Stucky QOTD: Saving America

Uncola mentions Christianity often in his just posted article.  I did not want to ask this question there because I did not want to hijack the thread. Let’s get right to it.

Q1: — Will Christianity/Christians save America?
Q2: — If “No”, what will?

=========================

Me?

Q1:  No!  Christianity is an abomination in this country. America is the Laodicean church in the book of Revelation:

“I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot. So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth.”

If Christianity was a crime, you couldn’t find enough evidence to convict enough Christians to fill a county jail. Divorce rates and acceptance of the prevailing hedonistic and filthy culture is virtually identical between believers and non-believers. There is no persecution of Christians — as Jesus said there would be in The Beatitudes — because the average American Christian is NOT separate from the world as the NT demands, but just like the world, and really not worth persecuting.  And don’t give me any sob stories about taking prayer out of schools, and so forth.  Pray at home!! When they start dragging you from your home and nail you to a cross, then you can claim “persecution”.

I am NOT talking about any TBPers who are Christians. Most TBP Christians, as far as I can tell, sit at the right hand of God. Feel free to rip me a new asshole but, not because you took this personally.  But, if you do rip me a new asshole …. at least provide some evidence proving me wrong!

Q2:  Nothing.  Seriously, as a nation we are toast. Too many problems to fix. The biggest one is probably Diversity.  The Melting Pot will become a Stew Pot.  One hundred different cultures do not make for a sustainable unified nation.  The Melting Pot idea worked when small ethnic communities were integrated into the larger one.  But, many and large ethnic communities destroy a nation!  This has been proven throughout history, and is happening right before your very eyes here in America … so don’t give me any triggered bullshit about racism, nationalism, xenophobia , blah blah blah.  Our goose is cooked.

The second main reason America is toast is because of these two ASSHOLES below.

1, Christians cannot save America alone however their values are possibly the only thing saving western nations from turning into liberal hell holes where crime and non integrating immigrants dominate and hard working middle class and working class people are marginalized.
2, Miracle or extinction level event such as an Asteroid strike. There is no undoing the corrupt structures within society and the concentration of power vested within a select few. The billionaires rule, The millionaires are content with their million dollar houses and portfolios, the Upper middle class is content with their new top of the range BMW’s and nice home, The middle class is too busy working or looking for work and dealing with their children and the working class is too busy working trying to survive. The underclass can’t bite the hand that feeds them. In order to save America and all western countries I feel the only way would be something that would take away all the nice things in life and force everyone onto the same level. I honestly think attitudes would quickly change if the 0.01% found themselves on the same level as a working class family (If they survived the shock). The only things capable of that are large natural disasters that force everyone to work together.

What’s that quote from the Bible about blood up to the horse’s bridles. It may take that much to water the tree of liberty.

Although born to a very Catholic family I’ve been agnostic my entire adult life. I just couldn’t buy the story. Virgin birth? Walk on water? But lately, I’ve felt a change I can’t explain except to say I see signs of Satan. Check out the Vatican nativity scene this year.

1. If anyone can it’s them.

2. Unknowable at this point.

You and I have apparently walked similar paths. Except I was a dyed in the wool atheist. Modern Catholicism has this way of turning an otherwise good person into a non-believer. Don’t let it permanently fuck you up; it’s them (the child diddlers and hypocrites), not you.

The tenth plague in Exodus spared the first born of the Hebrews only if they marked their lintels with a “tav” (the Hebrew letter meaning “mark”) with the blood of a lamb.

In response to this, I say a Sheepherder never “Marks his flock” they come because he calls them by their name. He doesn’t need to mark them.

not so…
God does indeed mark his people. You will find a reference to it in Revelation and an explanation of it in Ezekiel 9. Just because one doesn’t necessarily see it, doesn’t mean that it’s not there. But yes the flock does know its shepherd.

Ephesians 1: 14-15
“In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,
Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.”

The “sealed” above means stamped and that by the Holy Spirit who is God Himself.

America will be saved only if it glorifies God.

By the way did you know Ephisians was an open letter sent to the Churches. One copy in existence had it marked to the Church in Laodicea, which Stucky referenced above. Both the Ephisian and Laodicean Churches were rebuked by Christ in the opening chapters of the Book of Revelation. Not glorifying God were these Churches problems, but rather works and wealth for themselves.

These are not fairy tales, but instructions for living.

Iska….

I’ll be checking out your link. Interesting you mention ‘lintels’ and the tenth plague.

“Understanding the threshold covenant brings new life to the story of the tenth plague. The pesach act of the Exodus narrative was the direct and intentional cross-over step of God, Himself, into the doorway of a faithful family, where He would now actively guard His people against the danger of the angel of death.”

“But the big picture is even more astounding when we see Christ literally referring to Himself as the threshold covenant for all people before His own death, irrefutably positioning Himself as the fulfillment of the promise that was begun that night in Egypt (brackets below for clarification):

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way [some way other than the threshold], the same is a thief and a robber. But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep [Himself]. To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out. And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice. And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers.”

This parable spake Jesus unto them: but they understood not what things they were which he spake unto them.

Then said Jesus unto them again, “Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door [threshold] of the sheep [believers]. All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers [because they didn’t establish a threshold covenant]: but the sheep did not hear them. I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life [through a blood sacrifice on the cross], and that they might have it more abundantly. I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep. (John 10:1–10)

Jesus not only fulfilled the pesach for us to enter His Father’s house; He was the Threshold, the Doorway upon which the pesach occurred. It doesn’t get any more poetic and sweet than that. A couple of chapters later in John, Jesus makes sure His parallel has been received, saying for ultimate clarification, “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father [or into His eternal dwelling], but by me [as threshold covenant]” (John 14:6).

