My wife told me her friends have stopped visiting the downtown area of the city near where we live. It is a tourist based city. This is not good for business owners. Of course Democrats have run the city for four decades. I assume most of the business owners are young and old voting Dems and will double down on stupid to vote Harris – Biden.
The only time I get off the interstate in Memphrica is when I go to Costco every 4 – 6 weeks to replenish our supplies. It is about a 1 mile r/t from the interstate. I like to do it mid-morning when the night creatures are still sleeping.
