My mother got one. I returned it. There was actually a box on it to check if the person it was sent to was dead. I got something for my Dad from the IRS five or six years after he died. It is very easy to believe all the stories when you keep getting government mail for people who have been passed for years.
Did you see that Smokin’ Joe Frazier voted in PA? He died eight years ago. They found that Will Smith’s Dad voted in PA and then saw that he voted in 2016 too. He’s been dead for years.