That was just copy/paste from this link. Some of these book excerpts are lengthy. The author does much the same as Uncola does with his articles; releasing parts in comments as he does. Horn and company always post ‘parts’ of new books they have authored, and that is what I read….(so far, there are 22 parts listed)

I recently read a few words from Benjamin Franklin. He talked about how people who write down their articles of faith lock themselves into a revelation that someone else had. That forces the future revelations to become a new sect, therefore destroying it from within.

Seems like the older the sect the more they have strayed from the bible they claim to follow.

Q1: — Will Christianity/Christians save America

One can only Hope and Pray that the answer is Yes. The Founding Fathers certainly believed without GOD Society is lost. Are there enough Pastors like Chuck Baldwin to make a difference? His view is definitely the minority view in Christianity and politics today.

Q2: — If “No”, what will?

The Founding Fathers were not mostly deists . The book, “Faith Of Our Founding Fathers” will full of BS.

“It cannot be emphasized too strongly that this great nation was founded — not by religionists — but by Christians . . . on the Gospel of Jesus Christ.” — Patrick Henry

“God who gave us life gave us liberty. And can the liberties of a nation be thought secure when we have removed their only firm basis, a conviction in the minds of the people that these liberties are the Gift of God. That they are not to be violated but with His wrath? Indeed, I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just; that his justice cannot sleep forever.” — Thomas Jefferson quote engraved on the Jefferson Memorial.

absolutely correct! There were plenty of deists around but as I said once before, the Christians did most of the heavy lifting.

Christianity saves people’s souls, not nations, IMO.
It’s significant that Christ’s charge to His disciples is to “…teach all nations…”

After Jesus second coming at Armageddon the earth will be cleansed and fully restored under the one world government by Jesus ruling with a rod of iron from the soon to be rebuilt third temple throne of David in Jerusalem.
The earth will be permanently restored to God’s perfection and nation states as we currently know them dissolved.
The Lion truly will lie down with the lamb and children will play with serpents.
It will be as the original Garden of Eden.
This will occur 2000 years after the Crucifixion of Jesus and the taring of the Temple veil from top to bottom.

New Heavens and a New Earth
17 “For behold, I create (AP)new heavens and a new earth;

18 But be (AR)glad and rejoice forever in what I create;

The New Heaven and Earth
21 Then I saw (A)a new heaven and a new earth; for (B)the first heaven and the first earth passed away, and there is no longer any sea. 2 And I saw (C)the holy city, (D)new Jerusalem, (E)coming down out of heaven from God, (F)prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 3 And I heard a loud voice from the throne, saying, “Behold, (G)the tabernacle of God is among the people, and He will (H)dwell among them, and they shall be His [a]people, and God Himself will be among them[b], 4 and He will (I)wipe away every tear from their eyes; and (J)there will no longer be any death; (K)there will no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain; (L)the first things have passed away.”

5 And (M)He who sits on the throne said, “Behold, I am (N)making all things new.” And He *said, “Write, for (O)these words are faithful and true.” 6 Then He said to me, “[c](P)It is done. (R)I will give water to the one who thirsts from the spring of the (S)water of life, without cost. 7 (T)The one who overcomes will inherit these things, and (U)I will be his God and he will be My son. 8 (V)But for the cowardly, and [d]unbelieving, and abominable, and murderers, and sexually immoral persons, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, their part will be in (W)the lake that burns with fire and [e]brimstone, which is the (X)second death.”

9 (Y)Then one of the seven angels who had the (Z)seven bowls, [f]full of the (AA)seven last plagues, came and spoke with me, saying, “(AB)Come here, I will show you the (AC)bride, the wife of the Lamb.”

The New Jerusalem
10 And (AD)he carried me away [g](AE)in the Spirit to a great and high mountain, and showed me (AF)the holy city, Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, 11 having (AG)the glory of God. Her [h]brilliance was like a very valuable stone, like a (AH)stone of (AI)crystal-clear jasper. 12 [i]It had a great and high wall, [j](AJ)with twelve (AK)gates, and at the gates twelve angels; and names were written on the gates, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the sons of Israel. 13 There were three gates on the east, three gates on the north, three gates on the south, and three gates on the west. 14 And the wall of the city had (AL)twelve foundation stones, and on them were the twelve names of the (AM)twelve apostles of the Lamb.

15 The one who spoke with me had a [k]gold measuring (AN)rod to measure the city, its (AO)gates, and its wall. 16 The city is laid out as a square, and its length is as great as the width; and he measured the city with the [l]rod, [m]twelve thousand stadia; its length, width, and height are equal. 17 And he measured its wall, [n]144 cubits, by (AP)human [o]measurements, which are also (AQ)angelic measurements. 18 The material of the wall was (AR)jasper; and the city was (AS)pure gold, like [p]clear (AT)glass. 19 (AU)The foundation stones of the city wall were decorated with every kind of precious stone. 22 I saw (BC)no [q]temple in it, for the (BD)Lord God the Almighty and the (BE)Lamb are its [r]temple. 23 And the city (BF)has no need of the sun or of the moon to shine on it, for (BG)the glory of God has illuminated it, and its lamp is the (BH)Lamb. 24 (BI)The nations will walk by its light, and the (BJ)kings of the earth [s]will bring their glory into it. 25 In the daytime (for (BK)there will be no night there) (BL)its gates (BM)will never be closed; 26 and (BN)they will bring the glory and the honor of the nations into it; 27 and (BO)nothing unclean, and no one who practices abomination and lying, shall ever come into it, but only those [t]whose names are (BP)written in the Lamb’s book of life.

It’s not about whether you or I think it’s a good idea. It never is. It’s about God and what He says and is going to do.

The reason most people will never find a personal relationship with God through Jesus is that they want to come to Him with their own preconceived ideas of how it should be according to their own personal opinions and desires. God doesn’t work that way.
It’s about personal submission to God and His ways and not our own and most people’s own pride won’t allow them to do it.
In the simplest terms we want our own way and not His so we never find Him.

