Criminals and those inclined to criminality will go on doing exactly what they normally do, because the disincentives (prison for process-crimes like gun possession) are meaningless to them.

Looks like the Liberals are going to pull something with respect to firearms in Canada very soon. The RCMP is currently reporting they’re slow walking production of new firearms license card until June 7.
