Sunday Questions Of The Century: Monkey Man

Without hype … this is big. Really Big. History altering big. Worldview destruction big.

human-animal hybrid embryos

Scientists have created embryos that are a mix of human and monkey cells!! At least 3 embryos survived 19 days after fertilization!

Stop reading now.  Let that sink into your mind for a few minutes.

They are doing this in order to find new ways to produce organs for people who need transplants. One of the scientists said — “Our goal is not to generate any new organism, any monster. We are trying to understand how cells from different organisms communicate with one another.”.  Of course, it is a well known fact that scientists are often full of shit when it comes to their motives, and even more full of shit when it comes to predicting the future outcomes of their concoctions. Click the link at the bottom for more info.

Q1:  Since Christians almost universally believe that life begins at conception …. what are these embryos?  Human, animal, both, neither??
Q2: Since Christians almost universally believe that miscarried life is nevertheless life and, as such, go to heaven — does that mean these human-monkey beings are now in heaven?  Does Monkey Man carry the curse of Original Sin? Did Jesus die for Monkey Man?

wearing these chains: on nine inch nails, trent reznor, and all things gothemo

Q3: What does this do to the entire concept of GOD?  Is He even necessary at this point?

============================= =

Me?

Q1: Since this being contains 50% each of human and monkey genetic material, the answer is, BOTH.

Q2: Applying Christian thinking literally then Monkey Man must be in heaven. This also means that Jesus must have died for Monkey Man, for there is no other way to get there.

Of course, this makes no logical sense … it is non-sense. Impossible, even. Still, we are left with this quote from Sir Arthur Doyle (also spoken by Spock in the 2009 Star Trek movie) —->  “Once you eliminate the impossible, whatever remains, no matter how improbable, must be the truth.

So, we are stuck with the idea that Jesus died for Monkey Man … however uncomfortable that might be.

Q3: This very well could be the beginning of the end of God. But, we’re still just talking about an embryo and a few cells.  Perhaps the Christian ideas about embryos are all wrong.  HOWEVER, if those embryos ever grow to full maturity, then … God is dead.  There is just no way in hell to reconcile a half-human/half-monkey with anything in the entire Bible.

NOTE:  I know I can’t stop it from happening, but I hope we don’t get too carried away with all that Nephilim stuff.  That is nothing more than a story, a myth, in a book (Genesis) that was written over 2,500 years ago, and about events that happened even 2,000+ years before that!  It’s an uncorroborated story … so, how about sticking to a real actual hybrid  human-beast concoction in our midst TODAY.

This whole matter is not of God, but of man. Therefore, there is no soul; no soul/spirit, no entry into the heavenly realms.
I also think/believe that God will not let any of this go on for very much longer. Lots of blasphemy here.

Negroes are human hybrids, not human Chimeras. The Black Race (Bantu, Zulu, etc) is a hybrid of H. sapien and archaic African Hominid (like Alma which have 46 chromosomes) matings that occurred many times probably over 800,000 years in Africa. I believe that is where their low IQ, several other traits and Black skin color (probably not evolved from exposure to sunlight) all come from. Some Negro tribes in Africa have about 19% of their genes (politely called Ghost genes) from the unknown Hominoids (Whites and Asians have about 2-4% of their genes from Neanderthals).

Besides low IQ : The Prefrontal Cortex area controls the “executive functions” of the brain including judgment, impulse control, management of aggression, emotional regulation, self regulation, planning, reasoning and social skills

This explains their high criminality, and killing one another.

I call them proto-humans.

OK in a “descriptive trait & behavioral” sense but technically a misnomer in the evolutionary sense since Whites and Asians both evolved from groups of people in Asia Minor about 50,000 ya whereas Negros are a hybrid of humans and African Hominoids; Whites and Asians did not come from Negros, therefore Negros are not our “proto” group (not photo-humans). The Sahara Desert became green many times and early humans of North Africa and Europe mixed with African Hominoids to create the Negro Race; the Negro Race never was the “proto” human race for Whites and Asians. The “out of Africa” Blacks only went East all the way to the Pacific and Australia; they did not contribute any significant genes to White and (Yellow) Asian populations (before 1600); they left Africa 80,000 ya with an average 60 IQ and arrived in Australia 50,000 ya with an average 64 IQ.