What a book, huh? Mysteries, murder, mayhem, heroes and villans, victories and defeats, foreshadowings and fulfillments………debated for centuries:

“And, interestingly, this isn’t the only place in the Bible where that substitution comes closer to the meaning of the original Hebrew.

The epithet has also been identified recently in a perceptive study of Deuteronomy 32:8 by Joosten, in which he proposed a similar consonantal regrouping in the expression bny yśrʾl (bĕnê yiśrāʾēl) to read (bĕnê šōr ʾēl). Since LXX (ἀγγέλων θεοῶ, some mss υἱων θεοῶ), and one Qumran text, 4QDeut j (lmspr bny ʾlhym), already read a divine reference here, rather than the “Israel” of MT, this proposal has much to commend it:

yaṣṣēb gĕbulōt ʿammîm He set up the boundaries of the nations

lĕmisparbĕnê šōr ʾēl in accordance with the number of the sons of Bull El.[xviii]

Here is why we’re pursuing this rabbit trail: The Amorite neighbors of ancient Israel believed that El held court on the summit of Mount Hermon[xix] with his consort, Asherah, and their seventy sons.[xx]”

I’d leave the link, but nobody has ever read and referenced one of mine…..

Christianity is the salvation of individuals. If enough individuals are saved, then yes, the nation is saved.

But, Paul’s gospel is not preached by most who call themselves Christians in America, or even the world, for that matter. They preach a perversion known as the doctrine of original sin that was codified first to Roman Catholicism by the teachings of the pagan Augustine in 418AD. And then to so called protestants by his disciples Martin Luther and John Calvin. This kind of Christianity that is so pervasive in America and the world can not save anyone. Let alone America.

It has happened as Paul taught it would saying,
“For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.”2Tim.4:3,4

Q1: Yes, Christianity. (Please note that’s not the same as [any] “institutionalized Christianity.”)
In a generation from now, in the best case.

To Have or to Be
The earthly city of progress […] has made dominant the having mode, as
burning desire to possess and, consequently, as depersonalization and reification of oneself and
of others. This dominance is in danger of leading not only to partial catastrophes but to a final
worldwide catastrophe. Therefore, we must realize that today “for the first time in history the
physical survival of the human race depends on a radical change of the human heart.” In other
words, for the first time in history worldly survival is entrusted to religious conversion.

I remember when first reading that (less than two years ago), how I felt it to be over the top. Now I’ve come to realize he is entirely correct.

Stuck – as an addendum to your Q1 response;
A. W. Tozer
Hardly anything else reveals so well the fear and uncertainty among men as the length to which they will go to hide their true selves from each other and even from their own eyes. Almost all men live from childhood to death behind a semiopaque curtain, coming out briefly only when forced by some emotional shock and then retreating as quickly as possible into hiding again. The result of this lifelong dissimulation is that people rarely know their neighbors for what they really are, and worse than that, the camouflage is so successful that mostly they do not quite know themselves either. Self-knowledge is so critically important to us in our pursuit of God and His righteousness that we lie under heavy obligation to do immediately whatever is necessary to remove the disguise and permit our real selves to be known. It is one of the supreme tragedies in religion that so many of us think so highly of ourselves when the evidence lies all on the other side; and our self-admiration effectively blocks out any possible effort to discover a remedy for our condition. Only the man who knows he is sick will go to a physician.

This is seriously lacking in the present Christian community. Predominantly in the affluent western society, but by no means limited to just that.

There are, to quote you, amazing results from being self-taught, in any area. Those who have a more formal education or training will be shocked that you don’t know some of the – to them – more basic things, but then will be equally amazed by some of the things you come up with on your own that defy their own understanding or abilities.

I been reading a fella from Venezuela how the transformation into hard communism happened and the transformation of those around him.

First the people stated, like in the US, that social marxism will never happen or take hold in the country. Then oddly came chaves with a little help from some voting machines. Then maduro and the rest is history.

When the money collapse came right away the food supply dropped off sharply. Nieghbors, who were once friendly and pleasant were liberated from societal repercussions and very quickly morphed into the brutal criminals that had always been there. Trials bring out the real person. You can fool others and even yourself but when under extreme hardship the real you will be on display.

Who will you be, devil or a saint??

Succinct epitaph well stated.

Have been reading a lot about leadership, praying one shows up with character intact.

This is an excerpt:

When the Bible says “Do not fear” it does not mean “Never take seriously any danger” or “Dismiss any threat without concern.” There are many instances in Scripture of people acting wisely and decisively in response to a threat. In the Old Testament, for example, Jews in Jerusalem were threatened by their neighbors who plotted to attack them. Under the leadership of Nehemiah, they both “prayed to God” and “set a guard as a protection against them day and night” (Nehemiah 4:7-9). In a more familiar story from the New Testament, Joseph and Mary took seriously the warning of an angel of the Lord and fled to Egypt when Herod threatened the life of their son (Matthew 2:13-14). Later on, when there was a threat against the Apostle Paul when he was in Damascus, his associates helped escape by lowering him down the city wall in a basket (Acts 9:23-25).

I am profoundly stunned by current events. As a writer who likes to recognize the spinning plates untended, I can’t help but notice that Lin Wood guy has been off screen along with the other evidence gatherers/distractors. At this point, we just do not know.

I can only believe the Author and Finisher has this one, too.

I can’t disagree with you on either of your answers. When the Southern Baptists, the Vatican and other so called Christian abominations tell you that you have to take the CONvid vaxx , that it’s ok there is a cell line cultured from aborted fetus because they are long dead, that you have to wear a mask, obey the Luciferian masters in Government, it’s all over but the cryin, not just here but worldwide.

