they have suggested letters to employers threatening that federal law prohibits mandating vaccination with a “vaccine” that only has emergency use authorization. Don’t have time to find the letters now. It also explains in detail how the Pfizer vaccine that is being administered is NOT FDA-approved, only “Comirnaty” is.
And Comirnaty has not been released for distribution to the public. That would give PFE liability for any adverse events and we know there are millions with the jab.

Well the war has finally reached my front door. Worst case scenario too with a gov mandate as I was sure i could have talked my way out of a company mandate with the CEO. I guess with the delta bullshit about to nosedive as it has in most other countries they decided they would make the most of it. Tough times ahead, I have two weeks to find a way around this tyranny or I will be on non paid leave indefinitely. Make no mistake though, I WILL NEVER COMPLY. I will stand my ground even if it destroys me. Sad for all of us in this position but regardless of nationality we must stand firm, give them nothing and do everything in our power to interrupt their plans. I shake my head in disbelief over this stuff. It has LONG been established that vaccines can be required in the US, going back to 1850. The Supreme Court has validated this more than once. Ignoring the fact that the vaccines for Covid are questionable at best, the reality is that govt can mandate the damn things if you want to partake in things like, oh, say school or jobs or sporting events. It is established law and has been held to be Constitutional. And the bulk of folks do not give a shit.
I have said this shit would happen. And it is happening. I have said that people would cave, and cave they are. I have said that people would claim they will not stand for it, because Second Amendment!, and I called bullshit, and bullshit it is. It ain’t gonna happen. People are going to roll over.
