Virtual reality will be addictive because it requires far less energy. The more complex an activity the more brain energy it requires. Namely, the lactate profile where muscle mass is torn up. Playing basketball requires way more lactate to experience as well as to rejuvenate the synapses in the brain the next day. (See Art Devany)

We are going to have more skulls full of mush and more people solely on the insulin pathway.(Diabetes)

Development in brain research and the refinement of psychological triggering , which the advertising companies use to perfection, will be used to create the endorphines to addict and trick the brain into requiring more.

They’ll also likely be used to reduce the nutrient needs of the body, keeping the populace sickly and anemic, reliant on the overlords for their minimal needs. The elites will keep a select few as servants and objects to direct their deviant behaviours at and have no zero issues with the plight of billions. Like the communists have always done, a few million here’n there fed to the slaughter house doesn’t even lift an eyebrow.

Not sure. The endorphins are already there but are more easily accessible. The brain is contextual. So it can’t maintain pleasure all the time even if endorphins are unlimited.

I agree that unlimited, freely unlimited assessible pleasure and its drivers, would lose its appeal quickly. Which explains the increasing deviant behaviours of the elites.

To hook and addict you first give out as much as the victim wants. Once hooked, then the comes the control thru the ‘reward’ system. This in turn keeps all the tools available to the controllers without the need to look for replacements.

In 1984, Orwell warned us of a society in which Big Brother is FORCED upon the population, FORCED to be in every area of life, every space one occupied, etc. Now in the 21st century, Big Brother is given innocuous female names and welcomed into every personal space as a trusted family friend. Orwell and Huxley were onto something but never figured humanity to be this pathetic and self-destructive.

Each day I am taken to new lows on where society is going. This metaverse is the next evolution of online gaming but, much much more. There is no doubt that there will be a mass of people, especially the young, that will be sucked into this. At least those left alive after the next year or two of purging as a result of the jabs. It is truly, a creation of the Matrix.

Also try “Gamer,” with Gerard Butler. A B-movie for sure, done by the same guys who did both “Crank” movies with Jason Statham, but very prescient for our discussion here.

Facebook (erm Meta) has ramped up hiring I noticed. Looking for a lot of AI, Embedded SW engineers, Augmented reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) engineers, and backend infrastructure engineers (to name a few). 5,000+ job openings on LinkedIn. I had a recruiter reach out to me from there not too long ago. They are moving into the next phase of social networking. They are bridging the gap between the human mind and machine. Their goal is to remove the middle-man, which would be our eyes and hands, and do more of a direct connection to our brain.

But why? Well, like I mentioned in a previous post, they want people to own nothing and be happy (as we all know is the plan). BUT…people like their creature comforts, big homes, fancy cars, sex with a hot model, etc. All that can be done in a Augmented and Virtual reality. All the while, the physical being can live in a box 50 stories up and only has to remove himself from the reality to go to the bathroom, eat, and sleep. I suspect they will even devise a method to allow someone to do that stuff while being connected. We really are moving toward the Matrix.

Get off these toxic social networks and don’t let your kids anywhere near them. They want to control the people, so they will continue to destroy all that is good to make our lives miserable. Many will be so depressed that they will embrace an AR/VR world.

Could the vaxx be the vehicle that allows the direct connection or at least the first step in the process?

That I haven’t figured out yet. Part of me is like yes there could be something in it that gives them a means to bridge the gap. I mean hell a high up at Moderna said the mRNA vaccines are “software updates for the body”. But then I think, maybe they are indirectly connected. The vaccines are just a means to get people to comply, so pushing stuff like AR/VR to people will be that much easier.

Personally I wouldn’t discount it out. I can only surmise that the first goal is to accustom the sheep to injectables on command. The second would be the delivery of nano’s engineered to facilitate the connections between the human nervous system and the machines. Maybe thats why there are more than a few serious neurological injuries. Just a thought…

Surprisingly this is not Facebook/Meta idea and to be honest they are just one of many that will implement it. DARPA came up with this concept years ago and actively spend billions of our tax dollars researching it. I imagine they use these big tech corporations to field their ideas. Answers the question as to how the government is involved with this. They very much are involved.

They don’t merely “use” big tech. They are instrumental in building these companies and then building them into monopolies. Google is probably the best example.

There is ample evidence that the graphene oxide particulates in the vax can interact with 5G cellular signals in both directions. The state of the art technology is 100 years beyond what the people understand. To the uninitiated, technology is indistinguishable from magic. The percentage of people that can even vaguely understand how things work that they are familiar with is only a percent or so.