There will be persecution of Christians here. Real persecution. When that happens, watch the Great Falling Away begin to accelerate. The real ones will be dead or in some kind of “re-education camp” while the fake ones will be the ones snitching on their neighbors. That’s my prediction.

I was thinking, oh boy another screed attacking Christianity… again…

But sadly I have to agree with you. Its actually the ‘church’ that has aided and abetted the downfall of the US of A. It is Laodicea. The leaders of the churches today have not only embraced but full fledged RUN with the heresies and unchallenged for the most part.

The ‘prosperity’ rubbish, the whole hearted embrace of the lbgqtrkmsfv community, the flaccid greasy grace, multiple roads to God and numerous other false doctrines infesting the pulpits along with churches being terrified of losing their tax exemptions status.

Its now shameful to be a bonafide follower of Christ, a real Christian. Someone who READS the scriptures, prays, is thankful for Gods provisions, supports the widows and children in need and who isn’t caught up in worldly affairs.

We don’t get excited about the newest trash movie coming out of Hollywierd. Turned off the idiot box 20+ years ago. we don’t rush out for the newest shiny surveillance iphone or android device. We build, not destroy, we’d rather send money to a Christian orphanage than squander it on a two week ‘holiday’ somewhere. Not trumpeting our horn but our friends think we are weird for not being ‘progressive’ enough and quit asking if we would join them in reunion types of holidays. Personally I just don’t have the time to entertain the shallowness that these events became, clothing, toys and travel screeds.

So yes, Christianity, as displayed in the US and canukistan, will save nothing. Besides the only thing saving anything is Christ alone.

I have no problem with much of the immigration provided those coming here actually DID melt into the population. But the trouble is they don’t. They form their own enclave and bring with them the very ideologies they often fled from, with them. As the case with muslims, their demands you acquiesce to their ideology isn’t a melting in effort but a taking over effort. They come to conquer from the inside out. This type of immigration I would resist wholeheartedly, and no being against islamic teaching is not racist or Islamophobic, you simply don’t invite into your home those that seek your destruction.

Thank you Stuck

No but he did create a systematic theology. God is the God of order after all. You may find that order however you see fit. As do all of us. However, I happen to also respect the diligent work of many learned men who went before me, espcially when I see it “play out” practically in my daily life.

No I do not believe Christianity will save America. I personally believe that faith is a personal choice, and not something that can be forced upon a whole country. What can save America is the two most important ingredients that helped in it’s conception. “Courage and Bravery.” It seems these two virtues are long gone. Not in all,but not in enough. The military teaches their officers and NCO’s to lead by example. Our so called leaders led by example this past Wednesday. They scurried and hid like the rat cowards they are. For folks like us here…..It seems to just go Gault. At least most of us have prepared for this eventuality.

Short Story:
I used to attend adult bible class at my church. We, as a group, were always reading a book and discussing it (not the bible, weird since it was adult “Bible” class, right?) together in class. The last book we were assigned was “Seeing Grey”. I told the class that the grey area is where the devil, lawyers and politicians play and I wanted no part of it.

The head of the class was government lawyer and almost every attendee was a government employee of some type.

It’s always been about the self, not your jiva self, he doesn’t exist, but your true nature. Christianity and indeed the OT god are within the illusion, time-bound and therefore nonexistent. One theory is Ishwara/yahweh is within the illusion but he knows it, so he has some powers, the demiurge as gnostics say.

The whole game is returning to your actual self, the only god that is real and timeless. CONSIDER THE FACT YOU HAVE A CONSCIENCE AND INTUITION – THEY BOTH WORK IF YOU NOTICED THEM. The christianity thing has worn itself out, revealed itself to be part of the state apparatus, a mind virus whose nastiest message/ and most important ones are “turn the other cheek”..and “justice comes after death” …and someone else can “pay for your sins”. (a double falsity – guilt and powerlessness).Passage upon passage in the OT reveals it’s materialism… he was a bad guy within the illusions so it was good that the violent psycopathic israeli war god killed him….kill your son….psych….just kidding. Ha ha you had me there Lord…good one.

A- No. There are several problems with christianity, but the largest is, like usual, it isn’t effective where it’s supposed to be effective. This is actually a larger problem, no matter what lessons you teach, it’s all meaningless if the supposed believer doesn’t actually believe them. For generations philosophers have tried to create a superior humanity through proper codes of thought, and every time, they fail not because the codes were flawed, but because humans choose not to follow them, even when they profess to do so. In christianity’s case, the main supposed strengths of the religion is that it’s impervious to data, death threats and peer pressure.

But modern christians are terrified of dying, and they’re terrified of being insulted. This is almost the exact opposite of what being a christian is supposed to mean.

Even if we did have real christians though, real christians were a bunch of murderous thugs. It was basically a weird excuse to make the believers better than the pagans (who were admittedly generally awful), it worked well while pagans surrounded the christians in every direction, in world where you eat your neighbor or they eat you. Once the pagans were basically gone, christianity had to change, and change it did. Mostly speaking, when people start hyping christians, they’re actually referring to the protestants. The protestant revolution was great. There was much talk of freedom and rationality. People could imagine a new era, ruled not through violence and propaganda, but through wealth and logic.

The basic problem is, violence never stopped working. We got a strange sort of peaceful era because half of christianity is about, don’t screw fellow christians. It was really built as a vehicle for christians to go unite and take out pagans, which is what made it practical, but in the absence of a serious external threat, it was strangely libertarian. The problem here is, it was only free by coincidence, it wasn’t actually free or rational because people respected freedom and rationality.

Over time, malicious actors began corrupting the most successful institutions. That is, wealth was replaced with authority and logic with credentials. Everyone was a christian, but, even worse, everything was christianity. By dividing the church, the protestants made it so that there was no true church, and thus, every church was as true as every other, in the end, being a christian was no longer special, or even meaningful. Thus arose, socialism and equality.

