I’ve hesitated to write this article because I can feel the guffaws coming. But those guffaws are now quieted by masks which do far better at muzzling chortles than germs, so I now care less than I used to. This is the thesis: mask directives are an eschatological dry-run for the Mark of the Beast, and if you don’t think so, you’re insanely naive.
FANATICISM ASIDE
You can use the search function at PNP and discover that ‘Mark of the Beast’ has only been the subject of a few articles out of tens of thousands, and each one makes a mockery of hyper-charismatic snake oil salesmen who use the topic as a sales pitch for their venereal disease elixir. Those who see the Mark of the Beast in every news story or technological advance have received nothing but derision from me for their prophetic sensationalism and failed soothsayery. Additionally, you’ll find that I have always instructed readers to “make eschatology the caboose of your theology and not the engine.” Again, I’ve done nothing but roll my eyes at End Times timelines behind the pulpit, Late Great Planet Earth-type prophecies, and the endless parade of “here’s how [fill-in-the-blank news story] fits into Matthew 24.
I am a historic pre-millennialist, but most wouldn’t know it because I speak of it that rarely. Indeed, I believe that Jesus is returning to rule the nations, raise the dead, and judge in righteousness. But how those things will unfold I place into a tertiary camp, so long as we can admit full-preterists are heretics, post-millennialists ought to chill just a bit on Reconstruction, amillennialists should stop being so smug (just saying), and dispensational pre-millennialists get weird with their charts and graphs (I’m looking at you, John Hagee). Did I offend everyone yet? Anyway…
The point is, I’m hardly the eschatology-hound you might ordinarily like making fun of. And I’m certainly not the guy calling Barack Obama the anti-christ or arguing that the locusts of Abaddon’s pit are murder hornets.
STILL, RFID TRACKING CHIPS FREAK ME OUT A BIT
Granted, I can’t help but share some of the eccentricities common among pre-millennialists. Ideas that I find particularly worrisome are standard fare (not just among premillennialists, but plenty of civil libertarians as well). You know, stuff like RFID tracking chips put into dogs and employees (the state of Michigan just banned mandatory chips in employees, so Christians aren’t the only ones creeped out by it) are especially concerning.
For that matter, I don’t like the Internet of Things (IoT), self-driving cars, cashless societies (like coin shortages that happen right after the federal reserve announced the ‘digital dollar’), tracking devices masquerading as phones, the NSA knowing what you ate for breakfast, asking Amazon or Google to eavesdrop in your home just for the convenience of having a ‘virtual assistant’ tell you the weather or turn on your music (PS they’re also storing every word you say), or television sets that watch you more than you watch them.
I’ll admit it: my view of the End Times from the Bible gives me healthy skepticism of these things, but not irrationally. I cover my cams when they’re not in use (because Zuckerberg does). But I also have most (but not all) of the conveniences listed above (I also know the first thing to throw out my car window when I go on the lam). I’m not a Neo-Luddite, and neither am I against all vaccines, nor assume that 5G causes erectile disfunction or that chlorine necessarily makes frogs gay.
At the same time, we have to recognize that the things exposed by Edward Snowden aren’t science fiction. Anyone who isn’t worried about some of these things is foolish, just as anyone who believes all of them is crazy. But as Christians who believe what the Bible says about things that are coming, we have an extra reason to be concerned about our evolving world, even above and beyond that of regular civil libertarians.
YEAH, I BELIEVE ENDS TIMES PROPHECIES. DEAL WITH THAT REAL QUICK.
Yes, I believe that the Bible gives us a vague but accurate picture of what the world is heading into. These aren’t extrapolations of Scripture like seers peer into chicken gizzards and tea leaves. These are explicit prophecies in the Bible with explicit guarantees that these things will explicitly happen before the return of Christ.
So without apology, I believe that Jesus is bodily returning, establishing a thousand-year-long kingdom in Jerusalem, turning Commies into his footstools, raising the dead, and unpacking in his own good order the cumulative end of the world as we know it.
If that seems strange, consider that I also believe God became man, took on flesh when he was conceived of the Holy Ghost, was born of a virgin, lived a perfect life, died as a substitute for sinners, and rose again from the dead.
And secularists believe men came from chimpanzees and Marxism might actually work this time…we all believe crazy things. My beliefs just happen to be true. Anywhoo…
WHAT DOES THE BIBLE SAY ABOUT THE MARK OF THE BEAST?
The gist is this: Prior to the return of Christ, his followers are going to become increasingly unpopular and the world will grow increasingly wicked. It will be characterized by unruly children, self-centered vanity (food selfie, much?), homosexuality, and general ungodliness. Although all ages have had these sins to varying degrees, the generation before Christ returns will actually take pride in them.
This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
This will be accomplished by incredible technology that allows the comings-and-goings of people to be micromanaged and they will be excluded from buying or selling things in the marketplace. This is to accomplish a “soft extermination,” basically starving out believers or forcing them to assimilate.
16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
After it’s clear from muscling non-conformists into a corner by restricting their access to the market, a global, powerful government will then begin a “hard extermination,” rounding up believers and murdering them like dogs in a persecution worse than anything the world has ever seen (including the Holocaust).
9 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake…21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
This will, in part, be possible by some kind of contraption – whether natural or supernatural – that will detect believing non-conformists who have refused to identify with the global grand poobah (known as the anti-christ) and it will sound an alarm, alerting people that an ‘unauthorized person’ is nearby.
15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
You can figure out how that will be done, because it doesn’t leave much to the imagination in a period in which we’re talking about “health passports” scanning temperatures of passing crowds of people, putting everyone into a facial recognition database (even liberals in America’s cities are scared over this one and have started to ban the tech), and are micro-chipping Lassie. I’m not a prophet or the son of one, but I surmise it will be one of these things, a combination thereof, or something eerily similar. In one way or another, those little images are going to scream out and snitch, something that John was seeing in his revelation and trying to convey to us with his 1st Century vocabulary.
And when all this fails to round up believers for the gas chamber, people will snitch on each other. Even family members will turn one another in for not conforming to the government regulations.

