Tasered 11 Times Over Turn Signal

Guest Post by Eric Peters

Here’s a particularly awful story and video out of Glendale, AZ – with implications that are national.

Armed government workers followed a car into a parking lot – over an alleged turn signal violation – and almost immediately escalate the traffic stop into a violent “takedown” that ends with the front seat passenger being Tasered 11 times.

He “don’t got no ID,” says the AGW. “Shut up. Shut up. You’re fine.”

The passenger – who was not driving – didn’t make the alleged illegal U turn and so objected to the AGW’s demand for his ID. Many people do not realize – understandably – that when a vehicle is stopped by AGWs because the driver allegedly committed a traffic violation, the law in some states empowers AGWs to demand ID from the passengers as well.

This is another one of those laws designed to get around our ex-protections  – articulated in plain English by the Fourth and Fifth  Amendments, parsed into the opposite of their plain meaning by the government’s lawyers, who represent its interests rather than ours – i.e., the Supreme Court.

The vehicle’s passengers’ rights are negated because of something the driver allegedly did. It seems obnoxious because it is – and many people are incredulous when confronted with demands for their ID when they themselves violated no traffic or other law – and hence, have given AGWs no probable cause to search or interrogate them.

Well, the man expressed incredulity  – and questioned the AGW’s demands.

This affronted the Authority of the AGWs, which is the most dangerous “offense” one can commit in the United States these days.

They commenced to show the man how to respect their Authority:

One AGW almost immediately presses an Agonizer – that is to say, a Tazer – directly on the man’s right shoulder and begins barking orders. The man “tenses up” – as most people would probably do when an armed government thug appears almost out of the blue and begins barking orders and making violent threats.

The Tazering commences.

Not once, not twice. Not even thrice. Not even three times thrice. They hit him 11 times with the Agonizer. Some will recognize the Star Trek reference; it is from the classic series episode, Mirror Mirror – in which the transporter sends Kirk to an alternate universe where the Federation is evil and the crew of the Enterprise is kept in line via the threat of a device called an Agonizer – which looks remarkably like a Tazer and does exactly what a an actual Taser does do.

That was 1966 – and science fiction.

This is 2019 – and reality.

Roadside torture for noncompliance. Which ought not to be surprising given the legalization of torture – literally – by the federal government itself. The legacy of The Chimp, now safely retired to paint John Wayne Gacy-like watercolors – and official policy. If it is okay to torture “evildoers,” it is okay to torture anyone the government says is “evil” – which amounts to anyone who affronts its Authority, which is – ipso facto – the very essence of “evil.”

Oil poured in the creek tends to run downstream.

“It’s just a goddamn piece of paper,” after all.

But wait, it gets better.

Actually, much worse.

The AGWs pull the man’s pants down and deliberately Taser him in his testicles – while the man’s kid, who is riding in the back of the car watches.

Yes, really.

Remember: The man is writhing in agony – on the ground, utterly helpless. And they pull his pants down and attack his genitals, just for the sick pleasure they got from doing it.

And the AGW who did it has not been arrested. Much less fired. His compatriots didn’t intervene to stop this attack 0 which was worthy of Ralph Fiennes’ sadistic character Amon Goeth in Schindler’s List.

The inhumanity beggars belief – and it was done under color of law.

They are “investigating” the incident “internally.

What does one say? Words fail. It takes one’s breath away.

What the Hell is happening to this country?

There is no “other side” to this story. The entire event from beginning to end is captured on video. No question as to the facts. The man balked at handing over his ID. Nothing more. The man – half the size of the bald thug who tortured him – was never any sort of “threat” to the “safety” of the AGWs, who were several to his one as well.

No one even attempted to flee.

There is nothing that can be adduced to justify what happened – other than a costumed, government-Rottweiler’s determination to inflict pain as the price of not properly submitting to him.

This “man” is at this very moment armed  and prowling the streets of Glendale, AZ. People are advised to remain indoors.

And not just the people of AZ, either.

This horror is far from isolated. It is becoming routine – because abuse has been normalized.

It didn’t happen all at once, because it never does. It takes time.

And, precedent.

To get people used to it. To acclimate them to violations of their persons and effects by the state’s goons.

This is why random “checkpoints” are far from innocuous – and why the Gate Rape is so goddamn dangerous. One thing begets another thing.

And here we are.

Yesterday there was a robbery in Queens at a T-Mobile store. The robber had a fake gun. Bunch of police show up. They start shooting … over 40 rounds in all. One or two cops injured … and one copfuk DEAD … all from “friendly” fire. Boo hoo!

This weekend, also in Noo Yawk some copfuk decides to pull over a car for a traffic violation. They then have a 5 mile high speed chase through the dense urban jungle. The perp winds up going through a stop sign, and hits a car, and instantly kills two older people who have been married 50+ years. Me? I hold the copfuks responsible.

Copfuks. Their training is to view YOU as the enemy. Never forget that.

Make police brutality settlements come from police retirement funds or pension plans and see if brutality doesn’t plummet to an all time low.

That’s probably the most logical and efficacious solution I have ever heard.

ned,
let’s alter that a bit–the settlements come from the retirement funds & they are automatically tripled like in racketeering judgments, but 1/3 leo retirement funds,1/3 current cop salaries,1/3 current legislator salaries–

I posted on here a while back, about seeing massive amounts of utubers doing what they call ‘1st amendment audits’. I’ve watched many, and one guy (goes by the utube name of ‘James Free man’) is particularly good. I wondered when I first came across them, if, as the word got around, if it would restrain these type of actions for fear of being filmed (obviously not in this case), or if the unadulterated gall of the plebes would rile the Blue Knights to rush to the defense of their Kingdom

That will be decision time . Give up our last protection or make them bleed .

