Where were you on the morning of 9/11/2001? What were your remembrances of that day? How did that day change your life?
Me: I was in the IKEA headquarters building in Plymouth Meeting, PA. I was in the midst of the most fulfilling work days I’ve my life. I loved my job as Controller for the real estate division. We were building 9 stores slated to all open within 8 months. I liked my boss and all my colleagues. We were a well oiled machine and we had fun every day. I was responsible for figuring out what sales level these stores would attain, the expected ROI, and the management of over $1 billion in capital expenditures.
I was sitting at my desk. There was a major executive meeting in Sweden, so all of the top managers were in Europe. I didn’t own a cell phone and cruising the internet was not a normal daily occurrence, like now. My phone rang at around 9:00 am. It was my wife and she was upset. She told me a plane had hit the WTC. My immediate thought was it was a terrible accident. But, that morning was one of the brightest blue sky days you could imagine. A crisp, sunny Fall day. Today is almost a carbon copy of that day.
I had a feeling of unease.
Once I told all the guys in our open office area, we decided to take advantage of the lack of top managers, including the president – Jan Kjellman. His office had a conference room with a TV. We piled into the conference room to watch it on TV. It was me and a few construction managers and real estate guys. We were watching when the 2nd plane hit. We all knew it was an attack at that point.
Being a financial guy, who had a 1.8 grade point average as an engineering student in my freshman year in college, I was clueless about the durability of a building that has been hit by an airliner filled with fuel. At some point during that first hour I turned to Chuck, an engineer & construction manager, and asked “Could those buildings collapse from the fire and damage?” He pondered my question and said he wasn’t sure. Then it happened. The South Tower disappeared. We were flabbergasted and couldn’t believe what we were seeing. They were reporting about the Pentagon and another plane somewhere over PA. Then the North Tower fell.
We watched for a while longer, but we all decided we needed to go home to our families. My boys were 8, 4, and 2. They couldn’t comprehend what was happening. Either could I. I remember walking around in a fog for the next week, going through the motions of working, but it felt like I was living in a surreal dystopian dream. I was very happy with my life up to that point. I was 38 years old with a good job and a happy family. I hadn’t questioned my government’s intentions or motives.
My life went sideways over the next few years as Jan was replaced by the HR manager as CEO of IKEA. Pernille hated my boss and was ignorant of facts, reality and data. By 2004 my career was kaput. I was red pilled during the Iraq War and have questioned everything since. I had bouts of depression and didn’t like my jobs for the next few years. By 2008 I was settled in at Wharton, but still not fulfilled or happy. This was when I wrote my first article – Why We Need Ron Paul – and Lew Rockwell published it on his website. That inspired me to keep writing. And here I am 13 years later, still trying to fight the good fight, but not sure of the outcome.
9/11 definitely changed the course of my life. I decided to take the road less traveled. I’ve accepted the unsettling truths in our world, rather than remain willfully ignorant and obedient to authority.

I was at work and it was similar. We set up a TV in the conference room and watched it. That evening we had class for the MBA program and were let out early and our little group went to the Mexi place and were watching TV news and drinking.
The eerie thing for me was has the skies were completely devoid of contrails for days. I was doing a lot of traveling back then, and they would even pull me out of line to search my carry-ons and wallet.
I was standing watch in the control room of a fast attack submarine in an undisclosed corner of the ocean. We received an ELF message to come shallow for radio transmission; that message was what has become known as 9/11.
The on-air murder of the Branch Davidians at Waco shook me partially awake and had me questioning the kindergarten, Officer Friendly version of ‘America’. The obvious web of stinking lies and moronic explanations for this massive false flag turned me into an outright dissident. Reading Bastiat, Hitler, G.L.Rockwell, William Gaylord Simpson et. al. have turned me into a genuine heretic; naturally after a lifetime spent imbibing sugar coated lies the Truth will sound insane the first time one is presented with it.
Unless you just made that up, I think you win the coolness award of all of us here.
I was working at an agency HQ at the time. I went upstairs to the canteen for whatever (Just another break :0) and the television news had just reported the first Twin Tower strike. I went back down to the department offices to advise what was being reported. Sat down in my office looking out the window and could see the black smoke rising to the South. I didn’t know at the time that is was the Pentagon.
The Secretary soon released all HQ staff to leave, but I had no where to go, as I depended on a commuter bus back to the exurbs near the Chesapeake Bay to the East. All public transportation was suspended and no traffic was being allowed into the city proper at the time. I couldn’t even call home for hours due to the telephone traffic overload. I finally was able to telephone my wife mid-afternoon, and asked her to pick me up the Suitland Metro station, as Metro service was now available on a limited basis.
For the next several days, commuter buses were dropping off their passengers at outlining Metro stations, and would have to finish the commute via the Metro and in the reverse to get home. I had to travel through East DC…Anacostia, where I was usually of only one or two other whites; in my suit and tie, among the throng. I just put on my bad ass face and posture…all 5’4″ of it 😉 and participated in the trash talk as my cheek to jowl Anacostians did. I wasn’t getting any shit from anyone…very surprisingly. I would scan the passengers for any white faces, and certainly could see the looks of fear on their faces. Also got to experience the thrill of the DC Sniper attacks. 🙂
About 1500-2000 feet from the Pentagon. We shared a building with a local news channel.

No idea and wouldn’t even venture a guess, other than to say this government lies about everything, so…
But something ABSOLUTELY hit it. Anyone and everyone heard it and ultimately drove right near it. I couldn’t get through to my father who I was worried was in the Pentagon at the time. Thankfully he wasn’t. Total Lord of the Flies.
Jim, forgot to mention something that I’m really struggling to pull out of my memory hole. There was a section of the Pentagon that was reinforced before that day. I believe it was the only section that had been reinforced up to that day and I’m pretty sure that was the side that got punctured.
I’ve never been able to find anything on that, but I vividly remember talking to my father about it.
AoC, that is not a Mandela effect. I remember reading or watching a video about the reinforced section.
You are absolutely right about that, AoC. They had conveniently evacuated the very part of the Pentagon that day under the excuse of some sort of construction/maintenance. It’s consequently the same area that housed major computer servers which stored financial transactions, the records of which were also stored in… Building 7.
But that’s probably just a cohencidence, just like how the Fibs confiscated all cell cam footage from all the surrounding buildings. It’s all conjecture. I’m sure I’m wrong.