That is, originally, christians had this idea where, if you were a good christian, and other people left you alone, and everyone fought the pagans together, you’d succeed at life. That is, failures are either not good christians and must be purged, or they’re the victims of people who aren’t good christians, and it’s time to hunt pagans or burn witches.

But without an out group that set the standard for what is and isn’t a good christian, people stopped being able to grasp the concept, and so, it became impossible to not be a good christian, and thus, to be the victim of someone who wasn’t a good christian. To make matters worse, christianity regards failure in the worst possible light. Failure means eternal damnation. The judgemental aspects of christianity set aside, the religion was reworked into a cult of success. In turn, the idea left to christianity, was that nothing bad must ever happen. All risk must be eliminated, and everyone, regardless anything, must succeed at everything. As best as possible, life should be turned into a stage act where people are carefully walked through scripted struggles, to eventually come out the other side as winners.

In short, this is the usual problem with trying to go back to the last good configuration. There’s a reason we went from there to here, and if you repeat the same configuration, you’ll just repeat the same evolution, and then you’re back where you started.

B- Short answer, probably not. I expect humanity to slowly go extinct, with the new dominant life form being shadows. Humans will never notice or see this happening. This is because, we have trouble distinguishing between similar species, and we have trouble grasping super-macroscopic life. Shadows are, fundamentally, the same concept as multicellular life, the only difference is that their cells are macroscopic. Modern shadows are, essentially, viruses, infections, they live on top of lower lifeforms, siphoning off a certain percent of their resources and calculation. However, they seem to have achieved an evolutionary posture where humans more advantageous to shadows will inevitably outcompete humans that are less advantageous to shadows. To put it another way, shadows have evolved to ruthlessly and aggressively cull humans who pose a threat to their existence. The problem is, humans have not evolved to cull shadows that pose a threat to their existence. Shadows are extremely aware of our existence, but humans are almost totally blind to the existence of shadows. It takes a lot of resources to eliminate even a single human, shadows don’t have nearly enough to take on all of humanity, or even a few percent of humans. A concerted effort to rid the world of malicious shadows would almost certainly succeed. On a further note, modern shadows are fundamentally, parasites. They can’t live without humans, they can’t even think without humans. The issue is entirely that humans won’t, and become less capable of even conceptually grasping the idea with each passing generation. Enough generations of breeding, and the shadows can create a new form of humanity, that’s completely incapable of independent thought, yet still able to physically survive, and to maintain the broad elements necessary to manifest the shadows that guide them.

In more familiar terminology, it’s just the standard 1984+brave new world. Only, it won’t stop there. Humans have difficulty conceiving of a world without hope, so their dystopias tend to stop at the boundary where it’s still possible to turn back. Reality has no such limitations, and it’s perfectly possible, even probable, that extinction is the completely natural and normal end result.

Then, what comes after 1984+brave new world, are Berserkers. Mind worms. Anti sentient thought devourers who ruthlessly purge all signs of life wherever they may exist. This is, the evolutionarily safe solution, the steady state which eliminates all value drift and ensures a future devoid of risk. I imagine a world with giant laser guns circling countless stars, doing nothing but fearfully scanning the horizon for any minute sign of independent thought and immediately, ruthlessly, purging it at the speed of light.

So, how does one avoid this situation? My best answer is, a second protestant revolution. Wherein the first protestant revolution declared that nobles and priests weren’t special, and god spoke equally to all men, this second would declare that oligarchs and scientists aren’t special, and logic speaks equally to us all. It would dismiss argument by authority, and voodoo powers that cannot be comprehended by normal people, and declare that humans will only abide by such laws as we are capable of understanding, that we will only rely on such powers as we are able to wield with our own strength, that we will only accept such truth as that which presents itself before our own eyes.

Then, how does one start a second protestant revolution? A second printing press, of course. Technology. I’m not sure which one, or even if one exists. I’d had hopes for the internet, but it wasn’t sufficient. But, perhaps, memory uploading? If people could freely exchange ideas, if they could master everything a doctor or a lawyer knows as simply as downloading a file onto a hard drive, perhaps the mystique of the chosen ones would vanish into mist. Or maybe we need thought accelerants. Computer implants or bioengineering that directly enhances intelligence, maybe then all the nonsense and voodoo would look like nonsense and voodoo and people would stop being impressed by fake miracles. Perhaps it’ll be artificial bodies, we’ll discard weak meat and encase our minds in steel, and forget our fear of the wilderness, and free thinkers will scatter to the stars, to arctic wastes and the ocean depths, and build powerful societies where the shadows cannot see, cannot follow, and cannot stop us.

Regardless of the means, I have no hope that modern humans can overcome the enemy we now face, truly, the enemy we’ve always faced. If salvation exists, it must be through means that the enemy cannot comprehend, and thus, it must exist in the mode of vision, and the mode of thought, the mode of existence, that humans have and shadows don’t.

Why don’t you give some examples.

So is the conclusion from that failure that you choose a new “set of humananity” to tinker with, or you choose a new philosophy which abandons the [earthly] perfectist goal?
And as you have to put the concept of perfection somewhere, you make it a religion where the [large-scale] perfection is moved to the outer-worldly, heavenly domain.

The Constitution was written for a christian America. To paraphrase John Adams – The Constitution was will work only in a moral and religious society. It will not work in any other. Of course, he was referring to Christianity, the predominant religion in this country at the time.

While the country today may still be predominately Christian, it is not the European derived cultural and social entity it was in 1787. The current mix of cultures, religions and societies cannot be melded and blended into a single unified nation. Likewise, the liberal versus conservative (based on present definitions of those terms) forces within the country have no chance of resolving their differences, at least not peacefully.

Tribal revolutions are taking place. They are being called “populism” as a polite term. But they are not populist in a real world sense. To my way of thinking, the most reasonable response with the best chance of avoiding serious bloodshed is separation. Political separation based on cultural, social and religious grounds, probably on a state by state basis, where people of like ideas and attitudes can congregate to pursue their lives as they see fit.

