When you think of the US Supreme Court, it’s probably the image of its august Greco-Roman façade, expressing the conjoined ideas of democracy (ancient Greece) and a republic (classical Rome). Or else, you might imagine the grand courtroom inside — always featured in drawings, because photos aren’t allowed — which is the ultimate performance space for the law of the land. But there must be quite a backstage area, offices for the justices and their clerks, and surely some kind of boardroom, or even a comfy lounge full of overstuffed leather club chairs, a fireplace, and a sideboard with the cut-crystal sherry bottle. Would you suppose that the nine justices, or, at least the two divisions of them, get together there and palaver informally over dockets and cases? I would.
Now imagine they are palavering over the current case at hand brought by Texas with what… seventeen other states now, plus the president, in for backup? Is the court really reluctant to take the case, as the media gossip says? Maybe. But if they do take it, would they eventually rule to not disturb the current disposition of the election — even as alleged to be rife with ballot fraud — out of fear of venturing into a constitutional wilderness, as other gossip has it. Maybe. But what happens then…?
Hey, whatever you think of Donald Trump, he has been POTUS for four years, with access to whole lot of non-public information about his colleagues in government, including who among them has been playing footsie with the tentacles of China, and lots more. Accordingly, and prompted by four years of non-stop seditious harassment by a deranged Democratic Party, would you suppose he had a plan to meet some version of what played out on November 3? I would.
I would suppose, for instance, that Mr. Trump’s military intelligence allies saw, in real time on election night, all the packets of internet data that Dominion vote tabulation machines in the USA sent across the Atlantic to the Dominion server lodged in the CIA’s Frankfurt, Germany, cyberwarfare station. This, you understand, when those Dominion machines in the USA were forbidden by law to be connected to the Internet. If you’re a regular reader here, you will recall the recent report of a US Army special forces operation going into the Frankfurt CIA station directly after the election and seizing servers there. Assume that they underwent forensic dissection afterward. If you were President DJ Trump, would you suspect that the CIA might be playing dangerous games with you (and by extension, the nation)? Are you aware that China has a 75 percent investment stake in the holding company that now owns Dominion? Are there grounds to suppose that China somehow interfered in the election? With assistance from an eager Democratic Party and the CIA?
Would Mr. Trump, of all people, let such a thing stand? Especially considering the evidence that the putative “winner” of the election, Joe Biden, the kid from Scranton, PA, was up to his eyeballs, with the rest of his family, in Chinese funny-money? (Not to mention money from Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Russia, and other lands?) Note: information about this evidence gleaned from Hunter Biden’s forgotten laptop was deliberately suppressed in October by the major newspapers and cable news stations, with help from Facebook, Twitter, and Google, along with a claque of “fifty former and current intel officials” led John Brennan, who denounced the reports from The New York Post in a public letter as “Russian disinformation” — yet another seditious conspiracy among the swamplings.
Are you aware that in the weeks since the election there have been unusual movements of US military aircraft around the country, including C-130 “Hercules” troop carrier planes? And that the navy has two carrier groups out along the Pacific Coast and three strung along the Atlantic coast? That’s what I hear. Remember, the president cleaned house at the top of the Pentagon this fall, and probably not for nothing. Sounds like preparation for something… some extraordinary executive action to prevent the national security risk known as Joe Biden from being sworn-in as president — in the absence of anything else in a strictly constitutional way that would keep that from happening, like a Supreme Court decision that would order the rare passing on of the disputed 2020 election to the House of Representatives for resolution, with a strong statistical likelihood that the body would re-elect Mr. Trump.
These are the sorts of things I imagine the Supreme Court justices might be palavering about and weighing over their sherry in the comfortable back room of their august clubhouse. There is, of course, the likelihood that such a momentous decision to send the vote to the House would provoke a violent, batshit crazy response from the Democratic Party’s street warriors, BLM and Antifa — thus the C-130 flights perhaps deploying troops around the country. This time, expect the Black Blocs to get their asses kicked, and swiftly. Expect also a mind-blowing raft of arrests of political celebrities on charges like treason. Does it sound like a bad dream? Yeah, kind of does. But there it is.

