maastricht Treaty established the European Union (EU) under its current name in 1993 and the latest major amendment to the constitution was the Treaty of Lisbon in 2009.  Although in theory the people vote by referendum on these key issues the results were fudged as witnessed by Ireland, which after rejecting the Treaty of Lisbon, was asked to vote again after deploying some fairly suspect propaganda.

The Republic of Ireland was the only member state to hold a referendum on the subject. In a first vote held on 12 June 2008 (the first Lisbon referendum) the treaty was rejected; however a second vote was held on 2 October 2009 (the second Lisbon referendum) and the treaty was approved.

I believe that the British public have been seriously misled by their deceptive leaders over many years about the benefits to be obtained through membership of the EU.  The evidence is immense and extant; it only takes a little digging to reveal the true horror.  I trust that this summary will stimulate readers to further research and make up their own minds when finally we have a chance to make our voices heard over the misplaced oratory of the Europhiles and if ‘Brexit’ ever becomes a reality which is seriously in doubt at present.

To be continued next Saturday