I have not used the word yet, but it boils down to ‘secession.’

An Article V Convention of the states has many potential pitfalls. The 2 biggest ones are:

The states will nominate delegates, so the same ones running government and those financing their campaigns will be gathering to propose Amendments.

It will require 38 states to ratify any proposed Amendments. Can you name 13 liberal states that would block any conservative proposal or 13 conservative states to block liberal proposals? I can.

The federal government has grown too big to manage or to control. Politicians are controlled by big moneyed interests and bureaucrats will fight any efforts to reign them in. Look what they did to Trump from the first day he came down the golden escalator.

The solutions I see are few – collapse, Balkanization or CW II. Possibly a combination of the three. Personally, I think we are hurtling toward collapse, followed by Balkanization

One thing Arcayer said above is quite true.

But modern christians are terrified of dying, and they’re terrified of being insulted. This is almost the exact opposite of what being a christian is supposed to mean.

That’s why we are where we are. True Christians should be standing shoulder to shoulder with the small business owners and fighting tooth and nail to defend the least among us. For instance, fighting for school districts to remove the Face Diapers off our children’s beautiful faces. I wrote the below to my now former Pastor. I can’t take the limp-wristed bullshit from the email he sent out regarding “DC Capitol events are not who we are!”

Pastor,

Forgive me in advance for bouncing around topics below. I usually let my wife proofread my articles and emails, but I figured I’d write one totally impromptu and “from the heart”. So here goes.

I once had a high level security clearance. For 15 years. I saw things that would make anyone with a conscience cringe, both parties, throughout the government. When the government decided to bail out the criminals in OCT 2008 – and believe me, the criminality was both broad and deep – I resigned my position within months and worked on a 12 year plan to completely extricate myself from any jobs that tangentially touched government work. I took a 40% pay cut to do it, and I’ll never forget the look on the Colonel’s face when I dropped the mic. I had a newborn son so that was a difficult decision to make.

Fast forward to today, after 12 years of the criminality being increased and exacerbated to levels I never thought imaginable. Again, both parties. I’m not going to go into all of it in detail, but I don’t really need to, either. People know that something is wrong with everything going on in this country and they are lashing out at what they know to be two distinct justice systems. One for Antifa and politicians, another for the unemployed working class being destroyed by tyrannical mask mandates, social distancing, etc. They inherently know that this is a violation of natural law – God’s law. 80% of communication is non-verbal. And humans rely on physical touch to console, to encourage, to love. All of this, allegedly I might add, over a disease where the average age of death is 81 and the survival rate among those < 20 years old is 99.997%.

So they're doing stupid, immature things like attacking the Capitol, and considering I was good friends with some Capitol Police 15 years ago (I'm from the DC Metro area), they have no clue what trouble they're now in. Yet all of this is to be expected because it's a veritable pressure cooker. When people lose everything and have nothing left to lose, they lose it.

But they're not conducting root cause analysis. They're not asking the right questions; they just know something is wrong. And here's what's wrong: Things should have never been allowed to get this bad, and it is appalling to me that everything my family fought and bled for (including two signers of the Constitution) is being dismantled by corrupt officials in both parties. Mostly the Democrats by far, but both parties for certain. (Side note: I voted third party as usual in 2020.)

Yahweh and Jesus are ashamed that we let it get like this. I have no doubt about it. As Christians, it was and is our duty to defend free will and liberty. Christians should be standing shoulder to shoulder with the small business owners. They're being destroyed by everything "Big". But since I've been writing and lecturing about it for 12 years and not made a lick of difference in the world, apparently Americans enjoy the insanity and violence.

My whole point in all of this is that it's great to preach peace and love, but try telling that to the child victims of Jeffrey Epstein, victims abused by politicians and celebrities. Try telling that to my neighbors who've lost everything because society doesn't *really* have faith in God if they're so terrified of a virus with a 99.7% chance of survival. Try telling that to our children who will be permanently scarred by this sickness psychosis. Try telling that to NICU babies who will never know what their mothers' faces will look like until they get to go home – if ever. People are enraged and scared. And they have a right to be.

After the Christmas Day bombing, my wife and I are on a passive strike – a Satyagraha. With all of the evils I've seen in this life, I've become quite enamored with Dr. Martin Luther King's philosophy. I've written about it anonymously on a blog. I've worked too hard, through my family's illnesses, to put up with irrational anger and fear. Most Americans have ZERO idea what pain and suffering is. I saw it firsthand traveling through Latin America.

In any event, my micro farm will be ready in about 2 years and the fruits of its labor will only be used to feed Christians who "walk the talk", as well as XXX Road of course. That is my peaceful resistance, my way of opting out of the insanity. Furthermore, I am attempting to organize a Metro Nashville strike of farmers, truckers, restauranteurs, and the working class. If folks want to support Trump, Biden, Rogers Anderson, and John Cooper, then let them. But they can move right along to businesses that will tolerate such nonsense. And you would be AMAZED at the responses I've gotten from Metro Nashville businesses, some of whose names I'm sure you'd recognize.

If I am successful, folks won't be eating off Nashville area farms and they won't have truckers risking their lives going into the cities. They need to make a choice right here, right now. Continue to be violent, hateful, mean-spirited, socially distanced, masked, and have no respect for those of us who actually produce something for society, or continue to talk about how things "should be" without taking action and cleaning this mess up. That is what I took issue with in your email. Encourage people to be brave. Never in world history have humans destroyed the livelihoods of the healthy in order to "protect" the "potentially sick". It's what's called free will and individual responsibility. It's called self-quarantine. It's called sanatoriums. Encourage root cause analysis. Treat the disease (evil politicians) and not the symptoms (violence).

