Let’s say you have a serial arsonist living in your community. Just arresting the arsonist would prevent further fires from being deliberately set, but that’s not who we are.
Instead, we’ll hire a small army of people to follow him around 24/7 and report on what he’s doing, maybe give them those little hand held fire extinguishers or a cell phone with a special number to dial to report him if he burns down another house that goes directly to the governor’s task force on responding to house fires to study the patterns that emerge from his crime spree.
Sure, it will cost thousands of times more than it would if we simply incarcerated the offender, but that’s not who we are.
And yes, he’ll still keep burning people’s houses and businesses down, but think of all the opportunities for the arson tracers to earn credits towards a college degree.
It’s never been done before and it will bankrupt us as a nation and keep us from all other forms of productive work, and it will allow the firebug to continue to burn down the country but I think we could make something like this work.

It’s obvious that until they have the “roll up you sleever” ready, they will track us using our phones. You will laugh when I tell you this but I tried it and it works. If you have to take your phone when you go out, wrap it in at least 4 layers of crumpled foil. The signal will not get through and bounce back to the tower. Calls go straight to VM and texts will won’t come through until you unwrap it. Some phones take more than 4 layers. Mine only needs 4.
The only reason one would want their phone with them is to make an emergency phone call. I drive too far away when I run errands to leave mine. It would just stay in the car until I get home. One detail, wrap and unwrap it in the exact same place in your house. H/T Montagraph.

That works. A cell phone is an RF transceiver. If it’s kept shielded in one place it can’t send or receive calls or remote commands .. or you can hand it off to someone else and just go about your business elsewhere.
TPTB’s plan for tracking apps is an overt way of tracing people. What they DON’T tell you is any phone that is turned on will be active on the cell network and be triangulated, regardless. All phones have a mobile ID number unique to the phone and is assumed to be in the possession of the person paying the service provider.
All .GOV has to do is obtain a secret warrant and produce it to the cell provider and you won’t know shit.

That’s funny, I had saved some old chimney flashing made of rolled lead and lined a little wood box with it to store the phone in whenever I leave the farm, kind of as an experiment and I never get calls or texts while I’m out. If I forget and leave it in my pocket, then I get the calls. I’m using it all the time now.
