Kyle Rittenhouse, Both Right and Righteous

Kyle Rittenhouse, Both Right and Righteous

And what were the motives and goals of Joseph Rosenbaum, the child rapist and ex-con, and Anthony Huber, who wielded the skateboard? What were they doing in Kenosha, if not helping to sustain a criminal riot to destroy property Rittenhouse had come to defend?

In judging the actions of Kyle Rittenhouse, set aside for the moment Wisconsin law under which he is being tried, and consider the natural law, the moral law, the higher law written on the human heart.

In terms of values demonstrated and the deeds done that night that Rittenhouse shot the three men who attacked him, who was on the righteous side?

Consider what Rittenhouse did that night of Aug. 25, 2020, and why.

Watching on television the nightly riots in Kenosha, Wisconsin, a town 20 miles from his home in Antioch, Illinois, that he knew well, Rittenhouse decided to go to Kenosha to protect property that embattled police had been unable to defend during the riots. For protection, he picked up the AR-15 that he kept in Kenosha.

Toward midnight, Rittenhouse was confronted by Joseph Rosenbaum, an ex-con twice his age. Rosenbaum threatened Rittenhouse, backed him into a corner and tried to grab the barrel of his rifle. When a shot rang out nearby, Rittenhouse shot four times within a single second.

When Rosenbaum fell, Rittenhouse took off running, looking for the police to turn himself in, with a mob in hot pursuit.

Out of that mob, an assailant hit him in the head, knocking his hat off. Rittenhouse fell on the street. Another rioter jumped, kicked and stomped his head on the concrete pavement. Another hit him in the head with a skateboard.

Another man confronted him with a loaded pistol and aimed it at Rittenhouse’s face from a few feet away.

Rittenhouse shot and killed Anthony Huber, who had hit him with the skateboard and was grabbing his gun barrel, and wounded the man holding the gun to his face. When Rittenhouse shot both men, he was still on the ground.

While Rittenhouse’s decision to go to Kenosha may have been unwise, it was also unselfish and, indeed, brave. He was risking his life in a riot to defend another man’s property and do his civic duty in a situation of lawlessness. He could have stayed home, as almost everyone in Kenosha did that night, while their city was burned and pillaged.

And what were the motives and goals of Joseph Rosenbaum, the child rapist and ex-con, and Anthony Huber, who wielded the skateboard?

What were they doing in Kenosha, if not helping to sustain a criminal riot to destroy property Rittenhouse had come to defend?

“Why was he there? I have no answer. I ask myself that question every day,” said Rosenbaum’s fiancee about that night.

Again, whatever one thinks of Rittenhouse’s entering a volatile situation, he emerges as one of the good guys. His actions were taken for commendable goals, whereas his assailants’ purposes were to engage in a criminal rampage and riot.

This is why Rittenhouse is being so fiercely defended. People sense that whatever he did, the 17-year-old went to Kenosha to do the right thing.

Those who believe the Black Lives Matter-antifa riots were justified are the ones who want Rittenhouse to spend the rest of his life in prison — for shooting rioters who were threatening and attacking him for interfering with their crimes.

Sensing Rittenhouse has the country behind him, media efforts have been mounted to find a racial element in Rittenhouse’s motivation. President Joe Biden implied that the Kenosha shootings were the work of white supremacists.

The president’s statement was as ignorant as it was malicious.

Rittenhouse is white. All three men he shot are white. His defense attorney and the prosecutor are white. The trial judge is white.

Only Rosenbaum is recorded as having used the N-word that night during what was billed as a BLM protest for racial justice.

Under Wisconsin law, the issue comes down to self-defense.

Did Rittenhouse fire his AR-15 because he believed, with reason, that he might suffer death or serious bodily harm if he did not?

Or did he provoke the rioters into attacking him so he could run up a body count, as the prosecution alleges?

Shooting the individual who put the loaded pistol in Rittenhouse’s face was surely self-defense. And, according to testimony, Rosenbaum and Huber both sought to grab the barrel of the AR-15 to pull it away, in which case Rittenhouse would have been at their mercy, and possibly dead.

The judge has expanded the range of charges of which Rittenhouse may be convicted, giving the jury a menu of lesser charges if they do not believe that Rittenhouse was guilty of “intentional homicide.”

