Can you Sue an Employer Who Mandates Vaccines?

Eric Clapton took the vaccine and now can no longer perform. He said: “The vaccine destroyed me – I now live with pills due to neuropathy.” The sad part of this is that they are pushing vaccines like a cocaine dealer and nobody has done anything to research why someone people suffered side effects or die and others do not. This is like simply going to the casino and rolling the dice to see if you win or lose.

According to Leslie Parent, vice dean for research and graduate studies in the Penn State College of Medicine, one of the most respected in the nation, bluntly said: “Scientists do not fully understand why this is the case, but the differences could be due to a combination of a person’s age, genetics and past exposure to other viruses, including common-cold coronaviruses.” Yet nobody knows anything and they still demand everyone be vaccinated.

You cannot sue the vaccine companies and the government will not pay any damages either. They demand you get the jab, but have not done any research to ensure it is safe. However, if an employer insists that you get vaccinated, this is really quite foolish for they are NOT under the immunity blanket. If an employee missed work due to any side effects from receipt of the vaccine, the employer has a problem.

Such an illness could be considered a compensable injury under workers’ compensation laws. If the employee dies because of a manadatory vaccine, the family may line up to sue the employer. Businesses better watch what they are doing. They can end up being responsible in many ways. Nobody asks if you got the flu shot or the Polio vaccine when you were a kid. Why is COVID so different when it is on par with the Flu insofar as being lethal. At the very least, this will become a Workman’s Comp claim which could seriously jeopardize the company long-term.

Clapton said once he started talking about the Frankenjab being a bad deal his Lib friends stopped talking to him or returning his calls. Which proves my point that you can’t have Libtards as friends .

Auntie would to have a complete private and secure lab analysis done on random samples of the shit-shot; validate the results by independent assay and publish them for the whole world to see.
(No doubt, from observable data and anecdotal evidence that the Devil’s ingredients are in the poison.)

The same desire for samples of whatever the hell aerosol agents B3RG*operations are spraying in the chemtrails. Also, btw, a world-wide phenomenon.

Perhaps soon if certain arrangements can be made.

It was more of a rhetorical question as nobody seems to know what is in it (but don’t take it if you are allergic to any of its components). The latest accusation that it contains VERY high levels of graphene oxide is most concerning.

I know so many people who have taken it without any questions and they did it solely on the advice and persuasion of tel(aviv)ison personalities. It makes me sick that my sisters, their husbands and most of their kids have taken it, as well as several of the grown grandkids.

In a couple of years, we will see who the smart one was.

Im not looking forward to quitting my job long before my usefulness and abilities subside, BUT if my employer wants to mandate this, or any other shot, then……when in the course of human events……

This will change once one of the shots gets FDA approval. Then, employers mandating it will no longer be liable for injury. Expect fast-tracking of approval.

No doubt the approval is ready to be signed, regardless of how many adverse reactions/deaths occur.

J&J seems to have pissed someone off, as their injection keeps getting bad press. Pfizer is now trying to get a 3rd dose of theirs approved. How many Billion$ will this add to the bottom line? More importantly, how many more will die?

After full FDA approval anyone injured by the Jabs can become compensated from the vaccine injury fund. But anyone who had even their first shot before that approval won’t be eligible.
Which is probably a big part of the push for giving people the infection injection before that happens.
And because the jab is an experimental treatment, most health insurance programs won’t cover complications from the jab, and of course big pharma has totally immunity for the death jabs.
Workers Comp would be about the only way to get treatment paid for. And workers Comp is an non judicial administrative remedy with statutory limitations on attorney fees. So good luck with that.

More people died from the poison jab last week than from covid. And that’s even using the undercounted jab death count and the vastly overcounted covid death count.

Anyone can sue for just about anything.

The employer fallback position to defend the case will likely include the following:

1) at will employment – employer can fire employees for any legal reason. Reasons you cannot fire an employee: race, gender, national origin, disability, religion, genetic information, or age. Is vaccination status one of the reasons you cannot fire an employee? Nope, don’t see it.

2) employers have a 100% legal responsibility to maintain a safe workplace. If the employer allows unvaccinated employees, it increases the chance that they will spread the virus in the workplace, and puts its other employees at additional risk. By not mandating vaccinations, the employer would be breaching its legal responsibilities. I would deem the risk to the business owner greater if they were not to mandate vaccinations, as they may be breaching there legal duties if the do not so mandate. This is not an evaluation of the right or wrong of it. The law is not concerned with such. As a business owner, often you are not allowed discretion – the law must be followed to avoid business risk.

I think employees will struggle to have a legal case. That is just an opinion based on my experience in these areas.
