Glendale Sadist Yucks up His Tazer Torture Session

Guest Post by Eric Peters

Here’s a video follow-up to the story of a few days ago (see here) about the Glendale, AZ armed government worker who brutally tortured the passenger of a vehicle pulled over for allegedly making a turn without signaling – his punishment for questioning the AGW’s belligerent demand that he produce ID, which he wasn’t legally obliged to do, under Arizona law.

Nevertheless, his questioning of the AGW’s Authority triggered an almost immediate and unbelievably brutal attack. The AGW not only Tazered the victim 11 times but actually pulled his pants down and Tazered his testicles.

New video of one of the sadist’s accomplices – an AGW named Mark Lindsay – shows him laughing about the incident:

The AGW starts babbling about “suspicious activity” – the new open-season card on us.

What does “suspicious activity” mean, exactly? You just missed the point. Which is that like “officer safety,” “suspicious activity” can mean anything – the definition determined by the AGW and not to be questioned by us.

There is no statute in any state – yet – that defines “suspicious activity” as illegal, because there is no way to define it.

Anyone’s “activity” can be described as “suspicious” – as it is all in the eye of the beholder.

Is it “suspicious” to sit by oneself alone at a coffee shop for several hours? Is it “suspicious” to go for a walk late at night? To board an airplane carrying only a small backpack?

If an AGW says so, then sure it is.

The beauty – from the standpoint of AGWs – is that there is no counter to “suspicious activity.” They get to define – and we get to submit.

The AGW attempts to justify the Tazing which followed by claiming that the victim “looked like he was trying to fight,” which the horrific video shows was clearly not the case. The victim merely “tensed up”  – as the AGW placed hands (and Tazer) on him. Not unlike the way you or I might “tense up” in the dentist’s chair as the drill gets close to our mouths. The man could sense what was coming – it being as obvious as a semi with locked up brakes getting bigger and bigger in the rearview mirror.

“Tensing up” seems perfectly reasonable in the context – and at any rate, to describe the victim as “fighting” his tormentor is as despicable as faulting a man being whipped for flinching.

Next eructs the usual nonsense: “We kinda told him, ‘stop resisting’ ” – as they jolted him with electricity, making it impossible for the man to control his own now-writhing body.

The AGW in the video goes on to whine about the man’s wife attempting to defend her husband – the victim – by throwing a bag of water bottles at him. This is why the AGW is giving the interview from a hospital bed.

He is attempting to portray himself as the victim, in the manner of a Klansman who strained his back while forcing the rope knot around the neck of an “uppity nigger.”

The video of the attack did not go public until just recently.

The event took place more than a year ago – and all the AGWs are still on the job, not in the clink. An “internal investigation” has yet to be concluded – and will likely conclude the AGWs did nothing wrong, much less illegal.

But a civil action is no doubt in the works and the local media has been covering the story, including public broadcast of the original video. Which strongly indicates the AGWs violated the law to begin with by demanding ID from the passenger/Tazering victim, whom they had no specific reason to suspect had committed any crime and so was not legally obliged to priduce ID – and then without question needlessly escalated things and used barbaric tactics that can’t be justified by any standard other than the North Korean.

The AGW in this video shows no remorse, no humanity. This creature has a badge and a gun – government authority.

He is out there.

And he is not alone.

He needs to have his nuts tazerd. Any experience with a cop usually comes out bad. Money and hassles or a beating. Or you get shot or tazed.

“Terrorism has been unleashed in the Western World, and it is the terrorism of Western governments against Western peoples.” PCR

WHAT POLICE DO:
Use violence and intimidation to coerce people to comply with unconstitutional defacto laws made by politicians.
DEFINITION OF TERRORISM:
The use of violence and intimidation in the pursuit of political aims.

It’s not like they’ll convict them in court. I say hold trial in the streets. For years, the Thin Blue Line has protected officers from criminal prosecution. The code of silence surrounding officer misconduct grew to such an extreme that the average American now believes that every officer is at least partially responsible for the sorry state of law enforcement. If people know they have no hope of justice in a courtroom, they’ll seek justice in other ways.