The author does not give any pertinent details. It is a legal requirement for people to carry ID. This fool did not have ID. Maybe he was illegal and had just come from taking stolen stuff to the pawn shop and was on his way to send $100,000 back to Mexico (spics do that kind of shit, just ask winnie) or he is a gang-banging prick on his way to a rape. The story about how his kid was watching makes it seem worse than it would be if no kid was present.

When a cow gets out and you have to get it back behind the fence, do you think it’s easier to run up to it and try to wrestle and or electric shock it back to where you want it, or do you wait it out and lead it back in when it’s calm and relaxed? Which way do you think is the safest? Most likely to build future trust with the cow?

I’m torn on this one for very different reasons. I watched the whole thing and then I researched the rest of the story to see if maybe I wasn’t being prejudiced against the guy just because he was wearing prison tats and driving a shitty car. I was being prejudiced, but I was also right. He’s every bit the criminal scumbag that he appears, he just happened to prompt the cops into handing him a lottery ticket. If you watch the tape the cop is being really calm and respectful to the guy from the first contact. It wasn’t until the guy gave him multiple reasons to take him out of the car and put him in cuffs until he could discover what the guy was trying to conceal. Of course the guy is one of those types who cannot comply with any reasonable request until it actually comes to physical violence, it’s just not part of his ethos. He has to keep giving the cop shit until he finally has to jack him up and the very second that happens, he acts as if he’s been going along with every request and the cop just lost it. That isn’t what happened. Now the cop, unfortunately for him, lost his cool. I don’t happen to have a problem with that because of what I wrote above, but it wasn’t the smart move. He’s not getting paid by the arrest and there was no immediate threat beyond non-compliance. He should have treated him like a cow and just waited him out. Let him sit in the hot car jonesing until he begged to get out of the car like a normal person, but the mix of immaturity and adrenaline just overwhelmed him. So even though he had every reason to stop the car, search the guy and throw his sorry ass back in jail for the drugs (there were drugs in the car). pulling down his pants to tase him in the nutsack is beyond the pale.

But here’s the crux of the situation, we don’t live in a homogenous culture with shared values any longer. We have been so conditioned to suspend judgement, to be tolerate of every form of aberrant behavior, to ignore every warning sign in other human beings that it feels as if the inmates are running the prison. And here’s the rub- when one of those people do run afoul of the law, they’re conditioned to believe that their lifestyles and behavior are the norm and that anyone trying to correct or enforce any kind of law or standard is the problem. And when the cop starts to behave like the scumbag, all of a sudden we all expect them to rise to a standard that has long since been erased. One portion of the population can do anything they desire while the other guy has to play by the Marquis o Queensbury rules. Think of all the crap that cop has had to deal with working with that segment of the population and having to pretend that it doesn’t drive you crazy. I’m sure the taser is going to leave a mark, but the scars left on those children being forced to grow up in that environment are far worse.

All I can think is that this will only escalate, as it would in any anarcho-tyranny, until the wheels come off.

Don’t take the j.o.b. if you can’t handle it. Reduce millions of laws and there would be far fewer reasons to acoust people.

True criminals should be dealt with quickly and fairly.

Nice comparison; the goyim to the cattle.

There were 3 0r 4 cops, all armed, and the prison tats are what ? Proof that he is a low life ? Or the possession of drugs and previous jail time allows for perpetuating the fear/anger/disgust onto yet another generation..

If the tender little popo doesn’t like dealing “with working with that segment of the population and having to pretend that it doesn’t drive you crazy.” GET A DIFFERENT JOB !!!

I agree with the above, and it also highlights part of the problem. The problem is the STANDARDS of the police. If they were more picky about the people they hired, then you would get cops that were calm, and not react to this behavior.
When you become a cop, do you think that you will be dealing with choir boys, and all american girls from good homes? No, by virtue of the fact you are a POLICE OFFICER, you WILL have to confront bad behavior. That is the nature of the job.
The way this should play out is that the thug with the tats that was egging him on goes on being a thug, if he broke a law, he either gets cited for the offense, or arrested (if the offense calls for it) and the cop gets written up and / or fired for LACK OF SELF CONTROL.
Instead, it seems that you have 1 or 2 good cops, that actually are calm and uphold the law, then you have the majority of them that are nothing but armed thugs that enjoy the fact they can push everyone around because they have the “authority” to be full on assholes for a living.

Whatever bad luck this poor man had running into this uniformed thug, he lucked out when he hired Marc Victor as his lawyer. I’ve heard him talk before at a Casey seminar. I was a bit miffed having to listen to a subject not specifically on the markets. He blew me away. If you think the constitution is of any value to you at all listen to the 1st 5 minutes of this:

In the future, if you publish these stories be good enough to provide the exact names of the persons involved, especially the offending AGW´s. The bald-headed freak (and, hopefully, his home address) should be clearly identified and he should be pursued endlessly using all legal means, until he is forced to turn in his badge.

I had a fat cop yell and scream at me just the other day for wanting to go down the street to my home. The cop was blocking the street for a situation happening four blocks away. A Mexican coworker said to me that all the cops come across as skinheads. I agreed that no contact with any of them was best.

I can remember when these incidents began to snowball. Back during the 80’s cocaine scourge when guys were running kilos up I95. Unsuspecting cops would pull someone over for speeding. Back then the cop would casually walk up to the window and ask for DL and registration. The runners would shoot the cop and take off. After a few of those everything changed. I’m on the fence with these things till more evidence is available. This is really not new ,just getting more frequent or more publicity. Crime is paying good right now so we get more of it.

The threat of violence for non compliance. Public school is all about inculcating young minds with the importance of compliance at all cost. And the courts and the po-leese. The quiet and subtle and ever advancing of totalitarianism.
