Letter from Great Britain – 12-12-20

“The Financial Jigsaw” has been serialised here and now is replaced by this weekly “Letter from Great Britain.”

NOTEIf anyone would like an electronic copy of the complete book, I should be pleased to email a free PDF on request to: [email protected]. The BIG news this week is all about the ‘rushed vaccine’ and that Britain is leading the way for the rest of the world.  There’s a lot to unpack in this latest news from our glorious vaccine producers, not least that it is a brand new, untested technology based on genetically engineered ‘messenger RNA’ and as such offers risks to the health of its recipients.  It has been rushed into production at an unheard of nine months as never before achieved for a vaccine which would normally take years.  My first question is to wonder why our government has hastily seen fit to indemnify the BigPharma companies from any claims for damages arising in the future; perhaps they have inside knowledge about this unseemly time scale?

“The UK government has granted pharmaceutical giant Pfizer a legal indemnity protecting it from being sued, enabling its coronavirus vaccine to be rolled out across the country as early as next week.  The Department of Health and Social Care has confirmed the company has been given an indemnity protecting it from legal action as a result of any problems with the vaccine.

Ministers have also changed the law in recent weeks to give new protections to companies such as Pfizer, giving them immunity from being sued by patients in the event of any complications; NHS staff providing the vaccine, as well as manufacturers of the drug, are also protected.”  https://www.msn.com/en-gb/news/uknews/coronavirus-vaccine-pfizer-given-protection-from-legal-action-by-uk-government/ar-BB1bzBv0?MSCC=1605866902

My next observation is to witness the extreme propaganda by the BBC and MSM as they hysterically promote the ‘safety’ of the vaccine to such an extent that I wonder if they “protest too much” as Shakespeare would say.  To admit that the British population are being set up as guinea pigs is to put it mildly – if it’s so safe I wonder why BigPharma needs indemnity.  The government is so worried that its propaganda will be derailed by truth-tellers they have recruited their dark security forces to help dispel dissention.  ZeroHedge has the details:

“The British Army’s Information Warfare Unit is being deployed to deal with “anti-vaccine propaganda” heading into the rollout of the vaccine, The Daily Mail reports. The unit was launched in 2010 and is part of the Army’s 77th Brigade, which “often works with psychological operations”; in fact, “solders are already monitoring cyberspace for Covid-19 content”, the report reveals. The move comes as a response to a growing number of both anti-lockdown and anti-vaccine protests.”   https://www.zerohedge.com/markets/british-army-deployed-handle-anti-vaccine-propaganda-and-protests

My contact in China has some interesting news about vaccines there.  In his email he states:  “Another thing worth mentioning, China has most kinds of Covid vaccines, all of them are traditional type, inactivated vaccine and recombinant protein vaccine. No mRNA type under research or made or injected, only Moderna/Pfizer take people as disposable rats for experiment. I’ll tell more afterwards.”  This is worth thinking about IMHO.  If the Chinese are not convinced about the efficacy of mRNA-based vaccines why should we be exposed to this gross manipulation in the Western world with something so ‘miraculous and safe’?

So now, the aftermath of vaccine application is being considered by the authorities.  The big question is whether a vaccine should be mandatory.  There are multiple arguments for and against but little consideration has been given to policing such a mandate.  Charles Hugh Smith has some important questions:  To identify the vaccinated and unvaccinated, many nations are planning to issue ID cards or “vaccine passports.” As an abstraction, this seems straightforward, but if we start digging into the actual operational requirements of this mass ID card issuance and distribution, a number of common-sense issues arise.
Vaccination cards will be issued to everyone getting Covid-19 vaccine, health officials say (CNN)   First and foremost it is unknown how long the immunity offered by the vaccines will last.  Nobody knows how long either natural or vaccine immunity will last because not enough time has elapsed to collect sufficient data.

Given these intrinsic unknowns, how long will the ID card be valid? It’s easy to imagine variations in individual responses such that the vaccines’ effectiveness decays more rapidly in 20% of the vaccinated. This variability would introduce tremendous unknowns that no ID card could reflect: is the holder of the card at Month 10 still immune or not?