SO YEAH, THE MARK OF THE BEAST IS A REAL THING, IT WILL HAPPEN, AND IT WILL HAPPEN JUST LIKE WE ARE NOW SEEING
No, masks aren’t the Mask Mark of the Beast. But if you don’t think this is a dry-run social experiment (whether organized by men or of the devil) for that eventuality, you’re insanely naive.
In more than twenty states, you can’t buy or sell without wearing a mask. Stores have up signs that they will snitch on you to the authorities. Health departments have created snitching hotlines for your acquaintances who aren’t doing it. Departments of Family Services have created policies about how to steal your kids if you don’t comply.
And worst of all, virtue-signaling evangelical leaders are demanding that you wear a mask to show your love for Jesus or if you want to “have an economy” (like Beardy McGoatFace over at Wheaton College, see below).
These jackhats will 100% deliver you up to the councils and tribunals when that great day comes, and they’ll do so in the name of Jesus. How Stetzer could tweet such a thing without a single thought about the eschatological implication tells me he probably doesn’t believe in eschatology at all (unless it’s some kind of Marxist utopia he’s betting on).
From what I ascertain from history and human nature, the chance of the Mark of the Beast being branded “Mark of the Beast” will be next to zero. No doubt, it will be predicated upon some kind of appeal to public safety or the public good. It will likely be called something like Doubleplusgood Public Health for Happy Homes Initiative #3. For citizens to snitch on citizens as the Bible prophesies, they’ll have to be convinced that you not having the Mark of the Beast will somehow kill them.
So, no. I’m not going to wear the mask.
These mask mandates are nothing but practice for things to come. It is a testing and trying of government power, and right now it seems almost omnipotent.
If they are practicing for things to come, will you? Will you resist this? Will you practice saying no? Or will you buckle under the slightest pressure to grab that Snickers bar for the low-low price of your bodily autonomy?
Jesus is coming. And so is the Mark of the Beast. Wake up Christians. You mustn’t slumber.