I couldn’t wait to GTFO. That entire metro area is a ticking time bomb. Funny, it’s one of the wealthiest areas in the country by county and IMHO China and/or Russia is gonna render it uninhabitable within the next several years.
I don’t think China or Russia need to lift a finger against the country in order to destroy the country. The ‘leadership’ is doing a fabulous job without any outside help.
As to 9/11. I was at home near Dallas, where I used to live. My mother called & told me to turn on the tv and then hung up. So, I sat and watched the take down, all of it, for several hours.
I’ve been red pilled for a very long time, Waco and Ruby Ridge brought out those anti-government suspicions but it was Viet Nam that got the ball rolling. I was a kid when Kennedy was killed and even then the story didn’t ring true to my young ears.
When I learned of the NORAD exercise that coincided with the planes hitting where they did I lost any tiny vestige of anything remotely resembling trust in the government.
I’ve gone way beyond black pilled but not sure of what’s more expressive or extreme.
Hopefully just enough time for me to GTFO of DC also.
Was in Winston-Salem NC on a jobsite digging up a home heating oil tank. Girlfriend called me on my, yes, bagphone and related what had happened. We were in shock. Being a Senior Director, she watched CNN in a conference room most of the AM.
We were done by 1015, all drove to a nearby local diner that had a TV. It was packed.
I was at my hobby farm in far north Queensland, Australia, when times were better for me, 12 hours ahead of NY, enjoying a beer with my girlfriend. Ended up staying awake all night. When the towers collapsed our reaction was no way would a building fall down like they did without tilting one way or another.

I was working with a woman whose mother was in some location without a TV. We did have a small TV in our office, and my coworker was on the phone with her mother. In real time, she told her Mom that the tower had just collapsed, and when the mother, incredulously, asked “what do you mean?”, my coworker said “It completely collapsed, vanished, fell into its own footprint, just like when you see a controlled demolition on TV.”
was working on an addition to the school in tiny Norwich Kansas, couldn’t believe it when we heard on the radio about the first plane but knew something very wrong was going on when we heard about the second plane.
I was finishing my final year of pre-med and still had days off where I’d take any work I could. I was in Chantilly, VA within eyesight of Dulles fixing some coping on a 20 story office building. There was an eerie quiet as usually planes were flying low overhead every 5 minutes taking off or landing near this job site.
We went down to the truck for mid-morning snack and smoke and the radio was talking about the attack. We went ahead and finished the smallish job and instead of calling in to the shop for another repair call, we just went back in and dropped the truck off.
It was a surreal drive on the beltway as there was less traffic than a winter morning with 12 inches of fresh snow. We stopped at a pub together ( 3 of us old friends) and watched the events on a large screen above the bar–I was horrified and numb. Somewhere in the bar a few drunks started singing “God Bless America”, “America the Beautiful” and so on– 90% of the occupants solemnly joined in, somber, with subdued and saddened voices.
I’ll never forget my one buddy D*** asking a table of Hispanics, “our country is under attack, if we have to go to war will you fight?”
The leader and loudest of the group said” Fuck that- this is not my country, I’ll go home”– I never forgot that either and I believe that attitude is very prevalent among the immigrants that come here for the free chit.
On the drive home I put on some music and remember the Doobie Brothers song ” without love where would you be now” and I actually teared up for a bit–second time in my entire adult life–
Not many days where you remember it from beginning to end.
I was sound asleep in my comfy bed, the phone rang and one of the kids asked if we were watching the news. Turning on Faux news, I saw a commercial airliner fly into a 110 story steel and concrete building and completely disappear like a fart in the wind. I didn’t believe it then and I still don’t.
And building seven could NOT have been wired for demo to fall into its own footprint in 2.6 seconds in the short amount of time between WTC 1 and 2 being hit and 5:00 pm that same day. That demo would take weeks, at that point I declared complete BS on the whole “we were attacked” scenario.
Twenty years later, nothing has changed, our alleged government is still attacking US.

You are not alone Svarga, I read years ago that 50-55% of Americans were unaware that building seven came down that day. I wish they had also asked if they even knew there were more than two buildings in the WTC complex. Building seven is the smoking gun…..period.

I remember all that. I spent a lot of my lifetime researching 9/11, mostly because I just could not believe what I found, and I tried to find ways to disprove my own eyes.
After completing all the stages of grief, I am now at a point where I do not wish to spend any more precious time on researching that we will never prove of disprove conclusively. I am content with the knowledge that the official story is bullshit and will make decisions in life according to George Carlin’s rule from here on out.
Judy Wood offers the ONLY plausible explanation. IMO the “controlled demo” theory is planned opposition to get people fighting over two inaccurate scenarios. Read that 500+ page book multiple times. She disproved every other thing most people talk about (including suitcase nukes, etc.)

What else could turn the granite bedrock ground beneath the twin towers into glass, turn massive steel columns into dust and cause the ground underneath the towers be hundreds of degrees for months?
Working with a small group of colleagues on an IT project in a Central European bank.
One of the colleagues received a call on his cell phone, someone told him about the first tower being hit by a plane. I assumed a Cessna-sized one in an accident, but checked the (German) newspaper websites. They gave no further details beyond a generic ticker line, and a few minutes afterwards all their web servers went down under the traffic. Couldn’t reach any US news servers at all. Another half an hour later somebody had managed to reduce spiegel.de to a one-page of text-only website with which the server could withstand the load, and we learned from it that the second tower had been hit. It was early afternoon local time, and shortly after I realized I wouldn’t be able to work constructively any more on that day, so I took the public transport home. When I turned on the TV at home, I saw the second tower collapsing. (All times approximated.)