If the duration of the vaccine’s effectiveness is variable, then an ID card could be misleading. In other words, being vaccinated with a variable-duration vaccine tells us nothing about the individual’s actual immunity down the road.”  Charles has more questions:

Whilst UK fronts-up the application of vaccines, the tier system of lockdowns continues apace as many contradictions arise within our class-ridden society as our ‘elite’ rulers make up their laws on-the –hoof and to hell with the ‘plebs’.  Under tier 2, pubs and restaurants can only sell liquor with a ‘substantial meal’.  It has been challenged as to what would be contained in such refreshment.  Intriguingly, early last week the phrase “substantial meal” was quietly dropped from the guidance after it transpired it was defined by legal precedent.

According to Law Gazette, judges in a 1965 case found that accompanying sandwiches were substantial enough to permit two men to carry on boozing in a hotel under a “supper time extension”. The phrase has thus been replaced with “a table meal”, meaning a “meal eaten by a person at a table”. But not, apparently if that table is in a pub and you only have a pint. But in a theatre, where the nice people that you can trust go, it’s absolutely fine.

The hospitality industry did welcome the introduction of an extra hour to the curfew in which to eat up after last service at 10pm, but otherwise the mood was one of bitterness. “The rules feel arbitrary and unfair,” one leading restaurateur said: “particularly when so many businesses are struggling to survive.” The restrictions also demand that people only eat with members of their own household. “If you are fighting for survival and think the rules are unfair are you going to abide by them or are you going to squint at them and conclude it is not your job to police it?”

It’s a fair question. Policing of Covid-19 regulations has to be by consent. And yet these rules covering the hospitality sector have been so poorly written that such consent has been tested. We have been treated to the bizarre spectacle of police officers wandering around pubs inspecting what’s being served, and reaching a judgment as to whether a piece of pizza, a pasty or, yes, a scotch egg, counts as dinner or not, like they’re your mum. It’s confusing to diners; it’s a waste of police time and most of all it’s grossly unfair to a hospitality sector which has rolled with every punch this pandemic has thrown at it.

AND speaking of policing our Covid rules, the UK leads the world again in its enthusiasm for authoritarian rule as we descend into a police state every passing day.  “Under the UK’s current lockdown rules, all pubs and restaurants located in tier 3 regions are closed, but pubs in tier 2 areas can remain open if they serve “substantial meals.”  This has prompted some people who live in tier 3 areas to drive to tier 2 areas nearby so they can enjoy a pint.

However, it has now been revealed that authorities are using the region’s Automatic Number Plate Recognition to track down COVID dissidents who leave their region via car: “It is neither necessary nor acceptable to leave a Tier 3 area and enter a lower tier area for a day trip or to visit a pub or restaurant for a meal,” said North Yorkshire Police’s Superintendent Mike Walker.” https://summit.news/2020/12/04/uk-police-using-number-plate-cameras-to-track-down-people-visiting-pubs-in-neighboring-areas/

“Boris Johnson once described Covid-19 as an “invisible mugger”. I’m starting to wonder if that is how we will come to see his government’s impact on our country. That’s because Johnson has used his parliamentary majority, and the Conservatives’ innumerable business and media friends, to systematically relieve us of our democratic checks and balances, and even our freedoms.

Consider Johnson’s actions: he’s been willing to resort to emergency legislation to avoid awkward questions or debate in the House of Commons; clauses in the internal market bill would have allowed him to break international law; his covert intelligence bill (known as the “licence to kill” bill) implicitly permits undercover agents to break the law if they perceive a threat to national security.

Further to this, he has used hundreds of statutory instruments (which allow him to evade parliamentary scrutiny), and introduced a judicial review, aimed at denying access to the courts for those who wish to challenge the government, and giving the prime minister the power to appoint judges. And now he has set up a review of the Human Rights Act. In addition to all these, Johnson has taken powers on himself under the Coronavirus Emergency Act – a power grab on a scale unseen in this country for 400 years.”

