Then the voice of Guam Might Capsize serves up softball questions that Gomer answers quickly with a Yes, as the Dem narrative is painted with bias.
Johnson tries to sound intelligent, but he’s a ghetto suit & tie that sounds more like a pot smoking moron that tests the patience of an audience that expects a Congressman to state words in sentences faster than a how a stoner typically stumbles over his own attempts at cognitive vocabulary.

I have been thinking of getting back to writing seriously and helping out with some content around here.. much like Llpoh did yesterday.. Many hands make light work. So that said I might incorporate that motif into a piece I have been giving some shrift too..

Mueller should be on trial for obstruction of justice, perjury, false and misleading statements, witness tampering, and lying under oath. I love it when Johnson nails him when he lies by stating he isn’t allowed to answer the question that already has the answer in the original report. Mifsud. Also very good points about why wasn’t Mifsud charged with perjury.

I’ve waited to comment until the end of Mueller’s testimony today. Having watched some of the questions to him by the Democrats and Republicans in Congress, as well as his constant deflections in return – it’s obvious this was meant merely as another distraction; more of the same ever-ongoing circus show.
Mueller’s bias, and the hypocrisy of the Democrats and sycophants in the media, could not have been more obvious. The former special counsel’s appearance today was meant merely to provide amplification on behalf of Trump’s political opponents for impeachment, more hearings, and additional investigations.
Although Mueller received top billing today, the Dems and their enablers in the media were always going to be the stars. Mueller was called to testify in order to expand the audience in order to resurrect the dying efforts of Trump’s enemies.
Of course, no minds were changed today. Those on the Left still consider Trump to be a comprised capitalist pig guarding his tax returns with all the fervor of any good Manchurian Candidate and those on the Right viewing Mueller as a tool of the Deep State.
After Mueller’s live testimony on CNBC, I listened to roughly 30 people calling into the network with their comments. Of those callers, only three were in support of Trump and with the rest of them effusively expressing gratitude to Mueller for his service in revealing Trump’s threat to American Democracy.
During “Big Show Days” like today I will often listen to talk-radio during the afternoon and then the Fox News and MSNBC commentary at night to see the overall take-aways on both sides of the aisle.
Without having the benefit of seeing this evening’s talking-heads as I write now, I can only speak to what I’ve seen and heard thus far.
Rush Limbaugh extrapolated extensively today on how he didn’t think Mueller really knew what was in his report, let alone the Steele Dossier and other points-of-fact brought up by the Republicans grilling Mueller. To be sure, Limbaugh commented on Mueller’s less-than-stellar demeanor and lack of preparedness -even going so far as to say Mueller deserved absolutely zero sympathies for his contributory efforts in the neverending farce that the former special counsel has perpetrated on the American people. But, at the same time, Limbaugh painted a picture of Mueller simply being (for lack of better terminology) parochial in his search for justice; as if Mueller was simply a Never-Trumper like Mittens Romney or John Kasich.
As I’ve commented here before, if Rush Limbaugh was a threat to the New World Order they would have found child porn on his computer by now; or he would be imprisoned like Assange; or on the run like Snowden.
I often wonder if Rush isn’t a tool to keep the faux left / right dichotomy in play. He never fails to divert his high-powered acumen ever-so-slightly away from the truth behind what he labels as “conspiracy”.
The Deep State to him is the “administrative state”, or the “establishment”.
Limbaugh never mentions the round table groups or the secret societies as referenced by JFK. This makes Rush either naive, or controlled (allowed?) opposition and at the whim of True Power.
Even the hero of patriots everywhere, Devin Nunes, complimented Mueller, thanked him for his service to America, and refused to scorch the doddering old horse-faced fool at the end of the hearing today. Why? Maybe it was a political play by Nunes at the end?
I don’t know.
In any event, as long as even some of the premises of those who oppose the U.S. Constitution are swallowed by those who swore an oath to defend it – then these will represent a mere fraction of evidence in the historical record delineating the downfall of our once-great republic.
Again, just typing out loud.

Breaking news, Mueller diagnosed with Alzheimers disease, as evil republicans pounce on poor, elderly man! Entire special Counsel inquiry must be redone.
Rush is hip to everything, he just loves his position and wealth enough to keep his mouth shut about certain topics. But if you think he is either stupid or ill-informed about how the world operates, you haven’t listened to him.

I have listened to Rush and he is definitely NOT stupid or ill-informed. On the contrary, he is a uniquely talented individual with amazing acumen and exceptional insight.
Admittedly, it may have been unfair of me to characterize Rush in the way I did above. It’s not up to him to save the world and even if he did try to push the Overton Window (OW) too far he would surely lose audience and that would be bad for business.
It just that I get frustrated with the mainstream always safely dancing within the confines of the OW. Rush often pushes right up to the very edge, while still maintaining his marketability to millions of (mostly conservative) listeners during any given segment between commercial breaks. And, obviously, he must remain true to his audience if only out of fiscal responsibility to his affiliates and advertisers.
He is a businessman and, quite honestly, he’s done more than his fair share in the culture war. Just enough, actually, and a hell of a lot more than most of us; myself included.
Uncola, Rush is very smart, but he is also controlled opposition, just like William F. Buckley Jr. was. His job is to keep conservatives on the reservation.

I think you have to remember the Dems live in an echo chamber and DC bubble. They actually believed Mueller was going to deliver a death blow to Trump today….Rep Leui did get Mueller to say he would have indicted Trump but for the OCL DOJ ruling saying you can’t indict a sitting POTUS…then several GOPers reminded Bob of his prior statements and he issued a retraction at the beginning of the second Intelligence Committee session……..
Total and epic disaster to any observer who paid the least bit of attention and who is not caught up in the DC echo chamber.
Sadly the GOPers did not land any death blows on Mueller….even the vaunted Freedom Caucus held their fire and did not press Mueller very hard….which might have been to avoid charges of elder abuse. It was pretty obvious Mueller is suffering from a mental decline and that he also was more of a figurehead in the Special Counsel’s office…..he didn’t know shit about the report or much of anything else and I don’t think he was faking….his mental faculties seemed impaired to me.
Nobody really asked the hard question that matters: What was the justification for starting a counter-espionage investigation of President Trump….what information triggered that investigation?
Mueller and the FBI have changed the story on the above several times and its obvious that the investigation was to cover the spying that was already occurring! Ding ding ding……the Deep State was illegally spying and got caught red-handed…..will trump hold them accountable? Doubtful.
Hold them accountable with what? He controls nothing beyond the military. The courts tie him in knots every time he farts, the Justice Department appear to be able to stonewall forever and the Attorney Generals are all AWOL.
Nothing is going to happen because nothing can happen.
Who watches the watchers?
A truly meaningless victory, but if it makes us think we are winning, then savor this victory until the next setback rolls in.
But I will say that the elite are for the moment, on the ropes; even though they are declaring “it’s just a flesh wound.”
Now would be the perfect opportunity to drop the long awaited IG report, but who knows when or if ever, it will happen.