Sorry for the long-winded rant, but I am a software engineer full-time and farmer part-time. We tend to be long-winded.

AOC: There are many passages in the Bible that mention having ears, yet being deaf and having eyes and yet being blind. There are none so blind as he who WILL not see. The shrinks call it cognitive dissonance, and what it boils down to, in a little tiny nutshell, is that so long as someone isn’t hurting or being seriously threatened with deprivation or physical harm, they will ALWAYS opt for (another shrink term) normalcy bias and choose to ignore warning signs.

I’ve had many people come up to me and tell me that they wished they had paid attention to what I was telling them after the fact. I’m like Cassandra, the prophet who was cursed with the ability to see the future and when she warned about it, no one paid attention to her. You are the male version of Cassandra.

Don’t get discouraged, you have to let people learn at their own pace and remember that it isn’t your job to stand in the way of people learning life’s hard lessons.

I had a friend who was being conned by a professional con, I tried to warn her that the woman she believed to be so sweet and nice was, in reality, a snake. She just couldn’t bring herself to believe bad things about that sweet little lady. Inevitably my friend was conned and learned a lesson. Later on she discovered that the con woman was at it again with another group and asked me if she should warn them. My response was to ask her if she thought they would believe her about that sweet lady and she said…nope.

Q1: No
Q2: Nothing, until enough people feel enough hardship to want to change things. The people who would lead such an effort are not feeling hardship and probably won’t in the future. The elites running the country know this and will keep that segment of the population happy. It’s like the China model and it’s already here in America.

Oh, and don’t forget to add this guy to the two assholes:

How cute.
And all those people then automatically want the change in the same direction?

The only thing that has a chance of saving America is a Great Awakening and a return to God, the creator of all things. I do not believe that can happen, as we have let too many into the country who do not know the one true God and do not want to know Him.

“The Melting Pot will become a Stew Pot. “

We have gone from a melting pot to a mixed salad. With a melting pot, the individual ingredients combine to make for a tasty dish. With a mixed salad the ingredients maintain their individual properties and some ingredients can be distasteful to different folks.

I was sort of working on a similarly themed post, though I was aiming for a more optimistic approach.

I was trying to guide potential leaders to some good moral lessons as they gather their courage to lead the rest of us out of this big mess…

I found a 12-parr devotional series I’ve read and tried to summarize a bit. Maybe it will provide something to think about while we all figure out how to Save America!

This series, written in March 2020, reflects on circumstances in the midst of the COVID-19 “coronavirus” crisis, and the difference God can make for those of us leading the USA during this crisis.

The timeline reminders make reading the entire series worthwhile, in my opinion, as I looked back over the months at the reactions cited in the devotional lessons.  I have excerpted a few points I thought relevant to our current desperate need for true leadership.

I believe that we who lead need the truth, the promise, and the invitation of Psalm 46 today. I also believe that those whom we lead need us to lead from a place of deep trust in God. They need us to remind them through our words and our deeds that God is a very present help in trouble. When we make difficult decisions that upset people’s lives, and when we communicate difficult truths, we must do so in a way that also reflects God’s presence and care.

The devotional series is based on Psalm 46:1-3

Psalm 46:1-3 (KJV)  God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah.

My hope for national leaders of the ilk needed to restore our trust in their sacred honor is slim, but I do believe there are leaders of exemplary character in local communities where we all live who will to help people stay connected in the coming months and perhaps years.  Many of us expect great changes; others think the status quo will be largely maintained.  In the way it is supposed to be darkest before the dawn, can we expect a true leader on the horizon, banner of freedom held aloft for us to follow?  Or will we go quietly into a time when the interrogations and punitive damages and reparations begin in earnest?

A Deus Ex Machina by any other name is still the same.  Come quickly, Lord.

I think this is a great topic Stucky and seriously hope you jump into part 4, about the circumcision requirement.

Stucky,

True Christianity has been dead since the church of Rome was formed as a false flag to distract the true followers of Christ.

Jesus never wanted to be the leader of a church

, he was a man who traveled the world (or at least Middle Earth) as a young man to see what worked and what didn’t work, because shit wasn’t working where he grew up.

He met some wise men along the way (no, not THOSE wise men) who entered him into some hidden wisdoms. After more study, he came up with a plan. A plan of faith to one’s immutable inner being, that beam of God-Light that all are born with and some avoid having beaten out of them, or perhaps only lose touch with temporarily.

He then returned home and began his teaching, and also personally acted on many aspects of his teaching. The oppressed people of his homeland were attracted to this truth and he developed a large following, so large that it became a threat to TPTB. One such act was when he went up to the plaza of the Temple and turned over the tables of the money changers (assaulted the central bank, if you will).

That got the heat after him for sure, and also raised a cheer from his followers. We have heard various versions of the rest of the story.

I was baptized as a youngster, though throughout life i never found a “church” where i felt at peace with the “message”. At one point my ex-wife (TSGT USAF) and i were attending a service in 2002, and the “message” was KILL ALL INFIDELS.

Never been in a church since. I still consider myself as a christian, in the sense that i am a follower of the teachings of Jesus, though it is plain to me that one does not need a broker such as the pope to do this. It is equally plain to me that the pope of today sits at the left hand of Satan, rather than the right hand of God.

Anyway, i read an interesting paper in the early 2000s that clearly establishes that Jesus was an anarcho-libertarian. Here is a link to the full paper. It is worth a read.

After you declare
>True Christianity has been dead since the church of Rome
but with
>I still consider myself as a christian, in the sense that i am a follower of the teachings of Jesus
point out that you look at the underlying and think for yourself,
you try to squeeze Jesus into some current political category with
>Jesus was an anarcho-libertarian

Am I the only one who sees this as a bit self-contradicting?
I mean why do you even care about such categories.

Thank you for sharing Stucky.