I will be shocked if Trump does much of anything.
It certainly seems so, doesn’t it? Two people I’ve really gotten to like are Tim Pool and Dave Rubin. Both are left of center politically and former Dummos. But they are rational and thoughtful men who have stayed with Trump throughout the election and aftermath. They both have become uncharacteristically pissed and vocal about the voting farce. Dave has taken to cussing in appropriate spots (something I like in a man) and Tim can barely contain his disgust for the corporate media. It tells me, along with articles like this that the pot is starting to boil over.
With everything on the line I can’t imagine deep state types aren’t threatening SCOTUS justices. So not only do they need integrity, which the Supreme Court hasn’t demonstrated in years, they need the courage to do the right thing, which is in terribly short supply among the elites of the US and elsewhere. If they take the case and follow the Constitution, Trump will win. IF.
Rumours of military intervention seem far fetched. Trump didn’t even move against the Russiagate cabal, likely because the deep state stood in the way. The stolen election is a thousand times more egregious, and the deep state will use all the dirty tricks in the books to uphold it. Trump may have the chutzpah to order the military to intervene, but would the generals follow such an unprecedented order? If the military steps that equates to civil war. I can well imagine that even a lot of Trump supporters would be horrified at the use of the military. I doubt the military would take the chance, but what do I know?
Why so many downs?
Odds are the SC will in some fashion allow Biden win in the hopes the right won’t do anything … this in contrast to the certain cities burning scenario if Trump does win. Not that I agree, just what I think they will do.
Only a dorf would think that numerous threats aren’t being made.
Oh yeah… SCOTUS (Establishmentarians to the core, save perhaps Mr. Thmas) is going to opine that Mr. Trump gets another chance to put his finger in the eye of… the Establishment. Right. That’s gonna happen.
THen, after that unlikely opinion is being digested, regurgitated, shat out, disputed in the streets of shithole cities unimpeded by the mayors and governors thereof, the US Military (Establishmentarians one and all) and their civvie managers are going to follow orders from Mr. Trump (acting almost entirely alone, as he has NO allies of any sort anywhere in the Establishment) to quell (with deadly force or unrevealed high-tech dispersing agents) all these mutts in the aforementioned shitholes? Oh yeah, that sounds real possible.
Jumped the shark. Got his marching orders. Told to follow the Q-Anon meme for a bit. Who knows? Maybe Kunstler really believes this stuff. I sure don’t. Does anyone? If so, why?

Lately with everything that is transpiring in this county right now maybe Deagel’s prediction is correct, by 2025 there will only be 100 million people left in the U. S..
John Roberts will do everything in his power to keep SCOTUS out of the fight, regardless of the merits of the case. He does not want the Court, under his leadership, to be known for influencing the presidential election.
We can only hope that Trump will do something, but as we all know HOPE is not a strategy.
There are a lots of what ifs, right now, this scenario is but another.
But I do agree, there definitely will be a plan as it would be uncharacteristic of Trump to simply sit and await the SC.
What that plan is… is anybodys guess. We can all surmise and armchair what we’d like to see done but as usual its often just bluster on our part. unless you are actually engaged in the process. Meaning unless you are actively writing the WH, local politicals and AG’s, putting your body out there at rallies, etc etc. its all just another what if exercise.
Don’t get me wrong, the activity is interesting and the scenario a possibility. But whats needed also is for the citizenry to get actively involved like no other time. It will add to the activity and put pressure on those in the judicial branch to uphold their oaths. imo…
I hear a lot of talk, what if’s and saber rattling. I hear a lot of “buck passing” and “moderating”. What I don’t hear speaks louder. Just remember, talk is cheap, it takes money to buy whiskey.

Remember what happpened outside of Savannah on I-16 East last week. The media covered it as an “accident”. We drove home through there Wednesday, and there are zero skid marks. For some reason, I asociate skid marks w/ an “accident”.