Wow…You have no idea what that verse means to me as I spoke it during an incident, a spiritual attack in 2003 that has never left me, and never will no matter how long I live in this dew on the grass life. That specific scripture encourages me to this day.

I’ve been around, but quiet. Daily 2.4 mile walk to knock on the window of my 92 yr. old mom sentenced to a 10 x 12 room for about a 170 days now, wife’s mom went down and came up with a pace maker after a trip to the Wichita Surgical Covid Circus….Bizarro World.
The most direct route to the rest home takes me by two local ‘movers and shakers’ in the municipal gov. One is a commissioner, and the other is the largest mechanical contractor in the county (a Shriner). Our city has remained ‘mask free’, while the county seat ten miles north mandated masks everywhere a couple months back. But the local BOE in our city have implemented masks and hybrid learning while the one ten miles north in the county seat just voted to return to in person classrooms, period…..haha, perfect government symmetry in the Land of the Plumed Serpent.

Missouri is patchwork mask, county by county. In my county it expired at the end of July. One county north started in with a mandate a couple weeks later. No one seems to be paying much attention anymore. Some choose to wear them and some don’t, which is how it should be.
The Ozarks never mandated and are making money hand over foot. It’s driving the people in KC and St Louis crazy..lol!

It is becoming more bizarre by the day. I see people wearing them all the time even when alone. This is a perfect soft holocaust. Wearing a mask for prolonged times is not a sign of virtue it is a sign of obedient stupidity. It is very bad for one’s health. This is why we were not born with masks over our mouths. We need free and easy access to oxygen. Make no mistake people are already dying from mask wearing. It will go unreported because how do you verify that a mask led to stroke or heart attack or the trapping of bad viruses around the mouth thus compromising the respiratory system. Goethe called the Earth the insane asylum of the universe and then went on to demonstrate with a well lived life how to escape it.

As a life long Missouri Synod Lutheran, I know first hand the reality of the weak response of most Pastors and laymen to the Covid. The doctrine of the LCMS maintains a good amount of the Augsburg Confession but the practice and therefore beliefs, as we pray so we believe, of most congregants is very close to the tripe of the Evangelicals.

Three couples (my wife and I included) and two other men, attended church (small rural church) for the first time without masks.

We have a great Preacher, and a rock solid congregation – fairly old, but so I’m I. They have been warm and welcoming (I was in another Church for 21 years – the only Yankee Deacon – against my will too) before moving and hunkering down on the farm/compound.
I probably agree with the vast majority on most doctrines (I’m not Pre-Trib obviously, but not dogmatic) but 99% are masked and I’m not giving the Luciferians or those who follow them (whether they realize it or not) an inch.
Hope for the best, prepare for the worst. If there is such a thing as a rapture, awesome! If not, a lot of people are going to lose faith.

I agree with most of this authors thoughts, however, as for the mark of the beast, there will be no chips or any visible markings. THREE IRREFUTABLE REASONS WHY JOSEPH SMITH WAS A FRAUD (Part 1 of 3)