The prosecution has described Rittenhouse as an “active shooter,” calling to mind the Las Vegas gunman who massacred dozens of people at a music concert by firing from his hotel room.

But a 17-year-old running from a mob and shooting while sitting on the ground and being attacked scarcely fits the description of an “active shooter.”

Kyle Rittenhouse used his rifle to protect someone else’s property and his own life. He was both righteous and in the right. They were in the wrong.

The righteous side? Please, Pat, you are better than that.

Righteous would not have traveled to a City and State where the perp did not reside, did not own property or a business and was not invited to “defend” the same.

Inserting oneself into a riot, creates an entirely different set of circumstances than simply “self-defense”.

Take off the blinders.

What’s your answer to a situation where convicted thugs are destroying a community and the cops stand down? I say good people must stand and fight. You?

Hey cupcake, where I live, if you walk up to kill a man you know is armed and he kills you, everybody says good riddance and the law will do nothing about it. By the way, what do you think about the 3 Jews he shot? I thought that set was supposed to be smarter than that.

What does their ethnicity have to do with anything? Rittenhouse acted in self-defense, but keep your antisemitism out of it. Judge them by their criminal records and their actions that night, not their (potential) ethnicity from their surnames.

Their ethnicity has everything to do with it. Wonder what the odds of Kyle happening to shoot 3 jews were?

About 1 in 300,000.

They are unbelievably disproportionately represented in anti-White anti-Western destructive social movements.

This is why what they are matters.

The world is minus 2 criminals, and a third will think twice before joining a criminal event. Shooting looters and rioters used to be common practice, it should be once again. To hell with BLM and Antifa and every damn liberal who supports them.

Except he was invited by the owners of Car Source. Multiple people testified as to this. His father and several other family members lives in Kenosha. He worked in Kenosha County. He lived with his mother just a few miles outside of Kenosha in Antioch, right on the Illinois-Wisconsin border, directly across the border from Kenosha County.

All the people who attacked Rittenhouse and were shot, all of them traveled further than he did to get to Kenosha.

Killing someone, even if justified in self-defense, even if you find out later was a monster, affects you. Rittenhouse had every right to defend himself, but he now suffers from PTSD from having to take two lives in order to get home safely. And on top of it all, he had to spend the last 15 months with the possibility of spending the rest of his life in prison hanging over his head.

I’m making a prediction. The prosecutorial misconduct has been over the top by any measure. The judge could and should have declared a mistrial WITH PREJUDICE on the prosecution’s questioning Kyle’s use of his 5th Amendment right IN FRONT OF THE JURY. This kid should be home with his mom now. Instead his life lay in the hands of a judge and jury terrified of the mob. Which brings me to my prediction.
If this kid is convicted of murder you’re going to start seeing real violence from Traditional America. People who are trained in tactics and can hit a target at 500 yards. If this kid is convicted America’s going to reap the whirlwind. I could be wrong but I honestly believe this is going to come to pass.

Mike,

I hope you’re right, but I think you underestimate the maleficence of the forces arrayed against decency. They captured all the random people who walked into the Capitol on Jan 6th and took a selfie. Admittedly DC is the most camera’d place in the country, but they have powerful technological tools to employ when they want to. When Antifa murders someone, they ignore it. If Traditional America takes an action, the entire NSA will be aimed at finding them. Anyone who thinks they have a confederate has a 50/50 chance it’s a glowie.

An acquittal by the jury was the best possible outcome. I think it is likely that had the jury delivered a guilty verdict, then the judge would have declared a mistrial or issued a directed verdict.

Archie…even if people agree with you, I don’t see that there’s a solution. The problem is too big.

There was a group in Denver who tried to protect the streets from these people in 2020 (much like Kyle), one was shot and killed, justice has not been served and probably never will be. The media slammed them as Proud Boys White Supremacists…they weren’t-just good citizens.

This was a strong group (ex-military) who I felt would never give up (I attended their meetings and stayed in their communications). Even they have now backed down. Now they hold prayer meetings.

In the 6th amendment to the Constitution the defendant has the right to a trial by an impartial jury .