No, that doesn’t make a dog a person. But a dog’s instincts make it a better “person” than a lot of people are. And people love dogs because of it. And other people abuse dogs, get away with abusing dogs, because of it.

Wolves organize into packs, nature of their niche demands it, & they have no choice about it. Domesticated wolves – dogs – don’t pack with other dogs, they transfer that instinct, pack with their people; again, choice has nothing to do with it. Lots of, too many, people take packing to an extreme, are more wolf-like than wolves, & prey upon other “wolves,” puppies included…again, choice has nada to do.

Nature is a red in tooth & claw bitch, & domestication/civilization just throws robes made from pelts over that, doesn’t change that.

Instinct, in this case to cohort, like any instinct, uses what it drives, & can be, & so is, used by instinct-jackers – who proceed to drive it like they stole it, because they did steal it…but the jacked also leave themselves unlocked, keys in the ignition (or fob on the seat). Rental cars get little respect, & proxied people – dehumanized pawns – get less respect than that…but they don’t respect themselves, either.

Along within any given ones instinct to cohort may be, or may not be, currents of “agency” (quote-locked up because that isn’t selected by “agents” any more than eye color or personality is). At an extreme, a loner does not choose not to cohort, did not choose “loner” from a menu. The loner, like everyone else, gets what s/he got.

So even “they don’t respect themselves” has false-bottom connotation of mythical agency. Unpacking that lightens the load. But also increases the load, since it does away with cohort crutches & rules of thumb describing the legal dimensions of the stick used to beat cohorts.

A real friend would tell you the Truth:

“There is just no way in hell to reconcile a half-human/half-monkey with anything in the entire Bible.”

“I hope we don’t get too carried away with all that Nephilim stuff. That is nothing more than a story, a myth, in a book (Genesis) that was written over 2,500 years ago, and about events that happened even 2,000+ years before that! You really don’t know squat about the Bible! <—-==== That's the "tell you the Truth" part.

Just a myth???

In 2006, I believe it was, the feds gave Case university law school 750, ooo bucks to study the subject of constitutional protections afforded to chimeric humans…

'The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.'

'That which hath been is now; and that which is to be hath already been; and God requireth that which is past.'

Monoliths around the world that cannot be built again even with today's technology….200 ton stone obelisk, 20 and 30 ton stones that fit so tight together you can't fit a piece of paper in between, Roman and Greek artifacts and paintings of 'gods' and 'satyrs'…..the 'unexplained' abound…..all explained with a proper understanding of the Bible.

Some folks will spend nearly a million dollars to make a sculpture of a giant rising out of the ground, and title it "The Awakening", all based on a myth:

"The statue consists of five separate aluminum pieces buried in the ground, giving the impression of a distressed giant attempting to free himself from the ground. The left hand and right foot barely protrude, while the bent left leg and knee jut into the air. The 17-foot (5.2 m) high right arm and hand reach farther out of the ground. The bearded face, with the mouth in mid-scream, struggles to emerge from the earth."

"The Awakening was created by J. Seward Johnson, Jr. in 1980 as part of Washington, DC's 11th annual Sculpture Conference, and the sculpture was originally installed at Hains Point in East Potomac Park, Washington, D.C.. Hains Point was designated by Congress as the site for a National Peace Garden in 1987. Although no work had started on the National Peace Garden for many years, the decision still prompted the eventual sale of the sculpture by its owner, The Sculpture Foundation.

Real estate developer Milton Peterson purchased the sculpture for $750,000 in 2007 for installation at his new National Harbor development in Maryland. Crews removed The Awakening from Hains Point in February 2008 for its move to National Harbor. At the National Harbor development, the sculpture was installed on a specially built beach along the Potomac River."

If I may offer a correction. There have been zero protohuman species. Australopithicus, homo-erectus,cro-magnon, neanderthal are either all human or all ape. Skeletal structures differentiate the two but the narrative ‘explaining’ and the drawings are made up… fake.