I can add that it took me a week for my mind to clear enough, that I was able to look at things from an outside perspective, and I thought “now the big question is: Is this our Reichstags fire, or not?”
At that time I knew nothing about the Patriot Act or such, so I concluded back then (and for many years to come) “well, to the best of my understanding, most likely not the Reichstags fire of our time.”
Boy was I wrong…
I was moving cows with my now ex and my dad, down Hwy 205, outside of Burns. A truck was stopped, as the heaviest part of the herd moved past him, and the driver leaned out through his window and told us what had happened. Another friend I had worked with, about a mile further on, was separating some pairs in a field as we went by and confirmed it. Shocked was our response. Even more so when we finally got home and learned more.
I was walking thru Logan Airport in Boston and noticed the ladies at the American Air counter hugging one another and crying their eyes out. That’s odd, I thought and kept walking, not realizing that my life had just taken a turn for the very worst.
I was at work in the tallest building between NY and Chicago, ground floor. First customer came in and told me someone had bombed the Twin Towers. I said “Again? That didn’t seem to do much the first time”. Then another came in and told me someone hit it with a plane. I thought “WTF? Like they couldn’t see it?”. Then someone came in and told me a plane hit the OTHER tower. I looked up and said “Oh God”. Then our manager came around and told us we were evacuating. I hesitated just a little to make sure the old lady coworker of mine got out, then I ran across public square to find the trains not running. Ran across again and saw a bus that would get me close enough to home to walk the rest of the way, I just knew I had to get as far away from downtown as possible. I felt right into my bones I was in moral danger. Found out later one of the planes had flown around the building three times before they found out President Bush wasn’t there (as he had been schedule to be), that one I believe was the one that crashed near the Pentagon.
It was the one that went down in Pennsylvania.
I remember it pretty well. As a part-time supervisor at UPS®, I had a second job as a parts courier at NAPA. I was driving into work at NAPA the morning when the first plane flew into the first building. I had just walked in when the second one flew into the other building. It was all surreal. I’m still curious and mystified if GWB had the least to do with this. If he did, Hell awaits. Maybe sooner.
I was at work, and the first thought that went through my head, not knowing what I know now, was that the US BULLY was finally getting some overdue payback for all of our terrorism in the middle east. Now I realize that we were simply being set up by the globalists for the destruction of our freedoms and liberties, and a massive wealth transfer to their offshore bank accounts.
Where I worked was on the landing/takeoff path from Harstfield International in Atlanta. You could almost set your watch the planes were so regular. For the next couple of weeks, an eerie silence (while the plot to destroy America was unfolding).
Noting your (few) down votes, I’ll add that as a non-listener of broadcast media living on the other side of the planet, when I eventually learned about the scope of the 9-11 attack, my first thought was ‘overdue payback’ as well.
We all (I hope) sympathize with those who lost their own lives, or their loved ones, that day, but blowback is what you need to expect when you spend many decades and trillions of dollars screwing with other peoples’ countries.
I was living in Tampa, FL. at the time. I lived in the Interbay area near McDill AFB. I had spent the night at my girlfriends house in Ybor City, woke up that morning and headed back home. I was driving down Bayshore BLVD. listening to Bubba The Love Sponge on on 98 Rock when he announced the news over the air of the WTC attacks.
Small world. I went to Robinson H.S. with a lot of the base rats from McDill, but that was a half-century ago.
I was born on Davis Island but as a child went to school in nearby Pasco County.

He’s not from the south. He’s from Indiana. Florida at that time and now is filled with mostly northerners, not southerners. So most of the rednecks in Florida would be from the great white north unless the were second and third generation Floridians. Native Floridians are scarce in Florida now.
I was in Miami interviewing potential staff for the business we were taking over when my wife called and told me a plane had hit WTC. I assumed it was a small single engine plane and didn’t think much more about it. When we got to the business, all of the staff were in the conference room watching the news on a 13″ portable TV. We joined them just as the 2nd plane hit, watched for about an hour and decided to hit a sports bar for drinks and lunch. Later, in the hotel bar, the Cuban bartender was accusing Castro of being behind it all and wanting to have him assassinated. The more he talked, the heavier his drink pours got and we were well plastered after a couple of hours.
I was stuck in Fort Lauderdale until the planes started flying again and I was able to fly home on a 757 with 14 other people. I ordered a bottle of wine and did not open it, as I planned on using it as a weapon, if needed. I was totally amazed at the airports with all of the armed soldiers and complete lack of people. I told my wife that I could have thrown a baseball through the O’Hare concourse and not hit a soul. It was eerie.
I was put under anesthesia for major surgery. Right before I was going under I heard something about something happening in New York but no context. By the time I woke up everything was over.
And since I didn’t have the shared experience with the collective and the footage was just another video… I was terrified at how everyone around me had fallen for something so obviously bullshit. This was the event that started me back on the path to Christ… but not the judeo heresy that churchianity practices.
At work. Did the conference room tv thing for the close ups. Watched some of it live from the hill next to the parking lot at work. When I got home I told my wife nothing will ever be the same.
Never considered we would be where we are now with enemies of the American People placing a senile corrupt pedophile in the White House forcing vaccines on the people to show us we’re nothing and there’s nothing we can do about it. Well, we’re going to find out, aren’t we?