The press disrespects of office of President, and now basically refuses to cover him, so if there were a national emergency (not or natural origin) how the hell would he get consensus from the population?
it is tough to sell to get the country into something like martial law,
yet is is easy to get people to voluntarily curl up into the fetal position, using the MSM to yell “pandemic” and “wear a mask” every day.
we either move into the future knowing we have no leaders, and are ruled by an evil cabal,

Here is another point to consider:
you have this simple job as a congress/senator – it is a do nothing job, talking is the primary task, (and scheming)
you get free healthcare and pension for life, and it is legal to inside trade.
how you can not get rich doing this job, and need to go outside and accept bribes, is an indication that you are not capable of handling the original job, let alone working on the reasons people bribe you.

A.Y.F.K.M.? The suggested aktions, in both potential and in progress, considering the Byzantine level of intrigue and corruption, would be a wet dream.
The odds are good SCOTUS takes the case, Alito has already shown disgust, Thomas and Kavanaugh have a bone to pick, Barrett has thay quiet motherly strength, Gorsuch is the wild card in my opinion. A possible plus is his Trump appointment.
The military. I suspect something bigger is afoot. BLM and ANTIFA seem to be losing steam, many blacks are awakening to the con job, and the rollout of The Great Reset is failing to inspire.
I dont think the military is being repositioned for them, sure a contingency, but not primarily.
So, it is now about 12 hours after the court wimped out on the patriotic half of the country.
Looks like the real makeup of the court is now 7 left wing, liberal sell outs to 2 conservative justices.

I think I figured out who Q is. Kunstler is Q because his theories sound very similar.
With that being said, Kunstler has a nice theory, but I doubt it will happen. Important stuff in this country happens behind the curtain, out of sight of the little people. If the Supremes have any inkling to get involved in the election outcome, I’m sure money has already been transferred into bank accounts and incriminating photos have been shown to key people who might have an independent streak.
Come February I fear, the Potato will be President and the Deep State will be firmly back in charge.

Kunstler (probably inadvertently) has nailed exactly what is going to happen, and why it is going to happen. The NWO could have rigged the election to have Trump win decisively on election night, just as they did in 2016. But they wanted the contested election because they want the Left to explode after Trump eventually wins so that the resulting riots will be especially destructive. The Left would have rioted even if Trump had won decisively on election night, but by seeming to overturn the will of the majority of the voters after Biden has been the apparent winner for a long time, the Left will be much angrier, resulting in even more rioting and hate.
I like this theory pie, I like it a lot, can’t wait for it to happen.

Anon, I agree with most of your comment, but I don’t understand why you think your ideas are mutually exclusive with mine. I have said in several other comments that pushing the vaccines is the number one objective of the NWO right now, and that is one of the reasons they want Trump to win. Most on the right will not take the vaccines if Biden is president, but many of them will take the vaccines, often against their own better judgement, simply because Trump promotes them. (The Left will take the vaccines regardless of who is president. Most of them believe everything the MSM tells them. They believe that COVID-19 is an actual pandemic and believe that vaccines are safe.)

That Trump would bite his lip, offer a firm handshake to Biden and wish him good luck is unthinkable. That would be totally out of character. He is an insider now, and has a tremendous amount of information in his hands. And unlike when the Deep State cooked up the Russian hoax out of whole cloth, there is actual proof of malfeasance by Hunter Biden, and by implication Joe. We know that Hunter received millions of dollars from Ukraine, Russia, and China, and the only logical reason an idiot would get that much money is to provide access to Joe. Thanks to Hunter’s fuckwittery, his laptop and thousands of emails are in the hands of other individuals and the government. And these emails can’t be declared to be classified and hidden from public view. What has been revealed so far is pretty damning, and expect more. And this is only one club he has to beat his enemies.
I don’t know what Trump is up to, but I doubt it is to retire and write his memoirs. He has a lot of money, is used to getting his own way, and he will have his revenge. At the very least, he will light his twitter account on fire.
