LOL… My aunt made a wall hanging for my son with the “Star of David” surrounding the “Children of Israel” quilt blocks. He carried it as a symbol during a church/school program in which he represented Israel.

This looks a bit like my son’s wall hanging, except it holds the Children of Israel quilt block instead of a smaller star.