I mentioned in a previous comment that I was on a submarine on 9/11. Let me just add that along with the info regarding the WTC attacks we were pulled off mission and given orders to make way to the Persian Gulf immediately. Those new orders resulted in our boat staying submerged for 88 days, the longest stretch I had ever done underwater. By the last few days they were serving saltine crackers and jelly packets for chow.
I don’t know if there are any other Bubbleheads who read this site, but if you’ve never done a 6 month deployment on a sub you may be unaware of just how cut off from the world you are. For example, all we were told initially is that “there has been a terrorist attack in NYC.” I think it may have been 24 hours before we were given any real information. Sailors with family up in NY were going nuts. Maybe it’s different now, but at that time all personal emails were sent through the SUBGROUP and delivered in a big chunk with the rest of the radio traffic. So it is possible to go for days, weeks even, without receiving any word from home.
The point is that I, like you, did not share the experience of watching 9/11 on TV. Months went by before I saw any video footage. By the time that deployment was finished and we returned home port, USA had already invaded Afghanistan. When I shared the opinion that this was insanity and could only lead to another Vietnam, I was dismissed as a “whiner”.
As you say, the whole thing was such an obvious load of steaming BS. And yet, everyone around me just accepted the official story. People back home started thanking me for my service–to my intense discomfort and cringe. The military worship seemed to really get amped up around that time. Having seen the infinite stupidities of the military up close and personal, I was nonplussed by this attitude before working out that it is programmed into people along with a great many other stupidities aimed at keeping a docile population.
I believe mass media has far more influence over people’s perception of reality than they imagine in their darkest nightmares–including people who say they loathe and mistrust it. One can perceive and reject the lies one hears from media, but one is still being inducted into the Network Of Underpinning Assumptions and agreeing that the things one is told to care deeply about are valid. Interesting how another poster pointed out that the JFK assassination is the same–for kids who heard about it on media.
I am not minimizing what happened on 9/11 by any means–I am only musing about the actual reach of the mind control on all of us.
“reach of the mind control…?” There are still people who honestly believe the “official” story and plenty more who still honestly think that Saddam had something to do with it. The reach is global and over centuries.
I was in Grand Rapids, MI. I was a salesrep for manufacturing software, Made2Manage.
Someone who was getting coffee in the breakroom (there was a TV there) came running out to the office area pretty much screaming “Stop what you’re doing! Planes are flying into buildings in NYC!!!”.
So, we all stopped what we were doing. We watched. With horror. I don’t recall much conversation. Mostly a lot of ‘holy shits’ and ‘what the fucks’.
My boss, the owner of the company (we were resellers of Made2Manage), who was really a very smart dude said to me and the tech guy standing next to me —- “Jesus Christ, I’m not sure we’ll survive this.”.
I thought he meant the country wouldn’t survive. But, I said nothing cuz I was to shocked at what I was seeing. (He told us all to go home a short while later.)
But, he meant his company. He wasn’t sure the company would survive.
And, man, was he ever correct. Our manufacturing software orders, and even services, started drying up almost immediately. We were able to weather the storm for about another half year. Then, slowly but suddenly, a once thriving business … we were one of the biggest M2M resellers in the Midwest .. just went belly up.

I got divorced about a year later. But, that had more to do with me being an insufferable asshole than a couple of wayward planes.

Just got back…a little in my cups…but what the hell…it was a fun party, and we needed a fun party. Great food, garage fooze ball, lots of jokes, and stories, and loud laughter!

It came out (after I asked him after two hours of conversation) that he and his wife (no kids) are jabbed, as that was what we talking about…THE JABS. I wanted to know where he stood.
After listening to me he is now nervous in the jabbed ‘graphene oxide’ service. That whole subject/reality was shocking news to him…furrowed his brow after I explained what it was. He gave me his card and I will be sending him some links, some harsh reality tomorrow. Real likable guy who knows two things about what he and his wife have been injected with:

My wife and I looked at a house on a golf course once. We were both in agreement that we would love the view of living on a golf course, but would never want to live around the kind of folks that would want to live on a golf course.
I think that is a very wise choice. My mother in law lives on a golf course. Almost all of them are retired government/military.

In 1986 we bought a house that backed up to a golf course (circular drive and all) and I remember a few days after we first move in I was washing the outside of the windows at the front of the house and my wife started to walk out to where I was and notice the old couple that lived across the street were outside and they waved to her so she decided to go over and introduce herself. After talking to them she came over to where I was and she said that one of their comments was that since I was washing windows that they just assumed I was one of the help. We got a good laugh from that. Some of the neighbor were fairly ok, others not so much. We were told that originally the neighborhood had a number of mafia but by the time we moved there they were all gone.
I too wash windows, cut the grass, paint the porch rails, etc. I don’t know anyone who has help here in da hood. KY iz a poor state and far from snooty or snotty. OTOH, there are some real a-holes at the country club.

