For the roughly 70 million disappointed America First voters, dark clouds have already formed over Capitol Hill. Former Vice President Joe Biden’s Attorney General and Department of Homeland Security Secretary candidates, rumored to be on his short list for those critically important posts, have political philosophies far afield from the mainstream.
California Attorney General Xavier Becerra is a leading contender to become the U.S. Attorney General. Before replacing AG Kamala Harris in Sacramento, Becerra was a 17-term U.S. Representative who represented Los Angeles, and at one time chaired the Congressional Hispanic Caucus. During his tenure as California’s A.G., Becerra has sued the Trump administration over 100 times. Becerra’s primary anti-President Trump litigation targets have been immigration related, and are issues that are well within the administration’s legal authority – primarily federal law enforcement, sanctuary cities, amnesty, refugee resettlement, the southwest border wall and deferred action for childhood arrivals.
Becerra advocates for decriminalizing illegal immigration, and once said that unlawfully present foreign nationals don’t act “violently or in a way that’s harmful to people. And I would argue they are not harming people indirectly either.” Such a statement is an emotional defense of illegal immigration and ignores the well-documented crimes, many of them violent, that aliens have committed in California, and the U.S. worker job displacement that their presence represents.
Illegal immigrant workers are covered at taxpayer expense by all the protections state and federal law provide statewide for all employees. California employers have hired an estimated 1.6 million aliens, the majority of which work in nonagricultural industries. In addition to his previous 100-plus lawsuits against the Trump administration, Becerra has promised to sue over any lame duck executive orders the White House may issue.
The irony is that Becerra and Gov. Gavin Newsom have repeatedly violated 8 U. S. C. §1324, a felony to “encourage or induce an alien to come to, enter, or reside” unlawfully in the U.S. For decades, the toothless federal government has allowed California and its local authorities to violate immigration law, and go unpunished. Should Becerra ascend to the U.S. Attorney General’s office, expect even more tolerance of illegal immigration.
In another sobering announcement, Biden’s transition team appointed Ur Mendoza Jaddou and Cecilia Muñoz to its staff. Jaddou was once U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services counsel under then-President Barack Obama, and is currently the DHS Watch Director at America’s Voice. America’s Voice is one of Washington, D.C.’s most influential pro-immigration lobbies, and advocates for giving the nation’s illegal immigrant population, estimated from 11 million to 30 million people, a full path to citizenship. The establishment media cites the 11 million, but a more knowledgeable source, Mexico’s former ambassador to the U.S., puts the total at 30 million.
Before serving in the Obama White House, Muñoz spent two decades as the National Council of La Raza’s Senior Vice President for the Office of Research, Advocacy, and Legislation. La Raza, now called Unidos US, has promoted loose borders and amnesty legislation since 1968.
Becerra, Jaddou and Muñoz are surely jockeying for a high-level Cabinet appointment. But even if Biden selects others, those three will have significant influence over the final choices. Immigration expertise isn’t required to predict the Biden team’s disastrous consequences on border security and enforcement. Among the first of President Trump’s America improvements to go may be his Migration Protection Protocols (MPP) wherein Mexico agreed to hold asylum seekers from countries other than Mexico until U.S. federal immigration courts adjudicated their claims.
When nationals from El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and figured out that often-fraudulent asylum claims wouldn’t automatically mean release into the U.S. interior, they returned home. Analysts foresee a huge border surge that the coronavirus, deteriorating Central American economic conditions and the presumed lax Biden border policies have precipitated. Until President Trump, previous administrations had been unable to effectively manage border surges.
Biden’s immigration agenda is good for cheap labor-addicted employers, Wall Street and Silicon Valley billionaires who want no cap on H-1Bs, as well as other employment-based visas. The population increases that open borders create lead to more job competition, more school overcrowding, more urban sprawl and, for all but the 1% elite, a diminished quality of life. In Biden’s White House, corporate money will come first; Americans will finish last.

The real problem comes after a Biden admin; all these “affirmative action on steroids” schmoes will be embedded in the Fedgov and we’ll never get them out. We just flat out can’t let that happen. MAGA 2020.
Let me add my two cents to this subject. I have just read that George Will has stated that illegal aliens should be counted for Congressional district representation, claiming that this was the Founders intention.
I despise “conservatives” like Will more than I hate avowed leftists. The George Will’s of our rotten “intellectual” class of mainstream “conservatives” have done far more damage to the American people than any wild-eyed Antifa thug or Bernie Sanders socialist. They have wasted our time, our energy, and our money. They have failed to address the real issues that will determine the fate of the country and have bent over backwards (or forwards, as the case may be) to be accepted in the polite society dominated by out enemies, instead of fighting them with no holds barred, with knife between their teeth. They are always preaching “civility” towards the domestic enemy, even when said enemy is buggering them in broad daylight. Oh, they are completely opposed to things like illegal immigration, affirmative action, sending American jobs overseas, or sending our boys off to endless wars – until they are asked to support policies that might actually have some practical effects. Most of them are Neo-Con’s, who feed at the trough of the Washington think tanks, and live in high style because of it.
I well remember my callow years when I was taken in by their bullshit. I am sure many TBP’ers could confess the same.
Will has always been among the very worst of this gang of bottom-feeding, penny-grubbing assholes. I am reminded of the term “gobble wallah”, Indian male prostitutes who used to service British soldiers of that bent. “Sweet gobble, sahib! Only five rupees!” Will will gobble anything as long as he keeps his position as a “respected conservative”. He will be “respected” up to the instant he strays from what is “allowed” in Washington politics and not one second more. He is simply a despicable, pompous horse’s ass. To top it off, as if you needed to, he is one of those Washington and New York jerks who affects a bow tie. News Flash: Unless you are six foot six and 350 pounds, or Louis Farrakhan, don’t wear a bow tie except with formal dress. At best you will look like a smarmy used car salesman. At worst, PeeWee Herman.
Let me educate you, Mr. Will. No, the Founders did not intend illegal aliens to be used to determine Congressional representation. They intended for illegal aliens to be swiftly deported, period. Had you suggested to the Founders that a swarm of foreign paupers who had entered our country in the dead of night and against our laws had any rights at all, they would have laughed in your face. Every single illegal alien counted in our census deprives U.S. citizens of one of their basic rights, to be represented in the House of Representatives by proportion of population of the states.
The Founder’s views on illegal immigration are no secret and are found in their attitude to immigration in general.
The power to make laws regarding immigration is specifically mentioned in the Constitution and this indicates that regulating immigration was high on their list of concerns. To be blunt, they wanted to keep the riff raff out. One of the early acts of Congress was an immigration act. You want to see a modern liberal’s hair stand on end? Look up that law. Let me summarize it: Only white people allowed. Not in those many words, but close.
Unless a person has entered U.S. territory through a legal border crossing point, with a valid visa, and been admitted by a CBP officer, for legal purposes they are obviously not in the U.S. Mere physical presence means nothing. They might as well be on Mars, or in Guatemala. They are intruders and fugitives in the process of being found and deported.
Tell me, Mr. Will, what do think of this? An enemy government sends a dozen secret agents into the U.S., to live here illegally and spy. They are illegal aliens. Should these fine fellows be counted in the census against genuine American citizens? Well, Will? What say you? And the millions of illegals stealing American jobs and undercutting our wages?
If Trump did nothing else he finally exposed these frauds like Will. The American people are finished with them all, they are having none of it, none of the baloney and hot air. Good riddance to these gobble wallahs.
