Hotels have now joined airlines in considering whether or not to mandate that all guests have proof of COVID vaccination before being allowed to stay.
Several airlines have already announced plans to make the shot a compulsory condition of flying. According to anecdotal evidence, hotels and other forms of accommodation could follow suit.
A reader of the LockdownSkeptics website reported that a hotel in Scotland which offers wildlife holidays is preparing to adopt the no vaccine, no service policy.
“Should a vaccination programme be rolled out in the next few months, then it is likely we will require all guests to have been vaccinated before arrival,” states an item in the hotel’s newsletter.
“2020 has undoubtedly have been a hard year for the hotel and they have already put in place a wide range of COVID-19 related “safety” measures which will have had significant cost and massively reduced their occupancy rates,” states the reader.
“They will be balancing the requirements of both the Government and their customers, and, in respect of the latter, they clearly envisage that their customers will expect the highest possible levels of “safety” and will, on the whole, regard this vaccination requirement positively!”
“I fear that, whatever the science and whatever Government might say, we are all going to be forced inexorably into a situation where “Vaccination Certificates”, de facto if not de jure, become necessary to lead even a reasonable life in the months (years?) to come.”
As we highlighted earlier, according to Bill Gates, coronavirus restrictions will continue into 2022 and bars and restaurants will remain closed for four to six months.
UK Health Secretary Matt Hancock also told MPs today that a “new variant” of COVID had been discovered, meaning the vaccine currently in production may not even be effective as the virus continues to mutate.

The problem with mandatory vaccination for a hotel is. A guest might check in and go out to dinner. While accidentally leaving the door unlocked so a stranger could enter. And burn down the place.
That would be a real shame, but I imagine resistance to corporate tyranny springing up like that all over the place.
The big chains being paid off or controlled by the government might go along, but with all the smaller folks, independent folks, Airbus, and all of those options, freedom will certainly remain.

Airbnb will go along with the progressives. They have already done so on the LBGTQXZY issue, I beleive.
Most hotels are independently owned and a lot of the bargain basement places are owned by Indians (the dot head kind). They are entrepreneurs and will be open to making a buck, even if it requires a wink and a nod.
But how is Airbnb going to manage that? Each home/room, etc. is owned by a private individual. Do you take a picture of your certificate and send it to corporate? Got a nice fake to send? Yeah, they are already a POS organization with some of their crap. Bottom line is that there will be open rooms somewhere.
Forced compliance comes in many forms. I have a gut feeling this is just the beginning of the “boot on the neck” of the people. I ask again, when will enough be ENOUGH???
For my money (and I don’t live in the USA), enough was enough quite some time back now and act accordingly. Talking time seems pretty much over. I have two children and three grandchidren; the tykes live next door on the same property. I’m over 70 and for all practical purposes cannot be imprisoned in the country in which I live, save being restricted to my own domicile and in a rural village that equates to considerable latitude with respect to “domicile”. I do not wish my grandchiildren to be forced to have the vaccine imposed upon them either “aggressively” (direct mandate) or “passively” (no vaccine, no school admittance, for example). Obviously, their parents have the final word, but happily the parents are leaning my way and they know that when I say to them “enough is enough”, they know that that’s my final stance on the subject. As I’ve learned the past few months, I’m not alone in that posture, at least not locally. Local authorities, even provincial authorities, are also aware of this and confrontations are unlikely. God willing, this will prove true in the USA if even small disruptive actions are initiated.
I had to visit a hotel recently. The manager was cool. Signs all over about wearing masks. Nobody gave me a question about not wearing one. Most of these people are wearing them because they are cowards. They must be silently cheering for the rebels.
And you sir are a coward by not NPC ing the signs. Don’t you realize when enough signs are NPC d that people start complaining.
And when people start complaining. That begets more people NPCing signs. It’s human nature.

I am in one Hilton at least 1 day/week that is 3 hrs drive from home. There, I have a selection of 4-5 restaurants that are a 1-5 minute walk. It would not surprise me if they followed suit; if they do, around 1/3 of my biz is down the drain.
I’ll go without but sweetie is being pressured by her daughter to get one ASAP.

I feel there will be a good market for counterfeit vaccine confirmation cards. I wish they would go ahead and publish what these things will look like so we can start printing them up.
