Wrong. The Fed is much more than a counterfeiter,
1. It is an embezzler that has been used by Wall Street to illegally hide $28 trillion of theft from the Government. All profit of the Fed legally belongs to the government
2. The Fed is a Ponzi scheme. It creates credit in the form of Federal Reserve Notes as the principal of a quasi-loan with every deficit Treasury security auction. The obligation is to pay interest plus the principal to the purchaser. The interest is never created. It is impossible to culminate the agreement. A contract that cannot be culminated is an act of fraud which is void from its inception.
