Technically, an infringement on the Second and Forth Amendments. Confiscation of property without just compensation or due process is a problem and constitutes theft, IMO. Given the incidence of activist judges, summary justice should be suspended and the accused should be given a hearing.

Our government at the highest levels illegally conspired to deliver illegally obtained weapons to the Sinaloa Cartel resulting in the deaths of hundreds or more Mexicans and a few Americans including police. This criminal conspiracy was conducted in order to spark an outcry from Mexico over guns from the US being used in crime. This is fact and while reported on the press never decried Obama and Holder for their crimes nor were they held to account in spite of it being a “high crime.” for which both should have been impeached, tried and convicted.
Adding insult to injury, when some of these Sinaloa guns turned up at a Muslim attack on a recruiting station in Tennessee, the Obama DOJ attempted to prosecute military members at the station who returned fire, saving all the people in the buildings from the terrorist. They attempted to prosecute them for firing weapons on federal property. Again, jack shit from the lapdog Fredo Fuques.
We can never trust any government no matter how much we like them. No one bent on disarming the law abiding can be trusted and I personally would take it as a declaration of war.
I do not think Trump is doing any more than fuqueing with them. If there were checks on juvenile records or mental health records involving psychotropics it may be an intelligent addition. Red Flag is unnecessary as anyone seeking an order of protection etc. can already do it through the courts where the accused has rights. You can already arrest your crackpot neighbor waving a gun around in his yard. This has happened in my neighborhood and believe me, the guy is a shithead who should not have a gun.

Ivanka Lobbies Congress to Reject the 2nd Amendment, Push Gun Control
Trump’s liberal daughter is having a heinous effect on public policy.
According to an Axios report, Ivanka has reached out to Sens. Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Pat Toomey (R-PA) recently to discuss gun control measures. She remains active in the nationwide push to restrict the 2nd Amendment of the Constitution.
“She called Manchin and said she was trying to get a sense of what bills are out there,” a Manchin aide said to Axios. “She had him explain how they drafted the bill, where it stands and what changes needed to be made in order for it to pass.”
A White House official has confirmed that Princess Ivanka “has trusted relationships on both sides of the aisle and she is working in concert with the White House policy and legislative teams.”
Following the mass shootings in El Paso, TX and Dayton, OH earlier this month, Princess Ivanka posted an image on Instagram expressing her sympathy for gun control.
“Congress should enact Red Flag laws / Extreme Risk Protection Orders in every state, increase resources dedicated to mental health support nationwide and close background check loopholes,” she wrote.