I was in a different time zone than NY and, when I arrived at work, everyone was standing around the TV. We closed the business for the day and since schools were cancelled I went and picked up two of my offspring. I explained to them that some bad guys did some horrible things but not to worry about anything because George the Younger was about to kick some major ass. I was in San Diego, and often drove past “that mosque” where the SD jihadis were nestling in. That day was my first clue that there were Americans who thought “we deserved it.” Such ugliness was an awakening for me.
The redpilling has continued for 20 years. I joke that no matter how much I learn, there is never-ending disillusionment for me.
Does the bully ever think that he “deserves it?” Hitting the capital building, the White House, and the Pentagon would certainly have been more appropriate as “revenge,” but at least some of these folks were aware of the crimes of their government in the middle east and that retribution and revenge were likely responses to those actions.
I was full on in my dope smoking days at the time. My brother called and told me to turn on the TV. I called him back after smoking a bowl and went over to his place. I remember him being quite disturbed. I remember thinking to myself that things didn’t seem right. I never felt like we were “attacked”.
We should have all done that to ease the pain that was to come for the next 20 years.
I was sent to the airport by my boss, due to fly to TN to troubleshoot some equipment we sold to a customer, of which I knew nothing about, but my boss thought that just sending them a rep would pacify them.
I was very uncomfortable going, because I’m one of those people who will readily admit it, when I’m
not qualified to perform a task. Bullshitting my way through a problem has never been a reliable tactic.
I parked at the airport long term lot, and took a shuttle to the terminal, with one other passenger in the maxi-van shuttle. The radio was squawking like hell, so I asked what was happening.
One guy said a plane flew into WTC, but I didn’t think too much about it at the time.
I was more frantic about meeting this customer and revealing my lack of knowledge he was seeking.
Got dropped off, and went inside the terminal, and noticed that 90% of the flights shown on the
Departures screen were CANCELLED.
Turned and looked in one of the airport bars; all TV’s were on CNN or MSNBC, showing the burning tower.
I thought: “I’m not flying anywhere soon, so I’m going back home.”
At the time, we carried text pagers for our work, and the boss texted me: “Lucky you. They grounded all flights because someone bombed the WTC.”
Eerie, getting the shuttle to drive me back to my car at the long term lot.
There were planes of all colors, sizes, and types landing like bees heading home to the hive,
after the Gov. ordered all flights to emergency land at the nearest airport.
The text pager soon broadcast a news blurb that WTC collapsed. WTF is happening? I wondered.
Upon driving home, a mild panic set in, and I went into buying mode at the grocery store,
thinking that all supply lines would stop, so better to stock up on food.
Later that day, I had to attend a funeral visitation of a good friend’s father, but my vehicle was low on gas.
The middle easterners that own, operate, and staff the fuel stations in my state jacked up the price of gas to $6.00 a gallon. I didn’t think I had a choice, and so paid the tab for a fill up.
Later on our Governor and State A.G. went after all the stations who did that for price gouging during a crisis, and, receipt holders qualified for a refund.
When I went back to get reimbursement, the guy says: “We deed not know! How do you know?” …in a thick
M.E. accent / broken English, while handing me back a refund.
A couple of the spookiest and heart wrenching results from that day?
1. Seeing videos and still pictures of the scenes, reactions, and those who chose to jump vs. burning to death.
2. Someone put together a video montage of all the scenes from that day, set to the haunting sound of some orchestra that played Samuel Barber’s “Adagio for Strings” in a homage to the victims, later in the week.
-THAT tapped into the emotions with stunning effect, mixing a piece of music to visuals. Tears.
Years later, my older brother lamented how Shrub II used the tragedy to put the Patriot Act’s breeches of freedom into play, but I naively said that I respected Bush because he felt: “Not on my watch”
Oh, how much I’ve learned, and had my eyes opened to, since then.
TBP has been a HUGE influence on my awakening to what’s really going on, ever since then.

But then again, the seeds of doubt about the government lies were sown years earlier,
when a friend turned me on to a book titled “The Best Evidence” about JFK in Dallas,
and what happened to his corpse while being flown back east to Bethesda Naval Hospital.
Bottom line: There are a lot of evil MF’ers wielding too much power.
One can only hope that there will be a day of reckoning come Judgment Day.

“In My Seat”, IMHO, one of the best videos to emerge about 9-11.
It’s a 15 minute documentary by a pilot who was scheduled to fly one of the planes
that got hijacked, but he got bumped from the schedule, by a pilot with more seniority who ended up dying.
I wonder if we will ever know what really happened to the planes they claimed hit the towers, the Pentagon, and the field in PA. Were these planes just blown out of the sky over the ocean somewhere? Were they taken somewhere and all onboard simply murdered and the planes destroyed? I am more than fine with the likelihood that no commercial planes were involved at all on 9-11, but what they did with the real planes shows the truly psychopathic nature of the folks we are dealing with.
Congrats, they successfully gaslighted you into even doubting there were real planes hitting the towers.

I was stalled in traffic trying to watch the Edina Hornets cheerleaders practice in a park alongside the highway when I heard of the first plane hitting. I figured it was some idiot in a Cessna. Right before that news, NPR was reporting the assassination by suicide bombers of Ahmad Shah Massoud in northern Afghanistan. Bin Laden was two steps ahead of us. When the towers went down, I assumed 100,000 people had been killed. Thankfully the buildings were mostly empty.
Physically, I was at work in downtown Boston, and for lack of a car, I took the bus home rather than the T, because I was afraid of further attacks.
More importantly, spiritually, I was sound asleep to all the bullshit that has surrounded us for centuries.
That changed maybe around 2010 or so, when I embarked on this journey (of “awakening” if you want to call it that, although I don’t like it). The journey is still ongoing, but I have made progress.
So now, it does not matter where I am physically when something happens. From here on out, my most important work is about the spiritual survival of my immortal soul, no matter what happens to my body and life in this realm. That does not mean that I will let anyone maim or otherwise harm said body. If you try, you go down with me, to the very end of my last breath.

On a flight to Orlando from Dallas. Landed to TV cameras and a panicked wife on the phone. Got a car and drove back.
I was at home and decided to NOT watch the news that morning – gathered laundry and was downstairs sorting it when the phone rang, it was my 2nd son asking me in panicked state, “Are you watching the news?” to which I said no. He told me to go turn it on because a plane just crashed into the world trade center. I turned on the news, my son still on the phone, neither of us talking. As I watched the other plane crashed into the other tower – at that point I was trying to determine whether I was seeing a replay as even the newscasters were not talking – the I realized I had just watched a 2nd plane hit the tower. I told my son that a 2nd place just hit the other tower and this was no accident that we were under attack. He was driving to work, which is why he called me to turn on the news, when I told him about the 2nd plane he said, “Oh My GOD!!!” I have to go mom. What I didn’t know at the time was that many of his coworkers were in the 2nd tower and just above where the 2nd plane had hit. He told me all this when he called back after the towers fell. He called me, crying, and I asked him what was wrong and he said, “Mom everyone I talked to yesterday in New York is dead!!!” I asked him what he was talking about, as he worked in Chicago…..he reminded me that he was due in New York the following week to set up the servers etc. for his company. I knew that he was due to go to New York, but it is a big city it could have been anywhere, but no, he was due to be in the towers the following week. Not only was I horrified and traumatized by what I had witnessed all day long, but how very close we all came to being even more closely impacted had our son been with his co-workers a week later. I can’t tell you how many tears I cried at even the thought of how that would have gone because I know he would have called me, like so many others in the towers called their loved ones. My son lost several friends and over 250 co-workers that day. The memorials went on for weeks. He, needless to say, was changed from a young, innocent, hard-working computer guy……………..I have four sons, all were home schooled, at the time only the youngest was still at home. The oldest was out at a job site, #3 son was a fresh airman having only been in the service for less than a year – I called him and woke him up, he worked nights, when he answered the phone he had not known about the towers yet, and I said your life is about to change, which it did…………..He just retired last december 20 years in……..#2 son called me two years after the towers fell and told me he was thinking of joining the Navy and what did I think……………I told him it was his choice but I never wanted any of my sons to join the military, what mother, in her right mind, would? He is now a Navy Chief Petty officer 18 years in, reserves, but that doesn’t keep him from having to go to the middle east – just got back from the ME during the Afganistan debacle AND he went and took the injection, BECAUSE HE HAD TO TO SERVE!!! I implored him to QUIT he is 2 years out from 20 and integrity and committment and all………………..anyway, in the 20 years since 9/11 I have come to see what the truth really is on many fronts and levels. For me it is sad that my son escaped being killed in the towers only to have his government inject him for his service………….

