So this cop intentionally used toll roads without the intent ever to pay. There should be a name for this…oh wait, how about theft? It would be just if some one stole his plate and ran up fees and fines then returned them before he knew. “The getaway car’s lic plate was…”.
Schulz was the name of the cop who took a stolen license plate (which belonged to the woman in the article) from the evidence room rather than get an undercover license plate the normal way.

My mother in law wa from down under and never ate cattle food (corn ) until she came to US on last war bride boat from Australia after WWll.
That’s because they didn’t understand there was sweet corn. They thought they were being served field corn for animals.
My parents laughed at my eating corn and later explained that in Holland chickens and pigs ate corn.
