The reason that autopsies are not done in the US on those that have died after vaccination is that there is simply no incentive to do them. There are two kinds of pathologists that would theoretically do them: Forensic pathologists are government employees. They perform autopsies after “suspicious” deaths, which are those that are unclear or have a suspicion of unnatural reasons. However, forensic pathologists are often lazy and their offices are underfunded. They can decline any autopsy that they think does not fall into the unclear category. Typically, you almost have to have a knife sticking out of your back for them to accept doing the autopsy. For example, if an 80 year old man is found dead in bed, they would typically decline that based on age alone. If a 25 year old is found dead, they would probably do the autopsy.
Then, there are hospital pathologists. Their main source of income are surgical pathology specimens taken during surgery, i.e. a colon polyp. The diagnosis of such can be billed to the health insurance. Hospital pathologists also do autopsies that are requested by a treating clinician to find the source of death, but ONLY if there is no reason that it would go to the forensic pathologists. Clinicians do not typically want the autopsy be done for fear of finding evidence of malpractice. The vast majority of hospital pathologists hate doing autopsies. Plus, they do not get paid at all for them!!! Not even a cent. So how likely do you think is it that anyone is pushing for them?
I have done research with small rodents. Any mouse that dies unexpectedly during a study will be examined carefully for the reason of death and for organ damage. One would think that we treat our fellow humans better than that.

“Once a patient, vaccinated or not, becomes positive for COVID in my practice, my nurses or myself call them once in the AM and once in the PM. There is a form we fill out on each of these calls to describe their clinical condition with parameters fever, congestion, shortness of breath, coughing, pulse ox, etc. When the patients have cleared every single one, we quit calling them. We usually have between 15-20 active cases this past few weeks daily. A pattern became very obvious very quickly in this process and I have distilled it with 2 raw numbers. The Ivermectin patients are cleared of symptoms (N of 44) in average of 2.4 days. The Non-Ivermectin patients (N of 19) are cleared of symptoms after 5.7 days. Furthermore, on day 5 of the illness, we always have the patients go and get tested again. The Ivermectin patients have literally a 100% negative rate by Day 5. The non-Ivermectin patients have a 58% clearance rate by Day 5.
I want to make one thing very clear. This is the scientific method. These numbers are consistent with the overall signal that all kinds of studies are showing with this drug. However, I am just one clinician in one office. Nothing dispositive can be said or done with these numbers.
However, it is an indication of yet another complete fail on the part of our medical leaders. These signals have now been out there for about a year. It is at this point, a national embarrassment that nothing has been done to fully evaluate this drug. I will say again, our leaders are not practicing medicine, they are practicing business.

Is it not my obligation to do everything possible to spare these patients POST COVID syndrome? With a drug with decades of safety behind it? With all the signal behind how well it works? Confirmed by my own eyes in my own practice?

That was from a few years back! It was something to see the view from the water. So many coves and bays to hide in. It is no wonder that it is so popular with folks with time and means. Not many boats this year as has been in past. Usually in summer quite a few Americans come up for a spell. Not this year because of closures due to COVID.
Maybe next it will get back to something resembling something sane.