What is the goal of a Christian cult? Cults expert James Bjornstad identified the goal as: “The goal of religious counterfeits is deception, presenting a likeness to the original while at the same time maintaining differences.” He added that these religious counterfeiters claim to be genuine Christians while at the same time repurposing yet redefining biblical doctrines involving God, Jesus, and salvation. In doing so, they take “great pains to mimic every detail in copying…doing everything possible to reduce the chances of detection and increase the chances of acceptance.”
One of the most notorious and successful of these religious counterfeiters was Joseph Smith Jr. (1805-1844), founder of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (LDS), better known as the Mormons. With nearly eight million followers today, the LDS Church continues to grow at an exponential rate, even some 180 years after Smith’s death.
But, the cult of Mormonism stands precariously like a house of cards, easily collapsed by three simple arguments. These three arguments will be examined in the light of equipping Christians to help rescue the lost Mormon from their cultic beliefs and eventual eternal death in Hell.
(That is you .22 wake up buddy – it’s not too late – the ‘FAMILY road to hell is paved with good intentions.)
REASON 1: THE CHARACTER OF JOSEPH SMITH
The LDS Church made the following admission based on their founder’s own personal testimony of being a divinely appointed prophet of God:
By nearly three million persons in many lands, Joseph Smith is today held in remembrance as a Prophet of God. The virtues and achievements of his followers stand as a monument to his divine calling. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has its foundation in the revelations he received, the sacred truths he taught, and the authority of the priesthood restored through him.
Within this foundational LDS statement lies what cults expert Robert A. Morey calls Mormonism’s “Achilles’ heel,” stating that “the authority of the Mormon priesthood and the validity of their doctrines rest totally on Joseph Smith’s claim to be an inspired prophet of God.” It could then be argued that Mormonism either stands as a legitimate expression of Christianity or falls into being labeled as a cult based on Smith’s own claim of being a true prophet of God.
That means then that should Joseph Smith have ever pronounced any prophecy that turned out to be false or never having been fulfilled, he would end up violating Moses’ litmus test for determining whether a message had been truly spoken by the Lord or not. As the Scriptures reveal: “If what a prophet proclaims in the name of the LORD does not take place or come true, that is a message the LORD has not spoken. That prophet has spoken presumptuously. Do not be afraid of him” (Deuteronomy 18:21-22 NKJV).
Since the foundation of all LDS beliefs rests on the prophetic claims made by Mormonism’s founder, then Morey advises that Christians adopt the two-pronged apologetics strategy of listing Smith’s failed prophecies as well as highlighting his highly immoral character, and in doing so, will best sway those seduced by Mormonism into renouncing both Joseph Smith as a false prophet and Mormonism as a false expression of Christianity.
In other words, remove Joseph Smith from the religious equation and what remains is a total reliance on Jesus Christ alone through faith alone. Mormonism’s own Articles of Faith admits to as much stating, “If his [Smith’s] claims to divine appointment be false, forming as they do the foundation of the Church…the superstructure cannot be stable.” The superstructure will now be shown to indeed be very unstable.
REASON 2: SMITH FALSE PROPHECIES
Cold Case Christianity author J. Warner Wallace provides just a few of the many failed prophecies made by Joseph Smith proving that he did indeed fail Moses’ test for discerning a true prophet of God.
1. Joseph Smith made open-dated prophecies, such as when he predicted in 1835 that, “The coming of the Lord, which was nigh — even fifty-six years should wind up the scene” (History of the Church, Vol. 2, 182).
2. He made a number of self-fulfilling prophecies, such as when he claimed the Lord instructed him not to translate any more until he had arrived in Ohio. (D&C 37:1).
3. Smith made conditional prophecies, such as when he stated that if the people of Ohio repented they would not be severely judged by the Lord (D&C 40:16-18).
4. Smith even went as far as to make close-dated, unconditional prophecies, such as when in 1832 he prophesied that a LDS temple would be built in Independence, Missouri within his generation. Almost 200 years later and no Temple has ever been built, especially during Smith’s generation, forcing the LDS leadership to admit this prophecy has never come true. (D&C Section 84).
5. Smith also made a number of fanciful prophecies, such as when in 1837 he proclaimed that the Lord had told him that the moon was inhabited by men and women who looked like the people of earth and that they lived up to a 1,000 years old, stood nearly six feet tall, and dressed uniformly like Quakers.
In the second segment, we will continue to look at the first and the second of three irrefutable reasons why Joseph Smith was a fraud.