Secondly, there have been attempts to interbreed man and apes for a LONG time now, all failed. Earlier genetisist, brain fart and can’t remember his name, supposed father of genetics, even introduced ape/gorilla sperm into african women, without their knowledge of course. Also inseminated female apes/gorillas with human sperm, again failing ever attempt.

There is a large genetic mismatch between species and simply can’t be crossed. Not having read the paper I suspect its like all the other earth chaking announcements that life has been created in a lab. When in fact they’ve taken a live cell, removed the nucleaus and made a couple changes, then reinserted the nucleaus again. claiming to have created life. So I suspect this is the same, remove, insert a couple monkey genes where it will do the least damage and reinsert the nucleaus. Thereby announcing a hybrid.

As for the monkey-man hybrid. If a person receives a pig heart for a transplant does that mean they are a pig-man hybrid??? How much material does it take to make a person a ‘hybred’?? At what point would they become non-human?? Why would it be a person who decides whether God will allow them into His kingdom?? What SHOULD matter is that regardless of ANY reason this type of ‘research’ is abhorrent and never be allowed. And I believe ZERO of these ‘scientists’ intensions. Its BS plain and simple.

you reject it even without having to think about it.

You seem to know a lot about my priori motivations, which you couldn’t be more wrong about. The same argument could be made at your end as well… You embrace darwinism and reject anything you deem ‘religious; without even thinking.

If you read analytically any of the supposed early hominoids you will read little to no real facts. Writings are all coached in terms of maybe, perhaps, could have, suddenly arise, strategy… ALL terms of great storytelling. In additions drawings are purposefully made to make the hominoids appear apelike to re-enforce brute man. Which is itself a problem as anatomists will tell you that you cannot determine what a person looked like because soft tissues on humans varies greatly. Thats why today you can find cranial structures in people that compare to those cro-magnon’s etc. And everything in between.

The whole story telling, the narrative, like all propaganda to re-enforce the lies told, centers of convincing the ignorant that man was a brutish hunter gatherer running amok killing everything while wearing the stylish fur onesee was our proto-hominoid. To dumb to know anything but fire and BBQ.

After the flood, which of course you will deny out of hand because thats religious, there were no hotels, motels or wayside inns to stay in. So living briefly in caves wouldn’t be out of the norm for intelligent people. Which when you look at just the Neanderthal you will see that they buried their dead with ceremonial items, baked bread, sewed clothing, played musical instruments, had glues better than we have now, and great BBQ’s. Not the brutes you are led to believe.

an entire new life being created

Splicing genes into another organism does NOT create a new organism. Its a modified organism. What part of that do YOU not understand?? They didn’t create anything, they spliced existing genetic material into an existing living blastocyst. So my argument stands Its modified, not an entirely new organism.

The differences between human and chimps is about 40 million base pairs.
There is no matchup and the messaging that there is 90% similarity is false.
Its only true if you select a very narrow range of genes. But side by side comparisons, not even close similarities. We share similar bodies styles but where these instructions are in the genetic code do not correspond across species.

Changing the seats in your crappy sunbeam won’t turn it into a a George Jetson flying personal transport device.

If you choose to believe the rubbish coming from these purveyors of the darwinian religion thats your perogy. I prefer the real science as opposed to the propaganda junk science pumped out for more funding. Regardless of the ‘science’ its unethical and should be banned.

First, I gave you one of those downvotes (I don’t do drive by dvs). Not for calling me weird, few are as ‘weird’ as I…lol

As I see it, the issue at hand is Biblical. I believe Jesus Christ is the very center of everything, the Alpha and Omega. He formed and created man and breathed the breath of life into his body. He created the animals after his kind (Gen. 1:24, 25)

I believe very much the same as what GCP so beautifully lays out time and time again. From my perspective, I see the most glaring disagreement in the ‘flat earth’ question, and am lacking the ability to accurately express my thoughts on “grafted in”….but those issues have nothing to do with the efficacy of the Grace offered freely to all of mankind.