I imagine there will be universal income but with mandated employment. The goods won’t produce themselves. Robots can’t build themselves. The machines will never be able to replace ALL of humanity.

The laws of thermodynamics prevent TPTB from actually using people as batteries — a la The Matrix. However, with the right connections (e.g. neuralink), they can put users’ brains to better use than the users ever did. Massive amounts of raw computing power and data storage capacity in the brain. Hell, maybe TPTB will even literally pay the users rent to “live” in their heads.

I’m a 67 yo white guy who has played video games exactly, never. I couldn’t be bothered. I considered them a complete waste of time, like watching men play with their balls on TV. Are modern, and more importantly META, video games the equivalent of Huxley’s Soma?

From an implementation standpoint pixels are a lot cheaper than atoms. So I can see why after the depopulation by way of the bioweapon injections, that Mr Global would want to create a REAL/VIRTUAL? MATRIX PRISON for the survivors while they are not slaving for their masters. The resources, hardware and the electricity to run this MATRIX seems to be an open problem.

There is the matter of maintaining the slaves, or do you just work/MATRIX them to death and call it a harvest?

Asimov wrote about this in his second robot series The Naked Sun...He eerily foretold the social distancing and metaverse where people only communicated via screens and couldn’t abide to be around one another.

“On the planet of Solaria, people don’t ‘see’ each other: ‘seeing’ is viewed as abnormal, even dirty, because it means coming into contact with other people’s breath, germs, and sweaty bodies. Instead, Solarians ‘view’ each other via screens, being in different buildings – or even different rooms in the same building – when they converse with each other. Inhabitants of Solaria quite literally cannot bear to be in the same room as each other, even their own spouses or children.”

My son got the go fund me VR headset oculus when it first was available. There was a couple very primitive ‘games’ demonstrating the 3d capabilities. Seeing it then it was obvious that it would be revolutionary as the tech improved and developers both soft and hardware go involved.

We bought an Oculus about 5 yrs ago after seeing how far they progressed after using my sons headset on a visit. Bought one because for me it was a way to stay engaged in the winters. Winters here for me are brutal, my pain levels go off the charts and my mobility gets hammered.

There are plenty of ‘games’, if called that, that you can do that are very physical. Like boxing, which WILL wear you out even if you are fit. There actually ARE a lot of benefits to the system. For example, you can load google earth and go street level to anywhere on Earth practically. You cannot interact with anything, yet, but you could probably go to the very place you visited and see the very same vehicles you saw in google earth, today.

I was using VR to fly WW1 crates and the realism is intense. The only things missing is the wind in your face and the smell of oil and gun powder. But I’m betting that too is being worked on. Tactile feedback gloves and suits are being developed so that you can feel and sense the virtual world.

The goal is to pull you into this fake world that will blur the lines between the real world and the fake. Its not being hidden. The attraction to do, quite literally, anything you can imagine in any imaginable world, with zero risk of physical injury, is huge. Guess which industry is also poring the most money into VR… porn.

I quit using the VR because I recognize several things. The data I’m supplying to fakebook will be used to develope weapons against me, and others. The dangers outweigh the benefits now and lastly I cannot justify saying no to my grandkids if I’m still using it.

My ‘home’ in the Oculus overlooks a mountain valley, one of many scenes you can choose from. You can have the solar system rotating in your front window/balcony complete with sound effects to imply a great burning sun or passing planet. You get ‘rewarded’ with stupid virtual toys or decorations for time spent IN the VR. Setting the stage for addictive re-enforcement to the virtual environment.

Its escapism, that is presented as utopian that will quickly enslave the person. Like shwab stated, you will own nothing and be happy about it… they mean it.

I have this imagination that I can use to put me in all kinds of places and situations. My imagination trumps anything that ‘they’ can put into games or movies or the teevee. My imagination allows me to fly, live in a beautiful grotto and stalk alligators. My imagination makes me seven feet tall and nimble. I never conflate my imagination with reality for therein lies danger.

In the metaverse, I’m going to be a late 50’s slightly overweight white guy who lives in the Upper Midwest, uses a snowblower, skates and skis poorly, eats ribs and drinks cheap vodka mixed with diet soda from Aldi. That seems to be the answer, but youth today are primed for this very thing. They’re lonely, confused, and without purpose (generally speaking)…they will try to find meaning in the metaverse.

The internet will morph into the metaverse over the next 5 years. Participation will probably be required for work, education, and social connection.

Want to own your own business? Probably will need to participate in the metaverse. Want access to anything educational? Probably will need to participate in the metaverse. Want to meet up with friends? You’ll have to meet up with them in the metaverse.