I realize that you are on eastern time, and I’m central, but you really hit the ground running, don’t you? I gotta spike my coffee just to consider anything more complex than “Look at the pretty cows” until 9:30 or so; after that I can pontificate millennialism and dispensationalism but at present, according to the “comment spell-check underliner thing” I can’t even spell either one.
Anyway, about preterism . . . the real problem with full-preterism is that whole “Second Coming” thing just really screws up the timeline, unless 2-com is NOT part of end-times prophecy. See, I feel stupider just sayin’ it out loud. Obviously a lot of the texts do regard past events, “When you see Jerusalem surrounded” is a good example, because that happened in 79 AD, but that’s not to say that it will not happen again; to make room for New Jerusalem, after all, the old one must be “removed” from existence. Or maybe established in Texas, which could happen; while Texas is not specifically mentioned in scripture, I understand that in no way is its exclusion a limitation on His sovereignty. What I mean is, the Word was recorded for our benefit and enlightenment, as testament and witness, NOT as some”box” for God to rattle around in . Or, put yet another way . . . scripture reveals the works of God, but not ALL of His works.

Part 2, 8:15 a.m.
Years ago, early nineties (when the internet was still like an interactive fax machine), I heard a speaker, a scientist break-down the greek defintions and gematria of 666; I don’t remember all the details now but, if I recall correctly, SIGMA, the 18th letter in Greek, had two interesting archaic definitions. One was “covenant or contract” (also, “mark”):

The other, “prick, as with a needle”. During that time were the early murmurings of embedded chips, the size of a grain of rice, the lithium batteries for which were recharged by temperature fluctuations in the skin; the two places where the skin changes temps the fastest are the back of the hands and the forehead; if broken, the lithium caused a burn that would never heal (grievous wound), etc. Anyway, this guy claimed to be an engineer who helped to build this thing, and when he realized the plans THEY had for this thing (location and financial tracking, etc.) and what he had helped to create, he wept, repented, became a Christian, and went public. Anyway, “covenant” suggests an agreement, obviously, that people will accept the mark willingly, even if they may not understand all the implications, as part of some “deal” or agreement. The needle, well, that’s obvious too; at the time a needle was the only viable method of delivery. (Today, we got nanites, but I digress.)
Anyway. So, I went on an infohunt this a.m. to see if I could corroborate his info but also to flesh out my own theory, and here goes: I could not find anything regarding sigma (18) meaning or even alluding to “prick, as with a needle”, at least not in the proper context (Nu – 50 – = sharpened point, prick, pierce, but nothing for sigma). However, the literal definition for sigma is “Synchronize”, which i find interesting for its “hive-mind” implications. “Hex” and “hexa” are prefixes that denote six (and the actual word “hex” means “bewitch or curse”, but the Greek for six is actually “wau” – the letter “F” – which means “wed-to” And suddenly my theory grew legs. Webster’s (see the link below) defines “wed” as “to blend together or unite inseparably.”

Jesus said “the two shall become one flesh”. Paul expounds on the same idea in Ephesians 5, and both are quoting and riffing on Genesis 2 (:24, specifically), “they shall become one flesh”.

What desecrates the temple of God is something that we “become one flesh with” (I think of “People were marrying and giving in marriage until Noah entered the ark . . . .”); a euphemism for idolatry, often used by the prophets, is “adultery”; in God’s eyes, worshiping an idol (false god, a fiction, a LIE) is becoming ONE with it, and, in this case, IT is something that will destroy it – “CORRUPT, spoil, destroy, ruin . . . [This root (pht-) literally means “waste away” (degenerate), “moving down from a higher level (quality, status) to a lower form.]”

So, to tie the threads . . . as it relates to my theory: In order to “live”, people will accept within themselves – become one with – SOMETHING that will “destroy” them . . . like, say, I don’t know, just riffin’ . . . maybe a vaccine so that they don’t die from a lie/virus/microscopic god that will kill them . . . and maybe get the benefit of UBI and universal healthcare or free rent along with it . . . maybe an RNA vaccine that, in essence, changes the DNA so that, in addition to normal processes of genetic functions, it ALSO produces foreign genetic material in order to, you know, keep us “safe and secure” in this coward new world? And , what is combining humans with a virus if NOT corruption, “taking a lower form”? And what makes it even worse than idolatry – hence why who “take” the mark are damned forever afterward- is that a heathen idolater or disobedient backslider may see the error of his ways and change, STOP whoring after other gods, but once the “two are one” inside the temple, there is no way to undo the corruption. THERE IS NO REPENTANCE. FOREVER. It will change people but people will not be able to change from it.