I have always believed the KJVB was the inspired Word, and that all issues of life can find its answer therein; including the question of human/animal hybrids. You may call it my ‘preference’, but I see it as a revelation based on MY axis mundi decision-made many, many years ago.

This guy says it clear, and provides the scripture references, so I’ll just borrow his words:
“The right answer comes by faith alone (Romans 3:28), by sincerely believing that Jesus lived a perfect life, died for your sins and resurrected from the dead (1 Corinthians 15:3-5). It is a free gift from God (Romans 5:15; 6:23), that can only be received by faith, apart from any sacrament, papal indulgence, or earned merit on your part (Ephesians 2:8–9).The “axis mundi decision” is presented to all, “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved” (Romans 10:9).”

I have posted lengthy ‘documentaries’ that deal with your homo-neanderthal magmen. Below, Brian responded with a great reply, taken from a path I’ve not traveled….because I believe God created the time, space and matter, setting the boundaries of each.

But humans will never go extinct? Lest those days be shortened, no flesh will be left alive.

Because we’re special? Yes

Is it really a good idea to go backwards, reintroducing monkey DNA into the human DNA?

??? An evolutionist ??? It’s not that I don’t believe in the evidence that ‘things evolve’….it’s that I believe Darwin’s theory of evolution is straight from the pits of hell.

So the omniscient god whom you describe had to go thru trial and error to arrive at what we have today??? That after He created the Earth and everything in it, stating it as being GOOD, that he also called death by tooth and claw good also???

What if God’s Plan all along was to use evolution as the means to bring man into existence?

That would imply death entered the world before man was created. Making God a liar. I think I, like many will prefer to believe the creator over what some guys stories about the origins. Especially since these fellas making up the stories where not around to witness a thing.

YOU: “You have stated elsewhere that you won’t read anything I have to say about religion.”

ME: “I wouldn’t necessarily listen to him for any Scriptural interpretation,”

Obviously, that is two different statements. Why do you intentionally twist what people say, the way you twist what the Bible says?

‘won’t read anything’ is NOT the same as ‘wouldn’t necessarily listen for interpretation…

I stand firmly by what I said…it is YOU who reads in a meaning that isn’t there…..much as you do in interpreting the scripture. BUT, how would I know that if I “won’t read anything”?

The problem with your hypothesis, is that in humans, evolution devolves humans, it does not improve the species. As we are seeing today, it is the less intelligent, less civilized members of the human race which reproduce at the highest rate displacing the higher evolved humans.
IMO, humans as a species have been on earth for over 550K years, and developed many civilizations, only to destroy themselves time and time again. The latest example being the dark ages a thousand years ago that set mankind back 10 thousand years. It appears we are destined to repeat our destruction once again, on a global scale.
The failure of humans to evolve into a truly intelligent rational species is what ensures it repeats its destruction over and over again.

Hey, do you remember that quirky biologist on a bike I was promoting at the beginning of this nonsense last year? Well, I tracked him down and guess what?

After featuring him here and his launch of his own little YouTube following, he apparently gained enough of a following that he got interviewed for the Washington Post and, as he puts it, he let his hubris get the best of him, thinking it would help him reach a wider audience about the early connections made to “gain-of-function” research being done at not only Wuhan, but in North Carolina as well. He could not believe the research he’d been familiar with since 2009 done on Coronavirus instability was being completely ignored. Most especially, JC on a bike had been concerned about the danger of adding gain-of-function to an unstable virus to make it more transmissible to humanized mice.

Humanized mice. In Wuhan and in North Carolina. Okay, they only humanize the lungs so that they can test for human reaction to the virus, but how exactly does one only humanize the lungs of a mouse?

Has anyone else other than me seen that creepy movie Splice?

Is this what happens when you humanize a mouse?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hQRMf_CIuvU

Anyway, he lost his job because of his little private blog sharing real research. He has six months before he will have to draw unemployment. I assume he got a year’s severance from the University or perhaps had sabbatical time set aside. My husband wondered why he doesn’t sue for wrongful termination, and I just looked at him. Conservatives, even Native American professors from Wisconsin, have no standing in the United States of Democratic Congresscritters, USDC, where your rights depend not only on your skin color, but upon your personal opinions and political leanings.