When the media has vilified Kyle Rittenhouse, when the jurors can hear the chants outside the court house of those opposed to Rittenhouse ( and those for him), when the jurors have had their pictures taken and threatened with doxxing by people opposed to Rittenhouse;do you think the jury will be fair and impartial ? Nope…just like in the Floyd case the jurors knew if they found the cop innocent the city would burn with them as well most likely .

The problem that others never discuss is the fact that Christians are taught that the Jews are God’s chosen people .

Conveniently left out by the pastors is that none of the Jews are going to Heaven unless they accepted Jesus as their Savior .

As our church spends 15% of its total income on missionaries to the Jewish nation we are well aware NO ONE regardless of their heritage goes to heaven without complete faith in the shed blood of Jesus Christ for salvation. You are correct that most churches do not teach anything about the Jewish faith. God has put the Jews on the shelf as unusable for nearly 2000 years. When the great tribulation begins God will start to work with His chosen people again and bring them back to the purpose He had for them. I hate to agree but currently the Jews (who are Jews by blood only) seem to be behind a large share of the evil in the world. Come quickly, Lord Jesus!

And while you’re at it, look at who paid to place them in every college and seminary in the US and Britain in addition to distributing them in bulk for free to poor kids and told them to sell them door to door and told them they could keep all the money.
this assured them of making it the defacto authority on biblical commentary in the home and university.
This coincided with and was overshadowed by those same persons taking over the US money supply and banking system. Also hidden in the noise was Rockefellers takeover of the US medical system and the eventual displacement of Doctors taking the oath of Hypcrates by pharmacutical prostitutes.

Anonymous Conservative has another writeup; this time he offers his ideas on what to do.

There is only one answer if you get in the position Kyle is in now. Expose everything and make noise. If his lawyer had postulated they thought Kyle might have been set up, and they wanted everything to pursue that defense – FBI signal intercepts, FBI files on who was there and all the IDs of those present, who was an FBI informant on both sides, patriots and protesters, cell phone geolocation for everyone within 2,000 yards, Stingray data, video surveillance from vehicular and foot units, pole surveillance, locations of all covert civilian/informant-run observation posts in the area, and full listings of tech deployed in them, subpoena the utilities for what poles were under flags then send out TSCMs to strip the poles, and find out what is on them and who outfitted them, subpoena the FBI agents in the plane, all informants, demand all tech on the planes and deployed in the theater, all FBI-related texts and communications with informants on the ground, subpoena all other LE involved for everything, because somebody like the Marshals may have coincidentally gathered dirt on whatever other agency is working with the protesters, subpoena Onstar, subpoena rental car companies for rentals that were geolocated in that area and track the money back, subpoena wireless internet service providers, and find out, at all costs, who paid the contractor who shot this drone footage. That guy shut down his business because he was sloppy with tradecraft at some point, and was a potential avenue of exposure to whoever was paying the bills if the defense began subpoenaing. That is probably only a quarter of the stuff a trained intel operator would tell you is out there. I would not be surprised if FBI tapped an NSA keyhole satellite for overhead, starting days before the riots. Bring in Russian intel as consultants, because at the end of the day they would be the only people you could trust. Then start releasing it all online.

The judge has proven himself to be an idiot (at best, and a likely coward). Multiple occasions by the state of suborning perjury and Brady violations – providing tampered evidence to the defense. The entire internet saw that prosecutor Fatlock (aka Lunchbox) had two video-editing software programs on his laptop after he lied to the judge that he didn’t know anything about video editing. Kyle’s defense should have been immediately made aware of this and immediately asked the judge to seize Fatlock’s computer. Judge should have declared a mistrial with prejudice two days ago, but he’s a chickenshit afraid of getting a Molotov thrown through his window and having people say mean things about him on Twitter.

The only people who should be going to prison are Binger and Fatlock.

Not an idiot…he held the mistrial in his back pocket until the jury spoke, after that it wasn’t necessary. I sincerely doubt it would not have been granted. I even think Binger threw the case. A 5th Amendment violation has been the basis for mistrial many times. He would have known that.

“jewish bolsheviks and communists were rioting to destroy society and use race as a means to demonize White people.”

Yes, that is correct. I read some excerpts from a book written in the 1940’s to this effect. The jew, or Khazarian, who wrote it believed that the only thing left standing in their way was white people. He considered the whites to be primarily Christian. He either came up with, or else simply promoted, the concept of white fragility.
