QUOTES OF THE DAY

“When I say cut taxes, I don’t mean fiddle with the code. I mean abolish the income tax and the IRS, and replace them with nothing.”

Ron Paul

“Government doesn’t work. That’s the first lesson we must learn if we want to improve society.”

Harry Browne

“Men in authority will always think that criticism of their policies is dangerous. They will always equate their policies with patriotism, and find criticism subversive.”

Henry Steele Commager

“The disposition to admire, and almost to worship, the rich and the powerful, and to despise, or at least to neglect, persons of poor and mean condition is the great and most universal cause of the corruption of our moral sentiments.”

Adam Smith

Ron Paul appears to be very, very smart. A man that smart would surely make a good neighbor and a fine friend indeed.

Can you come up with 2 presidential candidates from EITHER the republican or democrat parties that make as much sense as these two past Libertarian Party candidates (without including Ron Paul on the GOP side)?