I do plan to try to summarize his latest ride, but his tone is sad and the message dire. He believes we will be finding ourselves in small isolated communities until they hunt everyone down to implant the chip that will track us all.

He is at a remote spot with a serene setting, looking very much like the Sioux naturalist he really is. He will survive it and I pray his children will as well.

GIGO.

Ignorant implies not having access and understanding of a particular set of data that has been proven to be accurate by independent sources replicating the same outcomes. That’s not the case here.

You accept the evidence prima facie, I reject it based on lack of credibility. A liar may in fact tell the truth sometimes, but I still place no trust in them unless they both admit their duplicity and then show contrition, neither of which have occurred.

Is someone in possession of a human chimpanzee hybrid and can it be genetically tested by independent investigators?

For example, your use of science to prove whatever point you want to make about Covid. Oh, no!! Then science is just great …

Typical Stucky conflation. There is a huge difference between real science, that of observation, hypothesis, testing… rinse and repeat, faslification. data analysis that can be tested, tried and confirmed. Its a simple process really which you seem to have some difficulty understanding. That of looking at the data, seeing if it collaborates with known data and either accepting it as true or not.

It would seem you advocate an all or nothing position. Squealing that someone can’t use ‘science’ because they don’t like the fact that the majority of ‘science’ has been politicized and is junk. Then further squealing because real science is used to prove a position and that simply cannot be tolerated because of previous questioning of the sanctified science.

Final… never quoted NPR yet, don’t even pay them much mind. I prefer looking at who is writing the article instead.

Let me repeat that, for our hard-of-hearing readers: WE NEVER WENT TO THE MOON.

The Russians did put a chimp in orbit, however; that’s true. Whether or not said chimp had been spliced with human DNA has never been asked, nor even implied.

While you two dance around tossing insults perhaps you should pay attention to what GMO actually means. Forget the Biblical concerns and focus on the here and now. They are ALREADY doing genetic mods on animals, splicing interspecies elements into embryos. They are already making featherless chickens, Glow-in-the-dark rabbits and cats and Frankenpigs. Nothing new here as regards the science.
As to the morality of what they’re doing? Well, a ‘scientist’ in China was shut down because he was genetically engineering human embryos and implanting them in women. He has subsequently disappeared…I guarantee that there are secret labs funded by militaries, that are conducting lots of Chimeric experiments and we don’t have a clue about any of it.

The scientist is currently mired in an intense controversy after claiming to have produced the world’s first gene-edited babies. He said he used the CRISPR gene-editing system to modify the DNA of human embryos, resulting in the birth of twin girls with an alleged immunity to the AIDS virus. Because gene-editing is still in its nascent stage of development, He was criticized for conducting the experiment prematurely and for implanting the modified embryos in the mother’s womb. To make matters worse, the clinical trial was done in secret, and He failed to go through the normal channels, among other alleged improprieties.

You thought you were right about Covid, too.

These people have far more in common with wizards than scientists. You believe but you cannot verify. Their narrative is promoted by organizations like the link above- NPR- the same people who claim there is no such thing as race or gender, both of which are genetically determined.

All we are witnessing is some super duper high level informational wizardry to intimidate and frighten or control the masses so they can continue the one thing that everyone with two eyeballs can see- the implementation of a system of population control and power consolidation in order to strip mine the economies of the world in order to become like gods.

The scientist behind this study is also involved in- allegedly- reversing aging in humans- he even refers to his research as…get ready for it, you might recognize the pitch- The Fountain of Youth.

You are the one burying your head in the sand, claiming Covid isn’t real. I also know that the severity of the virus as such never required the draconian measures that were and are being used to destroy lives and economies while ushering in totalitarian regimes and governments.

As to the human/chimpanzee embryo article…do you deny gene therapy and genetically modified organisms too?