I used to respect cops but now I am beginning to hate them. Kinda like the way blacks do. Watching videos like this has completely changed my view of cops . I don’t know which is worse the criminals or the cops .Avoid both seems to be the best way to go ( if you can ).

Seriously, why is he in a hospital gown in a bed? How hard could someone swing a plastic bag in a car from the backseat? And if this is how it turns out for the cops every time they pull someone over for failure to signal, how are things going to progress when the roundups begin in earnest with people carrying more than a PayLess bag full of pop cans?

The optics on this thing remind me of the Jussie Smollett story- a completely incompetent and utterly helpless police culture at odds with a criminal class that has the intelligence of a fifth grader and still comes up short.

Reminds me of another bad cop, bad outcome story in upstate NY (Clifton Park), some guy became upset, in his yard, pacing and yelling at the clouds. His neighbor calls the cops, and instead of de-escalating, they decide to tazer him, to death (oh, and pile on top of him as his is not complying, because he is being tazed).

you are not safe in your own yard, from these highway men.

Defending yourself or others from the armed badge wearing liar minions of the state will always be met with excessive force from other badge wearing minions and prosecutors as “THEY” join forces in locked arms to crush average citizens and strip them of their wealth and freedom . The excuse “Just doing my job” is bull shit and everybody knows it .
I have instructed all in my charge to speak as little as possible and provide as little as possible information regarding any encounter with law enforcement . Sadly far to many police cannot be trusted with the authority the badge gives them .
Police have no one to blame but themselves , a would be good cop covers for a bad cop , now it’s 2 bad cops . So is it any wonder the public has little faith and trust in police .
Everything I do could be considered suspicious activity following this cops attitude and opinion !

Not LE but deal with this type quite often.
1. The guy lied to the police
2. He lied again about having an ID
3. He kept reaching into his back pack.
4. He chose not to relax when the attempt was made to extricate him.
5. He escalated the volume by screaming before he was ever tasered and kept resisting.

He got what he deserved by not following instructions.

He is lying on his belly with a cops knee in his back. They then ‘accidentally’ pull his shorts down and taze him in the groin area from the rear. You somehow find that this is his fault. EVEN if he was an asshole the cops should not be allowed to torture a person because they have their panties in a twist. Fuck you and your “He got what he deserved by not following instructions.”

You are not compelled to cooperate or follow instructions just because a badge wearing minion of the starte demands it . Far to often police abuse their authority and other police support them in that abuse . There are Supreme Court rulings about police using their authority and arbitrary demands for identification or answers to questions are not in their authority unless provable cause has been established . I think or maybe is not enough to cross that first or fourth amendment . Nothing to hide bull shit doesn’t cut it when police cannot be trusted

icutrauma –

Listen, I get it. I see this “type”, the white trash, defiant, hates the world type all the time. They wear their pants down to their knees, and walk around like they are full of attitude. However, and this is where I have serious issues with LEO’s that practice this kind of “policing”. Every time some cop loses their cool in this type of situation, especially with children in the car, it not only discredits and alienates the police from the immediate family, it also alienates them from an entire community.
This is the reason why if there is a homicide in some areas, it is next to impossible for the actual decent detective, who is honestly trying to find justice for a family, to get any cooperation. The people in that area remember, or have personally been effected by some unprofessional thug, and paint the entire cop shop with the same brush. This type of “cop” is an embarrassment to his department, and if I were his sergeant, this guy would be pink slipped quickly.
Like any other profession, there is a way to deal with a problem with integrity, and class. Then there is just thuggery. This “cop” not only ridiculously lost his cool in a situation where he could have simply shown some restraint and professionalism, he now is further embarrassing himself, and his department by being a grade A asshole.
It is one thing to lose it, and assault someone while in an official capacity, it is an entirely new low, when you talk about it like it was fun. Are you kidding me? This guy needs to be fired.