That is more than fascinating reasonable theories, crackerjack detective work sprinkled with deductive reasoning…it may not be exact but close enough for frags and government work, while convincing me even more, and I am already 100% convinced, that nothing, and I mean nothing will be injected into me, no band aids will placed on my flesh (by anyone) no matter the reasons given by these WARP SPEED demonically influenced parasites wearing white coats and carrying clipboards…no matter how many of the military (or anyone else) are standing behind them.
But what terrifies me is those who I love, who ‘could’ fall for the deception, and there are many.
That is what I’m doing constantly, reaching out to them with warnings, vids, blogs, evidence, last but not least of course God’s word.
The wolves in sheep’s clothing are everywhere, and the gate they are herding everyone towards isn’t just wide…it’s enormous and the camouflage is more than enticing to the lost, it is compelling.
I hear you, Mark. I don’t have enough FAITH to trust these “tools” with my medical well-being, for one, and two, they have lied to the detriment of our country for over a hundred years and THEY WILL lie everybody into destruction.

You can only do so much; some of those whom you have tried to enlighten will get it and say, “Mark warned me,” while others will say, “Mark tried to warn me.” I’m having the same issues on my end, have been printing articles for months that I give out that usually go unread. Even people who are “awake” to some issues are stubborn as hell on others. I know some of it is due to “normalcy bias”, and, apparently, its depths are murky and endless. I guess that means that we are “Abbie, Abbie Normal.”

Why do you think Apple is valued at 8x price to sales? Because they are one of the companies that can implement the coming mark system. If you don’t comply you get deplatformed. I have been saying it for months now, if one cannot buy or sell without wearing a mask, then the mask is a precursor to the mark of the beast. If one does not learn to resist the mask, he will not be able to resist the mark of the beast, when it comes.

In UK I am rarely challenged and carry on my life as usual. If challenged, which I was once entering Tesco, I say: ” I have dispensation,” (most don’t know what it means – ignorance is bliss here in UK) and then I say: “I have mental issues,” and start lolling my tongue and rolling my eyes. I always ask the questions that the pastor can’t, won’t or does not want to answer. I’ve had 3 of them actually get mad at me and yell “Get out and don’t come back!” Indeed. And so I’m going to ask the same question that the last pastor got all upset with me over. Maybe you, the writer of this article, can answer. You do realize that In Heaven, there is No Free Will, Right? All there will do what they are told. Period. I could go to the trouble of posting verses and the like but you already know, if you are a pastor, all of them. The first few chapters in Genesis spell it all out with the story of Adam and Eve. This stuff makes pastors nervous. Because, what if this sort of thing gets to be common knowledge to all the sheep in your congregation and all the others? No one, and that means No-one (especially pastors) like to do As They Are Told. Even Salvation is taught as a Free Choice and is considered Null and Void if not accepted by Free Will (or that is how it is taught in church).
You explain how I am wrong and back it up with verses (and not opinion) and I’ll issue a retraction. To date, no one has been able to of all I’ve asked. Good luck.
Now, before you get to thinking I’m some god-less, evil man, let me tell you something. I KNOW for a FACT that all was CREATED (you probably only “Believe” it). You call him “God” but the name He calls Himself is “Creator.” I’ve met Him. And I was told, by HIM, that Religion is a creation of MAN and not by Him. It’s a business and even the Bible was written by man and for his own uses. And, therefore, the story you portray comes from a Man-Made book and has nothing to do with Creator or His plans; they are the scare-tactics, used by The Church, that have keep the pew seats filled each Sunday with paying guests, for years. Seems funny, after all these years, that The Church is discredited by their own book.
