The BMW driver was reportedly taking his elderly mother to see Christmas lights in Manhattan. The group on bikes were clinging to the car to catch a ride. The driver hit the brakes, causing 1 bicyclist to crash. That’s what apparently sparked the attack.

Imagine there’s a couple in Vienna, Tokyo, etc. planning a 3 week vacation. They hear about a city that has everything. So,they check it out and discover the following;
–murder, rape, and theft are skyrocketing
— tourists and other innocents are thrown on the subway tracks
— homeless people everywhere; shitting, pissing & jerking off in public
— restaurants are closed or operating in limited ways
—– you have to eat OUTSIDE in January!
— the entire city has a look of gloom, despair, and shoddiness

Likewise, millions of people all over this globe are making the same decision to not go to NYC. The internet allows all people everywhere to see what we are seeing.
The NYC economy relies hugely on tourism for survival. A vibrant tourist city needs to be SAFE, pretty, and have all the expected accommodations and amenities. NYC doesn’t qualify any more. NYC is dying.
And those feral Kneegrows who are everywhere in NYC play a big part in all of it.

Left NYC in 2011. Every time I go back to visit it gets worse. I bet the BMW driver and his parents were down with the cause before their grand awakening.
