For a MANDATORY health intervention to be justified both morally and ethically, it MUST show both an individual and a societal good with balanced risk to both with compelling data that is free of censorship of opposing views, industry bias and political coercion.
For example, you can’t allow somebody with multidrug resistant TB who is noncompliant with medications to freely roam throughout the community. In Texas, a judge will mandate a stay in our TB hospital where you will take your medications until you are no longer infectious. It is an individual good is the patient gets treated and a societal good in preventing other infections of a dangerous organism. (More dangerous than COVID19). The individual harm is having their liberty curtailed for several weeks, societal harm is costs for legal proceeding and the medical care. This intervention meets all the above criteria.
Are the mRNA vaccines meeting these criteria?
Are they meeting the criteria for an individual good?
An individual good would be defined as reducing the risk of severe disease, hospitalization and death with a minimal chance of harm.
As Admin has shown, they are not. Infections are rising in the heavily vaccinated countries, fortunately, so far, deaths are low. The Pfizer Phase 3 trial reported out in pre-print form: It did not show a difference in death between the two arms, underrepresented the highest risk patients the the protection for infection was modest. The words “hospitalization” are not in the report. And this was pre-Delta.
Are they associated with an unacceptable risk of individual good?
There are 22,866 deaths associated with these vaccines in the VAERS and EudraVigilance databases as of today the risk of serious adverse reactions is over 1,000,000. Why we ignore this database, with all its flaws, after millions of jabs in place of a trial with 40,000 participants is bizarre. There is also data that these vaccines may reprogram innate and adaptive immunity in ways that weaken your response to other pathogens.
Are the vaccines fulfilling a societal good?
That would be defined as decreasing transmission, viral loads, and hospitalizations.
Given the rapid spread of Delta variant , and we haven’t even gotten to Lambda, the answer would have to be a hard no. Walensky and Fauci have admitted this in multiple medial outlets. Viral load is also apparently not affected, per their statements.

It is not a vaccine. Prior to them changing the definition of vaccine to include these abominations, a vaccine was the administration of an attenuated organism to mimic the immunity you would get with natural infection and protect you when you meet the real thing, without damaging or killing you.
These mRNA jabs are active genetic material, 40 trillion per jab, that end up all over your body, integrate INTO YOUR CELLULAR MACHINERY and produce the spike protein of the Alpha variant on your cell surfaces.
Your immune system sees that spike and genetates a very specific and narrow antibody. They call that the “neutraling antibody”. It fades in about 200 days.
Now here is the problem: Not only does the body “see” the spike protein as foreign, it will also see the nearby proteins as well. You will make antibodies against yourself, just like in natural covid infection.
It is worse than that because the spike is 30% similar to humans, part of its strategy to evade the immune system.

The problem is that once a person or group shows by multiple lines of evidence that they cannot be trusted; then, … well, … they cannot be trusted.
Even if the virus is real any numbers of “infections” or “Covid deaths” cannot be trusted. The virus doesn’t have to be real: everything that has happened and been done could have happened or been done in the complete absence of a real virus simply by lying about deaths and lying about cases … which they did.
This means that, moving forward, no future tests can be trusted even if the virus is real and the test is perfect. This also means that future actual outbreaks of real diseases cannot be trusted using “official” metrics, and only judged by the evidence of your eyes.
There’s no reliable way to measure individual or societal goods or harms vis-a-vis Covid.

The Moderna and Pfizer vaccine tests were conducted, as customary, with a control group; a group within the trial who were given a placebo and not the test vaccine. However, during the trial -and after the untested vaccines were given emergency use authorization- the vaccine companies conducting the trial decided to break protocol and notify the control group they were not vaccinated. Almost all the control group were then given the vaccine….
There’s no one left within the control group, of a statistically valid value, to give an adequate comparison of outcomes for vaxxed -vs- non-vaxxed.