What I relay is true in regards to what went on personally and it is also the reason my son joined the Navy Reserves 2 years later and then went on to become a Chief Petty Officer and aside from his regular duties continues to train up other petty officers each year. I was at work machining a fixture for a Bradley fighting vehicle turret, what a coincidence.
My first day back after a mandatory 2-week vacation from the Bank of New York. I was on Barclay Street after crossing the West Side Highway.
The first plane practically flew right over my head. I told the passerby, what was that? A sonic boom? Wasn’t till I got to the clearing half a block up that we saw the “opening” the plane made. We all stared for a while until the second plane hit. Almost no cameraphones in existence. The fireball came towards us. Since I didn’t see the second plane from that angle, I thought the first building had an explosion. Debris was falling from the sky.
And at that point – all the folks who were observing quickly ran north like roaches when you turned the lights on.
Took the first New York Waterway ferry back to NJ where I lived. The first tower fell when we were watching from the shore of the Hudson River over in Hoboken, NJ.
I have some photos somewhere I took of ground zero from the roof of 101 Barclay Street two weeks later.
The smell of the smoldering pile (which was a LOT smaller than it should have been for a 100 story building) still is strong in my mind. Unforgettable.

Turned out the snitch was in on the scam working for the crooked vendor many years, they got into a fight over something else (pretty sure it was drugs) and the snitch was fired, plus he was cheated out of his cut of the current invoice padding.
Hell hath no fury like a druggie weasel snitch thief scorned.
It was well over a six figure scam that had gone on for years. A real honey pot money machine.
Took my rental car and drove it home the next day.
The snitch eventually got $1,000 from the company…that was the deal once settled if the information was true.…and he took off for parts unknown as he told me he was sure his former boss would kill him sooner or later…the Vendor/District manager was fired.
I went home and watch an old episode of Paladin.

