It is customary this time of year to review the events of the old year and to look forward to a new year that will be better and offer improved economic growth and consequent enhanced happiness and wellbeing for all our suffering masses. Not so this year, dare I say ‘Happy New Year?’ 2020 has been the worst year of my 76 years, what has proved to be a charmed life, considering that I have benefitted from all the developments of post WW2 growth economies.
It is difficult to explain to our younger generations how our world has degraded gradually as the decades have passed by. Having arrived at the Fourth Turning, we are experiencing all those things predicted by Straus & Howe. Even before the Covid-19 engineered disaster, which dominated our lives last year, the global economy and financial system was in great difficulty with failing growth, money printing gone mad as the Anglo/American Empire accelerated its collapse into a dystopian future.
The ruling global elite have taken control of all the levers of power and even captured traditional science in their manic desire to drive the masses into powerless slavery. Throughout 2020 I have been asking the question of why this is happening as my life has been turned upside-down and all that I thought I knew about the world has turned out to be wrong. Maybe you have some sense that something fishy is going on? If it’s not one thing, it’s another.
Coronavirus lived on surfaces until it didn’t. Masks didn’t work until they did, then they did not. There is asymptomatic transmission, except there isn’t. Lockdowns work to control the virus except they do not. All these people are sick without symptoms. PCR tests are wildly inaccurate because they were never intended to be diagnostic tools. Everyone is in danger of the virus except they aren’t. It spreads in schools except it doesn’t.
On it goes, daily. It’s no wonder that so many people have stopped believing anything that “public health authorities” say. In combination with politicians and other autocrats doing their bidding, they set out to take away freedom and human rights and expected us to thank them for saving our lives. At some point last year (for me it was March) life began feeling like a dystopian novel.
Now I have another piece of evidence to add to the mile-high pile of fishy mess. The World Health Organization, for reasons unknown, has suddenly changed its definition of a core conception of immunology: herd immunity. Its discovery was one of the major achievements of 20th century science, gradually emerging in the 1920s and then becoming ever more refined throughout the 20th century.
In effect, this change at WHO ignores and even wipes out 100 years of medical advances in virology, immunology, and epidemiology. It is thoroughly unscientific, promoting for the vaccine industry in exactly the way the conspiracy theorists say that WHO has been doing since the beginning of this pandemic. The “science” is actually deleting its own history, airbrushing over what it used to know and replacing it with something misleading at best and patently false at worst.
Perhaps this is why the Great Barrington Declaration, written by three of the world’s preeminent epidemiologists and which advocated embracing the phenomenon of herd immunity as a way of protecting the vulnerable and minimizing harms to society, was met with such venom. Now we see the WHO, too, succumbing to political pressure. This is the only rational explanation for changing the definition of herd immunity that has existed for the past century.
Clearly, this is all part of a nefarious plan being implemented by a corrupt and evil group of powerful people determined to change the natural course of events. I came across this CIA training manual written in the 1950s and discovered by chance on an IBM copier/duplicator in 1986. This extensive document is available on the internet, but here I will extract some of the introductory parts to give an idea for which this ‘plan’ was hatched, how uncannily events have followed ever since, and what might be in store for us in 2021.
Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars, An Introduction Programming Manual was uncovered quite by accident on July 7, 1986 when an employee of Boeing Aircraft Co. purchased a surplus IBM copier for scrap parts at a sale, and discovered inside details of a plan, hatched in the embryonic days of the “Cold War” which called for control of the masses through manipulation of industry, peoples’ pastimes, education and political leanings. It called for a quiet revolution, putting brother against brother, and diverting the public’s attention from what is really going on. The document you are about to read is real. It is reprinted in its virgin form, with diagrams.
“This publication marks the 25th anniversary of the Third World War, called the “Quiet War”, being conducted using subjective biological warfare, fought with “silent weapons.” This book contains an introductory description of this war, its strategies, and its weaponry. This manual is in itself an analog declaration of intent. Such writing must be secured from public scrutiny. Otherwise, it might be recognized as a technically formal declaration of domestic war.
The solution of today’s problems requires an approach which is ruthlessly candid, with no agonizing over religious, moral or cultural values. In order to achieve a totally predictable economy, the low-class elements of society must be brought under total control, i.e., must be housebroken, trained, and assigned a yoke and long-term social duties from a very early age, before they have an opportunity to question the propriety of the matter. In order to achieve such conformity, the lower-class family unit must be disintegrated by a process of increasing preoccupation of the parents and the establishment of government-operated day-care centers for the occupationally orphaned children.
The quality of education given to the lower class must be of the poorest sort, so that the moat of ignorance isolating the inferior class from the superior class is and remains incomprehensible to the inferior class. This form of slavery is essential to maintain some measure of social order, peace, and tranquillity for the ruling upper class.
