Except Trump is using an EO issued by BO in 2011 as the basis for his NE. Dems are going to Court to overturn BO’s EO.
There were 3 EO’s issued for funds to be used for border security. First two don’t need a NE, only the 3rd one. They are consecutive, not concurrent. Watch the Dems tie themselves in knots over something that Trump doesn’t need until after the funds for the wall (allocated in the first 2) are spent.