I was working for Sprint in Reston, VA, and remember what a crisp, cloudless morning it was. We watched on TV as the towers burned. Our dept. director called a meeting to discuss our disaster recovery procedures. He was ex-Marine. I walked outside and noted how eerily quiet the skies were-our office was only 4 miles from Dulles International Airport and about 20 miles as the crow flies from the Pentagon and Reagan National Airport in DC.
By that time all flights were halted, but a lone fighter jet screamed across the sky. My only thought was “war”.
We lost an employee that day who was on top of one of the towers working on a communications antenna.
I was a brand new W01 helo pilot stationed in HI, so was asleep due to time zone. The phone rang like 2 in the morning. Never good when stationed overseas. It was my dad. He said, “Turn on the TV, America is under attack.”
Watched the rest of it unfold and knew things would never be the same. Call in came right after and 5 combat deployments later, 3 years after I retired, we fled Afghan like vietnam.
It’s all lies and deception, all of it: finance, military, entertainment, education, churchianity, medicine, news, business, courts, and politics…
Lies from lying liars who breath lies like air.
I was working on a hog farm in East Texas. I was cleaning pens on the slop run when suddenly I heard commotion down by the nursery, voices yelling and people running, so I divested myself of my HOT rubber suit (if you’ve ever cleaned pig pens, you know the one I mean) and went to go see what the dust-up was. The nursery, being the only air-conditioned building there, had a TV in it, which was of course showing the Twin Towers burning. We all watched in disbelief as both towers fell about an hour later. Nobody was worried about hogs that day, I can assure you. Like everybody else says, for the days and weeks after, I was in a stupor, just going through the motions but mind racing. It was bad for all of us.
I just remember there was one guy who worked there in the nursery who was from Bed-Stuy, and I’ll never forget his words: “If you don’t think the world just changed today you’re out of your mind. There’s no way back from this.”
In the 20 years since I’ve put the pieces together myself and arrived at my own conclusions, many shared by those on this site and others, but the truly amazing thing to me is how true that statement was from the Yankee. Everything changed, and we were numb and not thinking unemotionally. And criminals used that to their advantage and implemented a plan which they had drawn up years before about a NWO. We are now well into their plan, but it’s not over yet.
Now that is classic Americana…what you were doing at the time.
Did it change anything? Not much. I was already red-pilled, and never believed anything the government said. It sure reinforced my hereticism (I might have made that word up.)
I was at work when a colleague said her son called to say a plane flew into the World Trade Center. I thought it a clever stunt to fly a small plane around what I presume was a large lobby. Then he called again and this time she said another jet crashed into the Twin Towers. Wait a minute! Whole different ballgame! This is no stunt.
I went for lunch at a nearby restaurant with a large screen TV and watched endless clips of the collapse of both towers. Fortunately, the sound was off so I wasn’t distracted by nonsense. It didn’t take long before it was obvious they were controlled demolitions. More red pills.
In high school as a mentally abused victim of indoctrination and dumbing down, sassing my dumbass teachers. Broke out of prison early that day, went home, and was glued to the TV for days. Remember feeling that life as we knew it was over, but didn’t fully understand the impact at the time.
Just got out of the shower and was getting dressed for work (I’m in Calif) when my wife called out to me to come see what had just come on the TV. She said a plane had crashed into one of the towers of the WTC. The first thing I noticed was that the sky was as clear as could be not a single cloud – how could that be an accident? Then I see the second plane flying towards the second tower and within seconds crash into it and then it was obvious both were intentional.
At that point my mind is racing trying to comprehend the implications of what had just happened and I remember saying “Wow, This Changes Everything”, I knew at that point our world would be changed forever.
At work I was a contract employee working for a start-up company. It’s a fascinating story what was happening at that time but I’ll stick with how it pertains to 9/11. The company had run out of funding and had planned on laying off 1/3 of the employees that day, yes that day, 9/11.
To provide context as to what was going on; most of these direct employees had been putting in tons of hours for many months not getting paid OT, they were all on salary, they did this believing this company was going to make them all millionaires because of the stock they had in the company. They all believed funding would eventually come thru due to the fact that we were developing a fantastic product and it truly was. I remember there was one single guy that had a sleeping bag under his desk and at times would work around the clock, sleep a few hours under his desk, get up and go back to work.
The problem was that venture capital went from funding anything and everything no matter how stupid the product was to not funding anything no matter how great the product was.
But to get to the point, the company decide to delay the lay-off for a month, can you imagine what it would have been like for those employees to go from Sept 10th believing they’re soon to becoming millionaires then 9/11 happens and to be layed-off that same day and their dreams of riches is shattered and the world has turned upside down.
It cost that company a lot to keep those employee for another month, but it was the decent thing to do.
Wife and I were 2 weeks into a 5 week bike trip out west, you know hit all the national parks. Woke up in Torrey, UT, on 9/11 and saw the second plane hit the tower. Later that morning we had pull over for coffee and muffin, when somebody pulled in the overlook, and told us the towers had dropped. Being an engineer, I thought no, a Skyscraper shouldn’t come down from a unconfined fire, you may burn out the interior but it’s not going to bring the structure down.
Anyway, we make to back home (south central PA) three weeks later, now we had been camping most of trip, with no TV or news, I couldn’t believe how the government had reacted. I had grown up watching the Vietnam war on TV every night, and found out about all the lies, so I wasn’t deposed to believe them at this time either.
Since that day, over the years I’ve come to the conclusion that we as a country are finished. The system can’t be fixed, not with the overall corruption in our society. The thing we can hope for is peaceful separation, but fear that’s, not going to be possible.
They need the slaves too much to ever let us leave the plantation.
I lived in Cali at the time, working 4-12 as an unarmed security guard for a buisness park with evening classes for nurses. At work that night, it was very quiet, no traffic, no planes. People leaving around 9pm said to me, “I am happy you are here.” I wondered who was here to make me happy…. scrariest night of my life, cities are never so quiet so you can hear a pin drop.
9/11 was my 1st day back to work after getting back from our honeymoon. 9/11 and our anniversary will for ever be linked. I have always thanked God for my wife and not having us on a plane that day.
We had gone to Las Vegas for our honeymoon and stayed at The Aladdin. On the last night of our stay I went down to spend a little more time at the casino while my wife finished packing. I’m not really into gambling but it was a way to kill some time and stay out of her way.
When I finally went upstairs I waited at the elevator and when the door opened there was a middle eastern couple in the elevator and it seemed as if I had interrupted a tense conversation, like a couple having words. They both looked surprised when the door opened and said hello with a very fake greeting because their conversation had been cut short. He was dressed in a black suit with no tie and she was in a black cultural dress like Ilhan Omar would wear. Immediately I had a very uneasy feeling when the elevator closed. The ride upstairs seemed excruciatingly long for no reason other than my Spidey Sense was pegged and I felt the overwhelming need to get out of that elevator.
When I arrived in the room I told my wife about the ride and from memory I also had a cold sweat going. We couldn’t figure it out since terrorism in the US wasn’t a thing yet, so we just chalked it up to staying up too late and possibly dinner not agreeing with me.
On my 1st day back at work post-wedding I was making the rounds visiting people in different offices to thank them for cards and gifts but very few were there. When I asked one of the secretaries I was told everyone was in the break room because a plane had hit WTC and they were watching TV. I thought it was just an accident because a few weeks prior I had seen a documentary about the Empire State Building and a plane had hit it on a cloudy day. I decided to go down to the break room to see everyone and check it out.
When I got there most of the women were in tears. I still didn’t understand but when I looked at the TV it was just about the time the 2nd plane had struck. People cried out in shock reacting to what they were seeing. Several people have said they heard loud booms outside our building that were probably jets scrambling overhead to the plane that was allegedly brought down by passengers in Shanksville.
I don’t remember much else about that day other than when they showed Mohammad Atta on TV, possibly the evening news, I told my wife “That is the guy from the elevator!”
There was talk about a female accomplice and a Las Vegas rendezvous with Atta but over time that talk has all but disappeared. If anything, I now suspect she may have been his SeeEyeAay handler because finding any news mentioning her is almost impossible.
I was leaving an orthodontist’s office where I took care of their computer systems. On the way out I took a seat in the waiting room to go through my briefcase to make certain I had everything I came in with. A non-stop waiting room TV was right across from me, showing a plane (hologram?) impact on one of the towers. I went straight home to watch shit unfold on TV. Must have been ten years before I caught on to it being a false flag event.
Camp Mackall, NC.
I was in Northern NJ, about 10 miles from NYC. I was 28 years old. I was driving into the office, about 5 minutes away from the office, and I was listening to 93.9 W-NYC, the public radio station. It must have been about 8:50, but an intern or someone who worked for the station came into the on-air studio and told the host that they saw a plane crash into the WTC. My memory is that the intern said that they thought it was an airliner, but that maybe it was a smaller, propeller plane.
One of my co-workers was a volunteer fireman. I had a Nextel phone and used the direct connect feature (remember that?) to tell him what I heard as I was driving. Naturally, he was in disbelief, because the weather was stellar that day, crystal clear. And we said maybe it was an accident, but then again, how on a such a clear day? Neither of us thought of the previous attack on WTC 8 years earlier.
I got to the office, and the by the time we got to a room with a tv, the other plane had hit. The local NY tv stations were knocked off-air, and we found a UHF channel that was showing the burning buildings. A group of about 6 of us were watching. One of my co-workers had an engineering/ construction background, and I remember asking him what he thought about the buildings coming down. He wasn’t sure, but as I remember he was thinking they might collapse. I quizzed my fireman buddy about how in the hell they’d ever get those fires put out, and he said there’s no chance, they’ll mostly burn out on their own or somehow contain them to the top floors. It wasn’t long after this exchange that the south tower came down. After the second one came down, our boss sent everyone home.
My wife was 8 months pregnant, and at a doctor’s office when this went down. At 9:30 or so, as she was driving to her school, she heard on the radio what happened. Shortly after she arrived, her principal sent her home- all the teachers were upset, obviously, but he didn’t need another one going into labor. She was home around 11:30. I remember her telling me that later, she heard from other teachers that some of the parents who picked up their kids from school were celebrating the attacks. (She now has no recollection of that, though. Women…)
I remember hearing about a van load of men who were seen celebrating or were stopped on the George Washington Bridge. Whether it was on 9-11 or in the days that followed, I can’t be sure. I’m pretty sure they were the dancing Israeli’s, though.
As I was driving home, I wanted to divert towards NYC for a view, but the traffic was atrocious, and all I could see was smoke in the distance. The smoke was blowing easterly out over Brooklyn. Those fires burned for months. I was home by about 11, and watched the news on tv all day and night.
Another aspect was my father, who lived in CA at the time, was in NJ for work. His flight home for Tuesday or Wednesday was cancelled, but he was trying to book another one. I talked him out of it as there was all sorts of confusion about follow on attacks. He ended up renting a car and driving to CA over the span of 3 days. (If it were me, I’d have Cannon-balled it. Speaking of which, it’s the 50th anniversary of the Cannonball Run this year. God bless Brock Yates and Dan Gurney.)
It was strange for a week or so in northern NJ, as there were basically no jets flying overhead. The only ones you did hear or see were the military fighter jets flying sorties. That was a comforting feeling at the time but my, oh my, how my perspective has changed since then.