We don’t agree on this topic, I am not “pretending” anything and I make no claims other than this- I have no reason to believe anything that the CDC or the WHO has to say about it. Nor any academic that is on the receiving end of government funding. If they say it is a severe and novel virus, then I believe that is a lie. I base that conclusion on observation and replicable behavior- or as they used to call it, science.

For the most part, I think you are correct. Except for the fact that there is/was a loophole in the laws surrounding the gain-of-function research that allowed for the “humanizing” of some animals for research purposes. Mice were better than ferrets, so humanized mice and rats sufficed.

I’ve recently looked up JC on a bike from last spring. He’s a victim of Cancel Culture because he was in on the early Gain of Function research and analysis (as a neuro-biologist studying blood-brain barrier stuff I don’t understand) and continued to gain popularity with his educational (and mesmerizing!) bike rides around Pittsburg and, later, after quarantine extended and he got sick, out in the woods.

I subscribed to his channel and didn’t realize he’d changed his name. I’d been ignoring his new email notices along with all the others I ignore if I am not interested.

I think you will see that JC’s presentation has really gotten focused and succinct. I’m hoping he garners support in his quest to educate a few others.

This is the stuff that got him fired. Apparently, he wasn’t allowed to talk about research he’d been involved with during his personal bike rides shared online with adult students and other members of his “Journal Club on a bike.”

I agree with HSF and one has to disbelieve but you also have to look at how they’re disbursing information.

For instance I’ve been ‘studying up’ on DEW, EMF, etc. technology for quite awhile and definitely believe it’s something most us have no idea about the capabilities. We may find out much if war breaks out. Open war that is, because I think this war is going on behind the scenes right now.
Everything is a lie including anything mainstream having to do with energy for sure.

At the very least I have no problem believing they are experimenting with horrendous genetic experiments. All for our own good, of course.

Ethical curiosity has impact when adult stem cells and umbilical cord stem cells are studied. A shift from Big Pharma to ethical universal cells may advance health scenarios.

Except the majority of white people will be forbidden any of these new therapies.

To dodge the immune system and make regenerative stem cell therapies widely available to the general public, our lab aims to engineer stem cells lacking any immune features.

Modern gene editing tools now allow us to make very specific edits and create engineered cell products without any tissue type tags. We recently published our early success with both edited mouse and human stem cells, which survived after transplantation into different mouse models with different tissue types. This was the first report of “universal cells” that completely circumvented rejection by a foreign immune system. We believe this concept could lead to the manufacturing of universal cell products for all patients and has the potential to transform health care.

Stem cells could regenerate organs – but only if the body won’t reject them Tobias Deuse -Professor of Surgery, University of California, San Francisco

Well…”monkey on your back” has always been a privatizing of profits (however broadly defined) & an externalizing of costs (however emphatically denied or minimized via psych defense mechs), hasn’t it? “Mistakes Were Made (but not by me).” That’s a book title. A possible chapter in that book, “The Sacklers Sacked Me.”

I like the intro:

Don’t like the song, but tells true. I do like that Amy never sang a song the same way twice in a row:

Or, mythstakes were planted, deep, & before I ever got here. Which is also to say right at that little big bang moment when each of us got here.

Joseph Campbell & that lot, previous & post, of apologizers. Ben Franklin & the billionaire boyz of the hoods-club would have to invent them, the mythamphetamine dealers & the substances that they sell, if they didn’t already have ‘em, those biological imperatives to breathe, eat, drink, merrily snort/inject myth & fook like Rabbit Run (Updike oversexed character/s reference) raccoons payrolled & corner-staked.

From Carey’s biography of William Golding (some worthwhile context truncated – typing’s atypical today – but that won’t stop contexters from reading the book themselves – from me to those ones, it’s worthwhile):

“Euripides, however, destroyed belief in the old gods with a sort of Shavian savagery, & subjected their myths to the withering, reductive power of the intellect. This was, Golding contends, mistaken, for he sees myth as the highest of forms, & its power lies in its ability to outrun the intellect. ‘Myth is a feeling toward something which we know to be significant & cannot tell why.’ If myth can be explained intellectually it becomes allegory, which is ‘a dead thing’, as evidenced by ‘the rather boring poems of Edmund Spenser’. Myth is vital for life, not just literature: ‘Where there is no mythology, the people perish’.

