Former Vice President Joe Biden wins without disputed Pennsylvania ballots. In Pennsylvania, mailed ballots that showed up after November 2 are still being disputed. But state officials have certified that Biden had enough votes to win Pennsylvania even excluding all of the ballots that arrived November 3–6.
Just in: Pennsylvania Secretary of State reports just 10k ballots came in between Nov. 3 and Nov. 6. Biden wins Pennsylvania without those votes.

A Pennsylvania postal worker who alleged fraud has recanted, telling investigators with the U.S. Postal Service that he made up claims about his bosses telling him to backdate mail-in ballots. The Erie, Pennsylvania, postal employee, Richard Hopkins, said on Monday that these claims were fabricated, the U.S. House Oversight Committee reported yesterday.

State officials “representing both political parties said that there was no evidence that fraud or other irregularities played a role in the outcome of the presidential race, amounting to a forceful rebuke of President Trump’s portrait of a fraudulent election,” the Times reported yesterday. “Top election officials across the country said in interviews and statements that the process had been a remarkable success despite record turnout and the complications of a dangerous pandemic.”

Krebs was among the first to pour cold water on #Sharpiegate, a quickly debunked conspiracy theory pushed by the Trump campaign and the Republican National Committee. The theory posited that ballots in Arizona filled out using a Sharpie pen had been invalidated because they could not be read.
“Don’t promote disinfo! Stop spreading #SharpieGate claims,” Krebs wrote last week.
And Rumor Control was out front early warning voters that results might be delayed because of the need to count all valid mail-in ballots.

A few points. The postal worker just posted yesterday on youtube that he did not recant. Second, when a website claims that any mistakes can be explained by “innocuous clerical errors”, they have no basis in fact to assert that the “mistakes” at issue were clerical errors. They may be, or maybe not. For example, if all the dead people are voting for the same candidate, there might be a problem. And no one doubts that different vote totals on the same ballot do not by themselves constitute indicate fraud. But they could be evidence if every mistake favors one party. Explaining away every variation as simple mistakes tests credulity after awhile.
It is extremely disturbing how federal investigators with the USPS Inspector General’s office pressured the Pennsylvania whistleblower (Hopkins) to recant. Supposedly, the guy used his phone to record the interrogation and then it was sent to Project Veritas. Obviously, this was a story that the Dark Powers needed to reign-in quick because the “recant” rejoinder went viral, seemingly, in conjunction with the interrogation by the USPS fix-it men.
Yet, confusingly, Hopkins the Whistleblower said on Hannity’s program that he did sign something, but that he didn’t know what it was that he signed?
So did he recant? Or not?

Hang in there folks. The rulings are in Trump’s favor and tomorrow may hold a wave of decisions. It is going to be a hell of a fight but I say Trump and the other candidates screwed by fraud along with him will win.
The legal arguments expressed by many here are largely correct. The FEC chair says there is corruption everywhere in this election. The Constitution is clear. Any change of election rules must come from a bill in the state legislature. Judges and executives have no say. There are thousands of allegations in the several states with hundreds of sworn affidavits and multiple recounts scheduled.
We are going to win and we are going to have to fight. We were going to have to fight regardless.

Not doing so this time was absolutely an innocent oversight.
That is what I wondered about because I did not see a link and when I read the post it looked like is was of one piece. So I checked both sites and read the articles. Sure enough, they were different pieces, but it did not look like it.
Then I thought that since you wrote that you did not see much difference between “Rumors” and “Reason” that you just re-published the “Rumor” side for sarcasm.

I find the article amusing. State election officials deny “irregularities! You don’t say! I would expect the guilty to confess and the merely incompetent to admit that they are asshats. The truth is that these jobs are more or less sinecures. The real work in most of these states is done by the private companies, like Dominion, that provide and service the computer hardware and software. And that is precisely where the big time fraud occurs. The Democrats have been altering vote totals for years.