Life goes on, until it doesn’t.
Was in Birmingham, MI. Our positions were RIFd and we were waiting for the team from Chicago to arrive for transition. It was a beautiful day, without a cloud in the sky. Sep 1 through Oct 31 is my most perfect time of the year and I take random days off. Because we were expected to be in the office, I obliged. We heard the news and watched on a small TV. Our team’s flight was cancelled. We were allowed to leave early.
My dad and I had conversations, because from day 1, the foreign attack approach never made sense.
I was a mechanic at a truck dealership in the LA suburb of Santa Fe Springs. On a creeper under a truck when Uncle Joe Benson came on his morning show at KLOS to say there was some kind of accident in NYC and he would pass along details as they became available to him. He was a morning dj at a rock formant radio station and I thought it odd that he would be concerned with something as mundane as that.
Soon other guys began to spread the news. There was a tv in the customer lounge above the shop so several of us went up there to see the mess unfolding.
From the shop we had a good view of LAX traffic on long final and it was surreal to see absolutely no air traffic for the next several weeks. Emotionally I burned with rage. I wasn’t yet red pilled. I’ve learned a lot since then. Much of it due the efforts of Jim Quinn and the many outstanding contributors on TBP.
I was working as a young engineer in a company owned by the Koch Brothers near NYC. Someone had a radio in the office and we heard about the first plane strike. We setup a small TV in the conference room to see what was happening. It was heartbreaking. We were close enough to the city that members of our team had family and friends in the towers. It is not a day I will forget, no matter what the truth is.
The following summer I went to a party at Ted Olsen’s (Solicitor General) house. There was a lot of talk of his wife, Barbara, who had called him from the plane that hit the Pentagon. I never got the impression that it was fake or a ruse, but maybe I was just a dumb kid back then.
I am so angry right now about how we left Afghanistan. I believe that we spent way too long there and mission creep caused us more harm than good, but how could we leave in such a disgraceful manner. What did young me my age die for if we could just walk away and hand the country and our equipment to the Taliban.
As bad as the last twenty years have been, my biggest fear is that we are only at the beginning of the fourth turning and it is a long way to the bottom from here. My kids are ready to start college next year, but I don’t see it. The whole system is cracking and it is only the beginning. I hope I have prepared them for a future that looks nothing like the past.

West Coaster so it was just before the 2nd plane hit when I was heading off to work, oblivious. Stopped as usual for coffee and everyone was listening to the radio intently. Barista caught me up on things, they had been on shift very early when it started. Went back home, turned on TV, saw 2nd plane hit… I knew instantly: “We are now at war… we are now at war,” went through my mind, G’Kar’s words, and with much the same feeling. Headed off to work anyway, all we did was sit around and watch the new plasma TV in the server room, and worry that the attack was widespread, we were in a downtown high rise so it was plausible.
Soon the invasion of Afghanistan, vengeance assuaged sort-of, but then it did not end after what should have been a lightning attack. I fell for the “nation building” BS – too naive at the time, that was fixed rapidly after the “weapons of mass destruction” swindle soon after.
On and on Afghanistan and Iraq went, as the subprime mortgage implosion jolted me further awake, as the ’08 meltdown happened and no one went to jail except that one token trader, as ZIRP and the QE response ramped up in wave after wave… our troops still there, abiding, for what? Free flow of drugs? Fast forward 10 more years… the public no longer much aware of the ongoing occupation and death toll, until Trump tried to pull out but was rolled. Now we’re here, Taliban back, 9/11 a full generation back in time, kids can have no idea what we felt. And the rare earths in Afghanistan, important strategically, now in their hands and China’s.
Little 11 year old me wakes up bolt upright in the middle of the night. Wide awake and not feeling like going back to sleep I go to turn on the TV to see the north tower in flames. Not long later the second tower is hit. Being young I could not understand what that the implications of that were but I sure knew I was watching history unfold. Watched all the way through as both towers collapsed before having to go to school. I like everyone else will never forget that day and those poor souls who were murdered.
