It won’t happen to either Obama or the Hildebeast. There’s an unwritten protocol that former Presidents and Presidential candidates have a “Get Out of Jail Free” card otherwise no one would ever run for that office. Look at the last few Presidents to see how they’re scraping the bottom of the barrel as it is.
And every president KNOWS that they will likely commit crimes that are as bad or far worse, than the criminal that preceded them. Never want to set a precedent for justice.