“And he had sworn in his wrath unto the brother of Jared, that whoso should possess this land of promise, from that time henceforth and forever, should serve him, the true and only God, or they should be swept off when the fulness of his wrath should come upon them. And now, we can behold the decrees of God concerning this land, that it is a land of promise; and whatsoever nation shall possess it shall serve God, or they shall be swept off when the fulness of his wrath shall come upon them. And the fulness of his wrath cometh upon them when they are cripened in iniquity. For behold, this is a land which is choice above all other lands; wherefore he that doth possess it shall serve God or shall be swept off; for it is the everlasting decree of God. And it is not until the fulness of iniquity among the children of the land, that they are swept off. And this cometh unto you, O ye Gentiles, that ye may know the decrees of God—that ye may repent, and not continue in your iniquities until the fulness come, that ye may not bring down the fulness of the wrath of God upon you as the inhabitants of the land have hitherto done. Behold, this is a choice land, and whatsoever nation shall possess it shall be afree from bondage, and from captivity, and from all other nations under heaven, if they will but serve the God of the land, who is Jesus Christ, who hath been manifested by the things which we have written.”

No and no. The reason is simple. The “elites” have rejected God and without repentance, nothing will turn the country around. To them, God is dead. I think the US may have been turned over to its sin and the end will be very ugly.

Q2 – Democrats incompetence. They will screw it all up. They always do.

In fact, they are already overplaying their hand. They have earned no mandate at all and instead of pushing reconciliation which would actually strengthen their position, they are pushing extreme divisiveness which will kill them in the long run.

Christians ?…. show me the upright Christian. SHOW me the pastor that had the balls to shun PC when the media pushed gay married couples sitting on the front row every Sunday. When a guy starts telling me he is a good Christian, I RUN for the door.

I have witnessed one southern church after another taken over by lesbians and gays (not kidding). Amish praise Jeebus but do not read or preach the gospel. So, where are these Christians? Most likely the destruction of the Christian faith by the satanic powers is the reason we are soooo screwed and hopeless. I won’t even bother bringing up the Vatican and the Catholic church.

I’m no Bible thumper also not a big organized religion fan and we have all fallen short in some way BUT church is a travesty in this end time.

To answer the QOTD, NO. And I don’t look for the Christians to save us , they are too busy watching faux news and blubbering about political hacks. God could save Merika, but alas we suck and are not worthy.

Stucky- You ask when the church leadership will get woke…..ONLY WHEN the money stops pouring in. When people stop tithing their 10%, it will fall like a house of cards and in the case of the Vatican, waaaaay overdue. Same with our corporate overlords, when we quit sending them money, they will lose power. Meanwhile I guess all the Christians/ church goers will spin around with their thumb up their collective butts.

EVERY insdious problem/overlord WE HAVE requires loads of money. Stop sending these clowns money and END THE FED.

But in utter seriousness, the answer to the $64,000 Q is “Never.”
I mean think about it from this viewpoint: If you understand that Christianity is “the realization of the impossibilty of [large-scale] perfection in this [earthly] world”, then how can it be that the different “Christian” churches never seriously attempt[ed] to reunite?

The church (most of them anyway) are simply tools of the state, under the duress of their tax-exempt status, the requirements of “ordination” and all the big donor bucks coming in from the globalist foundations. They must dance or the music will stop.

In England and elsewhere in the Old World before the establishment of the Colonies, there was the “established” church (Church of England) and then there were scattered about in barns and homes, many instances of the “gathered” church. These were simply examples of voluntary association and were of course persecuted without mercy by the state.

1) No, because the majority in America are turning away from God. There’s a remnant of Christians, but it may not be enough for God to spare the country. If you put your faith in God, you’ll have peace of mind and peace in your heart no matter what awaits. That’s how you save yourself, through Christ.
2) No, not if you’re putting your trust in any politician or any other person. I do hope and pray that God will help Trump win in the end (if stories about him planning to go after the perpetrators are true), but The Donald can’t do it without God wanting to help him.
Put your trust in God only. Even if they kill you. That just means you get to leave this coming banana-republic hell hole.

1) No, there are good christians but most would be considered some form of heretic or go to a church that opposes them. I think most are good men despite their beliefs, not because of them. However, almost all are defeatists. ‘We are going to lose in this world, but we are promised the next.’ It’s ‘Trust The Plan’ ad infinitum. They want to be ‘saved’ by someone else (jesus, trump, whatever) but not to save themselves, and the individual salvation part of their religion means most are artificially dividing themselves from their own people.

2) The only thing left of America to save are the Americans, the original creators of the country. AKA Anglo-saxons, northern Europeans. There are no hyphen-americans. Just other people currently occupying the north-american landmass.
America the state, America the idea, is dead. It was allowed to die long ago, along with the culture, because people allowed foreigners to dictate to us what we were.
For example, the Melting Pot you mention. There was no melting pot, it was a jewish lie from the 1800s, to better hide themselves and to destroy us.

The only thing that will save white americans is a racial awakening and a rejection of ANYTHING that threatens their own people. Otherwise the future is Brazil North America with a yidspanglish lingua franca and 10XL American Flag t-shirts as the only sign we were ever here at all. A mud-colored Idiocracy. But at least they’ll still have Christ and a Constitution, right?

God has used man throughout the Bible to do his will, from Rome destroying Jerusalem following the crucifixion, to Babylon taking the Hebrews into captivity when they were turning away from God, to Rahab not divulging the Hebrew plans before the walls of Jericho fell. That’s why I say I hope and pray that God is using Trump for good and will help him stop these evil people in their tracks, because the people have no other recourse except civil war.
But if God chooses not to help Trump, then we’ll go through hell on earth. After all, Jesus said we may be killed for our faith in him. But that doesn’t mean we don’t defend ourselves. I think every Christian on this site has stated just that. God expects us to be aware and to act.
