THIS DAY IN HISTORY – Violence erupts in Boston over desegregation busing – 1974

Via History.com

In Boston, Massachusetts, opposition to court-ordered school “busing” turns violent on the opening day of classes. School buses carrying African American children were pelted with eggs, bricks, and bottles, and police in combat gear fought to control angry white protesters besieging the schools.

U.S. District Judge Arthur Garrity ordered the busing of African American students to predominantly white schools and white students to black schools in an effort to integrate Boston’s geographically segregated public schools. In his June 1974 ruling in Morgan v. Hennigan, Garrity stated that Boston’s de facto school segregation discriminated against black children. The beginning of forced busing on September 12 was met with massive protests, particularly in South Boston, the city’s main Irish-Catholic neighborhood. Protests continued unabated for months, and many parents, white and black, kept their children at home. In October, the National Guard was mobilized to enforce the federal desegregation order.

Desegregation was a bad idea from day one. Once again government thinks that it can create total equality by cutting the freedoms of the majority. It does not work that way. Schools are going to naturally reflect the kind of communities they are in. You always have the option to work hard and move into a better district. If you are barred from a certain district that you can afford then that is certainly not fair. We should always encourage the advancement of citizens whatever their race, color or creed.

What kind of crazy twisted liberal logic is that?! ‘WORK HARD AND MOVE UP, BUT IF YOU CANT AFFORD IT, ITS NOT FAIR’? WTH?

Natural Segregation is reality. Period.

Did you know that your Caucasian child, just by sitting next to Buktrayvious and Lakwanda in a classroom, gym locker, or cafeteria, can become fabulous “rapper” or amazing athlete and be a sports superstar making tons of money in the NFL, NBA, or WNBA?

As I remember, the Boston riots were much worse than those in the Old South., but to the leftists, the South are the only bigots in America.

Socio-engineering always requires a blood sacrifice to kick start the campaign. All resistant must be quashed, by any means necessary.

The dumb white (predominantly alcoholic criminal Irish scum) underclass in greater Boston is a seething mess of drugs and poverty.

They have their heads too far up their asses or have needles far in their arms to be of any threat to the power structure in place.

Don’t even get me started on the Boston area darkies and illegals.

As usual, the mainstream story is weak and squishy.

There was some real bombings, fatal beatings, and worse- but they hide and cleanse that shit in Boston better than most other cities.

I suppose what should have happened was that the schools and buses should have been burned, along with the homes of the ‘judges’ and ‘lawyers.’
