Colorado…yes for now Until the LPs vote for Wolf reintroduction in November…Yes but they’re F’ng expensive and sell fast. I’m getting ready to leave for less crowded spaces.
My daughter and son-in-law just bought 1 ac lot near Castle Rock that is straight up for $200K. they anticipate spending $100 more on retaining walls and that is before they put in the house. Their fence line is the Pikes Peak National Forest.
Sounds like near Sedalia or Perry Park. Pretty area.
Perry Park with a great view of the red rock formation. The lot is about 30% grade to the top. A lot of money for a hill side.

I’m on an iPad and am only able to copy links from safari to get them to show up on here as pics. If I copy links from my photo album all you get is the link.
Find a pic somewhere (I like Yahoo search under images – this week believe it or not was “Gorgeous Alien Redheads”). Click on the pic so you are not just looking at the gallery but rather on the enlarged image. Right mouse click and selected “copy image location.” Then go back to the comment field and simply paste that info. Make sure its Image Location. That should do it. I had no idea until someone helped me out. Been trying to pay it back since.
