Philanthropy should remain a private matter not a government matter. In any case the majority of people who do not have high speed internet could go a library. Education is something one gets for him/herself.

I had a brother, gone now, who thought in pictures. Its something I’ve read seems more strongly associated with dyslexics than non-dyslexics, but associations can be, often are conveniences – give me that rule of thumb so I don’t hurt myself too badly with too thick of a self- flagellation stick.
