I do have a plan B, getting a garage plus one room built with a septic in the next few months, I have well and power. Not ‘prepper’ rated, but it will do for a contingency bug out plan. If I had to go next week, there is a nearby farm I can rent a space for my trailer until my garage is complete.

If SHTF before you get your septic, you can do a homemade septic, as there will not be county inspectors to approve/disapprove. If you can swing it, solar power is the way to go.