Well…that pitch is losing the competition – continuously losing…designated loser losing – to reign forest Gump encroachment, too (Forrest Gump was smarter than the present & recent retards, tho). As it must. And as the cuckoo’s nest must deny.

Not that Horace (“A clumsier child you’ll never see than Horace; I bet he broke 40 cup.” ~ Rooster Cogburn, talking about the fruit of his loins that fell far from his hanging tree…that Newton sat under.), but this other one: “You may drive nature out with a pitchfork, but she will keep coming back.”

From Smolin’s Time Reborn:

“Leibniz’s principle has some consequences that should constrain a cosmological theory. One is that there should be nothing in the universe that acts on other things without itself being acted upon. All influences or forces should be mutual. We can call this the principle of no unreciprocated actions. Einstein invoked this principle to justify his replacement of Newton’s theory of gravity by general relativity. His point was that Newton’s absolute space tells bodies how to move, but nothing is reciprocated; the bodies in the universe do not influence absolute space. Absolute space just is. In Einstein’s theory of general relativity, the relationship between matter & geometry is reciprocal: Geometry tells matter how to move and, in turn, matter influences the curvature of spacetime. Nor can anything affect the flow of Newton’s absolute time. Newton hypothesizes that it flows the same whether the universe is empty or full of matter. In general relativity, the presence of matter affects the behavior of clocks. (So do politicians contributors-weilders, & politicians codependent enablers-weilded.)

This principle, then, prevents any reference to fixed-background structures – entities whose properties are fixed for all time, regardless of the motion of matter.
These background structures are the unconscious of physics (& mythamphetaminephysicians), silently shaping our thinking to give meaning to the basic concepts we use to imagine the world. (“Dreams are real.” ~ Black Robe or, life, liberty & the pursuit of hopiumness?)

We think we know what “position” means because we are making unconscious assumptions about the existence of an absolute reference. Several of the fundamental steps in the evolution of physics have consisted of recognizing the existence of a fixed-background structure, removing it, & replacing it with a dynamical cause within the universe. This is what Ernst Mach did when he refuted Newton by suggesting that we feel dizzy when we spin because we move relative to the matter in the universe rather than to absolute space.

If we insist on reciprocal action & rule out fixed-background structures, what we are saying is that every entity in the universe evolves dynamically, in interaction with everything else. This is the essence of the philosophy of relationalism, which is usually attributed to Leibniz. We can extend this idea to assert that all properties in a cosmological theory should reflect evolving relationships among dynamical entities.

But if the properties of a body – the properties by which we identify it & distinguish it from other bodies – are relationships with other bodies, then there cannot be two bodies that have the same set of relationships to the rest of the universe. Two things that have the same relationships with everything else in the universe must actually be the same thing. This is another of Leibniz’s principles, called the identity of the indiscernibles. It too is a consequence of the principle of sufficient reason, for if there are two distinct entities with the same relationships to the rest of the world, there is no reason they should be as they are & not exchanged. This would amount to a fact about the world that had no rational explanation. (This also describes how the “competing” fight club mythociders comport: “exchange” ‘em all & let god, the one we caveat emptorless emperor robe ourselves in, sort ‘em out.)

So there can be no fundamental symmetries in nature. (No matter how much simian nature hopiums otherwise.) A symmetry is a transformation of a physical system that exchanges its parts while leaving all its physically observable quantities the same. An example of a symmetry of Newtonian physics is translation of a subsystem from one place in space to another. Since the laws of physics don’t depend on where a system is in space, the predictions are unchanged if the laboratory – & everything that may affect the experimental results – is moved six feet to the left. We state the independence of experimental results from location in space by saying that physics is invariant under translating systems in space.

Symmetries are common in all the physical theories we know. Several of the most useful tools in the physicist’s toolbox exploit the presence of symmetries. Yet if Leibniz’s principles are right, they must not be fundamental.

