It is my sincere desire to provide readers of this site with the best unbiased information available, and a forum where it can be discussed openly, as our Founders intended. But it is not easy nor inexpensive to do so, especially when those who wish to prevent us from making the truth known, attack us without mercy on all fronts on a daily basis. So each time you visit the site, I would ask that you consider the value that you receive and have received from The Burning Platform and the community of which you are a vital part. I can't do it all alone, and I need your help and support to keep it alive. first question during impeachment hearings:
Mr. Trump, when did you stop beating your wife?

No, his enemies will ask a loaded question, like Dems in Congressional hearings always do…”Confine your answer to a simple Yes or No…Do you still beat your wife?”

“I’ve never beaten my wife”

Yes, or No?

No.

“Oh, so you used to beat her, then”

It’s a bullshit lawyer tactic, and judges or committee chairs uphold the sleazy lawyer speak demand.

They do that shit all the time, to box an enemy into a Catch-22 answer.
Damned, either way, unless a witness refuses to answer with a simple Yes or No, because his answer to a loaded question requires further clarification.

Then the questioner objects, and requests a contempt charge.

Nothing fair about it.
It’s whichever lawyer has superior tactics, to frame an argument, create a narrative, project guilt or innocence.

Power struggles.
Ruthless.

All, while Rome burns.

Nadler is a worthless cocksucker, a traitor to his country and a disgrace to his constituency. He shoulda tied a millstone around his own neck.