Everything that is expected from an ordinary weapon is expected from a silent weapon by its creators, but only in its own manner of functioning. It shoots situations, instead of bullets; propelled by data processing, instead of chemical reaction (explosion); originating from bits of data, instead of grains of gunpowder; from a computer, instead of a gun; operated by a computer programmer, instead of a marksman; under the orders of a banking magnate, instead of a military general. Yet it makes an unmistakable “noise,” causes unmistakable physical and mental damage, and unmistakably interferes with the daily social life, i.e., unmistakable to a trained observer, one who knows what to look for.
The public might instinctively feel that something is wrong, but that is because of the technical nature of the silent weapon, they cannot express their feeling in a rational way, or handle the problem with intelligence. Therefore, they do not know how to cry for help, and do not know how to associate with others to defend themselves against it. When a silent weapon is applied gradually, the public adjusts/adapts to its presence and learns to tolerate its encroachment on their lives until the pressure (psychological via economic) becomes too great and they crack up. Therefore, the silent weapon is a type of biological warfare. It attacks the vitality, options, and mobility of the individuals of a society by knowing, understanding, manipulating, and attacking their sources of natural and social energy, and their physical, mental, and emotional strengths and weaknesses.”
The final key to economic control had to wait until there was sufficient data and high-speed computing equipment to keep close watch on the economic oscillations created by price shocking and excess paper energy credits. Since energy is the key to all activity on the face of the earth, it follows that in order to attain a monopoly of energy, raw materials, goods, and services and to establish a world system of slave labor, it is necessary to have a first strike capability in the field of economics. In order to maintain our position, it is necessary that we have absolute first knowledge of the science of control over all economic factors and the first experience at engineering the world economy.
In order to achieve such sovereignty, we must at least achieve this one end: that the public will not make either the logical or mathematical connection between economics and the other energy sciences or learn to apply such knowledge. This is becoming increasingly difficult to control because more and more businesses are making demands upon their computer programmers to create and apply mathematical models for the management of those businesses.
It is only a matter of time before the new breed of private programmer/economists will catch on to the far reaching implications of the work begun at Harvard in 1948. The speed with which they can communicate their warning to the public will largely depend upon how effective we have been at controlling the media, subverting education, and keeping the public distracted with matters of no real importance. – Like Covid-19 for example?

AND the effects of this engineered economic shock are not difficult to see all around us. In Britain, the situation is dire as Boris invokes further extreme lockdowns (tier 4) in time to destroy our New Year celebrations. Everyone has to stay home, not visit anyone and all non-essential shops are to close with effect from New Year’s Eve.
The horrendous effects of these lockdowns on the UK economy in 2021 are yet to be seen but if the past is any guide, we are in for something worse than 2020 has delivered, all compounded by Brexit supply disruptions. Since the onset of the pandemic, the Guardian has chosen eight economic indicators, as well as the level of the FTSE 100, to track the impact on jobs and growth from Covid-19 and the measures used to contain it. Faced with the deepest global recession since the Great Depression, the Covid crisis watch also monitors how the UK is faring compared with other countries.
UK has agreed a trade deal with the EU. I will comment on the progression of this deal as it affects the UK economy.
At last, a deal for Brexit has been completed and passed by parliament – just in time. The prime minister thanked MPs and peers for passing the European Union (future relationship) bill in one day, in a statement urging the nation to “seize” the moment when the transition period with the bloc ends at 11pm on Thursday. It was announced that the Queen had given approval to the European Union (future relationship) bill at 12.25am on Thursday morning. Thanks Michael for this observation. All Google reports is this: “Parliament may have the power to make the laws, but the Queen must sign off on a proposed bill before it officially goes into effect. She must give what’s known as “royal assent,” which means that she approves the proposed law”
You may well be right that she doesn’t actually add her signature but nods approval. There is no record of a monarch refusing to assent to a bill in opposition to parliament, that I can find.
There was no Brexit, only the simulacrum of Brexit. Every decision of any importance in Britain (or in the EU) will still be made by the same crew, and NOT the ones found lounging in Parliament. Oh, the public announcements might alter, but the substance will still be to assure that Britain cannot assert any significant sovereignty. And every politician in Britain is aware of and in agreement with this state of affairs.

Thanks Brian and you are so right IMHO. The exercise was merely PR drama and especially so by leaving it at the last minute to midnight – a dead give-away. All politics is theatre whilst the real power is hidden behind the curtain.
The document in the copier is just another look behind TPTB curtain; I was reading similar ZOG Conspiracy and Cultural Communist things in 1985 0r so; but still 60% of Americans remain blind Useful Idiots following and obeying TPTB. The Jews supposedly oppose slavery because of their supposed slavery under Egyptians about 3,000 years ago. TPTB supposedly started the Civil War because of Slavery; TPTB got US to fight the Nazis because Nazis enslaved and murdered people; yet today TPTB want to enslave and murder most of us Goy. My prayer is that God sends St Michael with an Army of Angels to help us toss TPTB into the very pit they have dug for us Goy.
