Protesters ransack makeshift coronavirus hospital
Protesters tore down a makeshift COVID-19 hospital in Ivory Coast’s capital Abidjan on Sunday (April 6) night.
To the banging of pots and pans, and cries of “we don’t want it”, the angry residents of Yopougon dismantled the partially built structure.
The person filming the scene is saying they are opposed to the facility, for treating those with the new coronavirus, being built quote “right in the middle of the Ivorian population”.
Market stalls on a road leading to the structure were also set ablaze.
Ivory Coast had more than 260 cases of COVID-19 as of Monday (April 6) morning and authorities have been building makeshift hospitals across the capital.

Banging pots and pans is the pinnacle of their cognitive abilities. That they are able to make fire is a wonder of the world.
Seriously, these peoples of Africa are extraordinarily stupid. They are simple too dull to be able to discern what is in their own interests, and have no capacity whatsoever to link their actions this minute to a result ten minutes from now. They simply cannot understand that what they do now will have a resultant effect some time in the future. Their brains are incapable of the abstract thought that is required to understand cause and effect especially with regard to future events.
It is illogical to expect they will take action that requires visualising a future outcome. They are not able to do it.
I remember when a foundation went over to an African and set up a potato farm. They set up irrigation and pumps, showed them how to use them, and provided them with seed potato. They helped them harvest the first crop, and told them to eat the small potatoes, and save the very best for replanting as it would insure the best future harvests.
The next year the foundation came back. The community was starving. All the irrigation and pumps were destroyed, and of course they ate all the biggest potatoes, and saved only the tiniest for replanting. The foundation abandoned their attempt to help save Africa.
They are too stupid to save, and that is the harsh truth of it. Any attempt to do so will simply see rampant population growth – they do know how to do that if you feed them – and inevitable mass suffering, starvation, and disease.

This is why I use the term “Dumber than fuck” because even the dumbest of the dumb can propagate themselves. If a person is dumber than that…
Kipling’s poem “Whiteman’s Burden” comes to mind. Nature made a mistake in Africa and has been trying to fix it for a long time but white men keep thwarting it. Time for us to sit back and let nature take it’s course.
Maybe, just maybe, they are just reacting to “we’re from the government and we’re here to help”. I’m sure that they have seen first hand how government medical interventions have worked out for them before. And maybe if people here weren’t so intelligent they would be doing the same thing. Like I said, maybe, just maybe. Not debating the fact that these people are prone to mob action because of lack of critical thinking. But it doesn’t take much critical thinking to realize that a lot these medical interventions have been proven time and time again to do more harm than good over there. Maybe they’re tired of being Guinea pigs.

How stupid do you have to be to attack the people trying to help you? Or how stupid do you have to be to try to help people who aren’t smart enough to not attack you for trying to help them? At least the natives have an excuse.
Hey, every time there is a problem anywhere, they burn down their OWN neighborhood. You would have expected the Simi Valley to have been on fire after the Rodney King verdict, but no. And then when the smoke clears, they wonder why there’s no place to buy food or the other essentials of life (like cigarettes and liquor).
The trouble with Africa is that it’s full of Africans. If WuFlu rids the planet of foolish people it may yet be seen as a blessing.
