I saw a commercial informing women that sexual advances by a landlord or a maintenance man should be reported to HUD.

Isn’t HUD the agency relocating refugees like mad into Memphis and Little Rock for dissemination into the agricultural small towns.

I wonder if HUD is worried about the new tenants raping girls. Probably not. It is a cultural issue then.
