It’s definitely photoshopped. Correct me if I’m wrong but I believe the woman in the pic is Kim Yo, the next North Korean leader. Supposedly her brother, the fat bastard, is in a vegetative state from a botched heart procedure.
Should be interesting to find out whether he was hiding out or dead. Mark Steyn was saying this afternoon that a defector claims Kim was injured when a rocket launch he was attending went bad and the rocket landed on the observers after only going about fifteen feet off the pad. Who knows?
