I have been warning about the hunt for taxes. You must realize that the worst is unfolding at the state and municipal levels of local governments because they cannot create money as is the case at the federal levels. Therefore, they pass draconian laws and enforce insane things just to raise money.
In New Jersey, I was given a parking ticket in a private parking lot. Of course, it was illegal. They know you will pay the $35 rather than take a whole day off from work to fight an illegal ticket in the first place.
Marlton, New Jersey, one of the most corrupt towns in the state, set up roadblocks during Rush Hour. I was caught up in these unconstitutional money grabs twice. You have to show your license, registration, and insurance card. Missing anything and you were sent to another line for your $125 ticket. Sure you can fight it. You will spend $125,000 and win.
They know lawyers charged way higher than any other profession to ensure you cannot actually fight illegal actions by the states. This is part of the cycle and it will end in civil unrest. Welcome to the end of this wave of the Economic Confidence Model.

Grand Juries are free. The lawyer admitted the city is committing extortion. Extortion is a felony criminal act, when two or more plan and execute the crime that is conspiracy another felony, when that group of criminals does it as a continued operation against many that is racketeering another felony. MANY counts of 3 felony acts are being committed on a continual basis, so why doesn’t the attorney gather all victims and go to the Grand jury to obtain indictments against all members of the criminal racket??? The BAR member can lose his BAR card if he is aware of a crime and does not pursue justice. Indictments is EXACTLY what is needed. How long would the criminal racket continue if they were each indicted and brought to trial for hundreds of counts of felonies facing over a thousand year sentence? A Grand Jury that is aware of a crime that is also occurring in another jurisdiction is required to inform the Grand Jury of that jurisdiction. See how the Grand Juries and petit juries could permanently put a stop to all of this? If the judges try to protect the criminals from prosecution with fraudulent claims of qualified immunity the Grand jury could indict the judge for misprision of felony – a felony charge itself which would remove the criminal ‘judge’ from the bench until his trial is complete. Grand juries could mow the lawn of tyranny across the board. People need to just realize law applies equally to all bring the criminals to justice – no one can lawfully commit extortion, NO ONE.
WHY DIDN’T THE LAWYER GO TO THE GRAND JURY OR LOSE HIS BAR CARD?? The answer is because the people are lawless. They cry about losing everything but the don’t bring their valid cause of action to their Grand jury all the while they pay for the infrastructure to have the Grand Jury. Lawless people are totally insane!