Now that UK has left the EU, I will comment on relevant EU – UK events as they arise

The turmoil in London’s financial industry as a result of the pandemic looks like it is only going to get worse.  That’s because Britain is entering its final month of its Brexit transition period without a financial-services deal, according to Bloomberg. This means that many financial firms in London could be on their way out in favour of the European Union.

London trading platforms like Turquoise Europe, Cboe Europe and Aquis Exchange are all setting up in Amsterdam as “part of their no-deal Brexit plans”, the report notes. Goldman Sachs has petitioned French regulators to allow it to open its SIGMA X Europe stock platform in Paris, beginning in January.

Between JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs alone, more than 300 staff members will be moving to continental cities. Goldman is going to be moving about $60 billion in assets and JP Morgan will be moving about $230 billion to Frankfurt. The group is also encouraging London’s euro swaps clearing business to shift to Europe.

A Brexit deal must be sealed by Sunday or there will be no deal, Boris Johnson and Ursula von der Leyen agreed after a “lively and frank” three-hour summit that set the stage for a dramatic final act of the negotiations.  Despite nine months of troubled talks, “very large gaps” were said to remain between the UK and EU. The leaders said they should come to a deal or no deal outcome by the end of the weekend, with pressure on both sides to find time for parliamentary ratification.

A senior No 10 source said: “The prime minister and Von der Leyen had a frank discussion about the significant obstacles which remain in the negotiations.  “Very large gaps remain between the two sides and it is still unclear whether these can be bridged. The prime minister and Von der Leyen agreed to further discussions over the next few days between their negotiating teams.

“The prime minister does not want to leave any route to a possible deal untested. The prime minister and Von der Leyen agreed that by Sunday a firm decision should be taken about the future of the talks.”  Earlier in the day EU leaders had told their parliaments the negotiations were on the edge of failure. “At the moment we are on the precipice of a no-deal [Brexit],” Ireland’s Taoiseach, Micheál Martin, told the Irish parliament.

British holidaymakers will be barred from the European Union from 1 January under current Covid-19 safety restrictions, with the EU commission indicating there will be no exemption for the UK.  Only a handful of countries with low coronavirus rates are exempt from rules that prohibit nonessential visitors from outside the EU and European Economic Area (EEA) – with the UK included only until the end of the Brexit transition period.

To be continued next week.

I’ve always known that the British people were subject-slaves but truly had little reason to research how far down the rabbit-hole they’d been led. I had no idea how deeply the servitude had been ingrained in the culture until I heard a short piece on the radio of a Brit emotionally thanking the government for acting so quickly to provide a “vaccine” for the (cough, cough) plague of the 21st century, the coronavirus. And while I’ve read about the indemnification for Big Pharma, which should be setting-0ff alarms all around, now I read that “supper time extension” has been replaced by “a table meal”… while tier 2 pubs are better than tier 3 pubs because of the “substantial meal” clause. Forgive the… untoward language, but gawwwd-damn. I had no idea.

After all, when “the Kingdom” was allegedly “defeated” in America, and then chose to make another run at it in 1812, why would anyone place any trust in those that slithered up from the slimy cesspool of hell? Obviously (((they))) have proved (((themselves))) unworthy of trust. Yet the (((cunts))) have always had a presence in America for a variety of reasons, but ultimately through influence to use the country as a tool to continue the quest for world domination. The shining beacon on the hill, the United States of America has been nothing more than a proxy for that purpose and will remain so until the people determine that the unholy relationship must end, which may be sooner than we all think. If/when the “cleansing” should occur in America, the Brits should put Beth out to pasture along with the Black Nobility concept of “divine right to rule”, that is, if any William Wallace types exist in the UK.

What I heard is that six months after you get the vaccine, women grow big Freddie Mercury mustaches and men’s dicks fall off. But go right ahead and take your chances.
