I hope they are as stupid as this Nadleresque Donkey in the cartoon. I am ruminating on what happens when the indictments start? They are coming soon and just yesterday Barr made it very clear some of the suspects are telling very different stories which of course means some of them are lying . Since they threw the book at people for the equivalent of littering even though they could find no crime and in fact had no crime on which to base their witch hunt, they may surmise correctly that little mercy will be available to them as a result if they are in the dock.
Were Trump and Barr cowardly, RINO, across the aisle reachers, I would expect that they would “be the bigger men” and say, OK Hitlary, OK Comey, just plead no contest, we’ll find you guilty and then you can run right out and claim you were innocent but took the no contest route to end the unbearable financial burdens you didn’t give a rat’s ass about concerning Flynn, Stone, Caputo, Papadopolous, Corsi et al. AND of course they were lying but not us!
If they get a no contest plea opportunity as described above, they will take it and continue lying and defaming. If, as I believe, Mr. Barr intends for treason to be met with a stiff term in an arse stretching facility, their reaction will most likely be taking the coup hot, “the continuation of politics by other means.”