Symmetries arise from the act of treating a subsystem of the universe as if it were the only thing that existed. (Atop the pyramids is solipsism misused, narcissim abused, hubris enthused…but neath that alpha apex predatorial point is all the ones what love ‘em/hate themselves & shoulder ‘em aloft.) It is only because we ignore the interactions between the rest of the universe & the atoms in our laboratory that it doesn’t matter if we move the laboratory in space. This also explains why it doesn’t matter if we rotate the subsystems we’re studying. It doesn’t matter because we ignore the interactions between that subsystem & the rest of the universe. If we took those interactions into account, it certainly would matter if the subsystem were rotated. (Double-entry bookkeeping gets double-crossed, double-standardized, embezzled every minute of the day in this Big Short man FauciMadoff pyramid sausage factory.)

But what if the universe itself is translated or rotated? Isn’t that a symmetry? It is not, because no relative position within the universe is altered. In the relational perspective, there is no meaning to translating or rotating the universe. Symmetries, such as translations & rotations, are then not fundamental; they arise from the division of the world into two parts, as described in the previous chapter (personal deindividuating pronouns are us & them). These & other symmetries are features only of approximate laws applying to subsystems of the universe.

This has a stunning consequence: If these symmetries are approximate, then so are the laws of the conservation of energy, momentum, & angular momentum. These basic conservation laws depend on the assumption that space & time are symmetric under translations in time, translations in space, & rotations. The connection between symmetries & conservation laws is the content of the basic theorem proved early in the 20th century by the mathematician Emmy Noether. I won’t try explaining her reasoning here, but her theorem is one of the pillars of physics & deserves to be better known.

So the unknown cosmological theory will have neither symmetries nor conservation laws. Some particle physicists, impressed by the success of the standard model, like to say that the more fundamental a theory is, the more symmetries it should have. This is precisely the wrong lesson to draw.”

Masters of the universe portion (Including the Doc Frankenstein variants that young Mary Shelley called & took down the pot) – with a whole lotta’ help from their friends – is to prove, over & over again, their empty centers will not hold.

“…in six months we’ll be running this planet.”

ILuv…Not understanding something doesn’t sum to stupid.

Everything that’s understood *combined* is just a drop in the ocean of what isn’t understood. And that ocean would be glassy & calm were it not for all the bluff & bluster people trying to compensate for being freaked out by all that unknown.

The reason there’s no atheists (but plenty of technocrats, say) in foxholes is that terror & thinking are mutually exclusive (techno’s got great camo, IQ pattern, for being fight/flight/frozen inside their own headholes…).

So/but that’s also like the racetrack: things are happening too fast to merely/just think it out.

Comes down to more than just the brain. The whole is smarter/faster, or can be, than the part that gets too much of the glory.

And that’s another unknown, as to how, as to possibility: integration of the whole, building that up. My take on it is everybody gets what they get.

Unfortunately, there’s no shortage of people who got more & that believe that luck of the draw justifies taking from those that got less…& even less of a shortage of got (less) milkers that believe it, too.

Symbiosis, codependence, wife-beater T’s & low rent trailer parks. So, King of the Road is a ring road…like a racetrack; round & round go the racers & the erasers (sort of like the Soviet motocross teams did sometimes, back in the 70’s – kamikaze crashes into other riders in an effort to get one of their heaps across the line in better “position”) :

https://thefederalist.com/2021/04/15/federal-government-caught-buying-fresh-flesh-of-aborted-babies-who-could-have-survived-as-preemies/

“These body parts, purchased by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to “humanize” mice and test biologic drugs in scientific experiments, came from babies up to 24-weeks-old gestation, just weeks from being born.”

“With the callousness of picking a cut of meat from a butcher shop, an FDA doctor requests tissue samples be procured from a baby boy, as they claim “It is strongly preferred to have a male fetus if at all possible … [but] undetermined sex or female is better than no tissue.”

“The court’s decision found that the U.S. government bought second-trimester livers, thymuses, brains, eyes, and lungs for hundreds of dollars apiece from ABR, stating ABR could collect “over $2,000 on a single fetus it purchased … for $60” and “the federal government participated in this potentially illicit trade for years.”
