One of the most egregious acts ever committed by Steven Spielberg besides Raiders 2 and Raiders 4, was the bullshit in “Schindler’s List” which many may believe as fact. In the movie the Schindler Juden were shown turning down an offer to arm themselves at the end of the war with a character making a bullshit speech about preferring to be murdered rather than defending their own lives with guns.
FACT: Schindler obtained and distributed 1,100 Walther G43 semi-auto battle rifles for his Jews to use if and when the Gestapo came to the factory to haul them off to a death camp.
