Chi-town and LA etc. They get out and get a wigger chick with a housing voucher and knock her up and bring his “Bros” from da hood to stay there while they get set up with all the spliv social programs and find themselves a wigger honey with a housing voucher. It doesn’t take long but it happens expotentially so one day you wake up and find spliv zones etc.
