Jordan Peterson says he spoke to a senior government adviser who told him Canada’s COVID restriction policies are completely driven by opinion polls and not science.
“In relation to the COVID restrictions, I talked to a senior adviser to one of the provincial governments a couple of weeks ago,” said Peterson.
“He told me flat out that the COVID policy here is driven by nothing but opinion polls related to the popularity of the government,” he added.
“No science, no endgame in sight, no real plan, and so what that means is that the part of the population that is most afraid of COVID,” are driving the policy.
Peterson pointed to figures that prove people vastly exaggerate the risk of being hospitalized by COVID due to relentless government fearmongering campaigns.
The author said he found the conversation “extremely disheartening” because he had hoped lockdown policies were “at least driven by something remotely resembling a scientifically informed plan.”
Peterson said the government adviser was “irate at what had been happening, enough to consider resigning.”
As we have previously highlighted, populations in virtually every major country believe COVID to be an exponentially greater threat than it actually is.
A poll in France showed that the average person thinks the infection to fatality ratio is over 16 per cent, when it is actually 0.1-0.3 per cent.
As we previously highlighted, a poll conducted in summer 2020 found that the average American believed 9 per cent of the population, around 30 million people, had died from coronavirus when the actual figure at the time was less than 155,000.
People in the U.S. also believed that 20% of Americans had caught coronavirus, 20 times higher than the number of confirmed cases.
In Sweden and the UK in particular, people also vastly overestimated the number of lives COVID-19 had claimed, with the average Brit thinking coronavirus had killed 100 times more people than the actual figure.
Governments scare the living hell out of citizens to elicit a fear reaction, then point to poll numbers calling for more lockdown measures in order to justify more lockdown measures.
It would be funny if it were not so sinisterly Machiavellian.

The thing that astounds me about propaganda is that it works on smart people. If it just worked on dopes it would be worthless.
Indeed. Propaganda like the plandemic is a long-con. The conman owns the mark not because his game is so smart but because his game targets the mark’s desires to be seen as smart. Good propaganda relies upon the targets own insecurity driving them toward higher status.
The “confidence” in a con resides in the mark not the con. In this case the ‘smart, morally right thing to do’ was a carrot in front of the donkey. To turn away from the carrot now is to have to admit to being conned AND to give up the accumulated social status. The doubling down will continue.

Will be interesting to see how many go for the boosters and how many conclude enough is enough. Anecdotally I know of several jab victims that will not get the boosters …. They realize they have been lied to. Perhaps this will be the genesis of a blowback with teeth.
A couple of doctors here in British Communista have filed complaints with the rcmp against the medical board against a number of politicals. They are asking for an investigation into 13 infant deaths, miscarriages from vaccine, and whether there is conflict of interests with these board members and the chief med official bonnie henry.
The rcmp will have no choice but to assign a detective to the case. Of course the rcmp will assign a good ol boy but one never knows, they might accidentally assign a detective thats not willing to be jabbed .
Lets hope, and pray, that this gathers some steam.
It was easy for me to see that the jab was a bad idea, the government was involved. The same people are telling us that inflation is a good thing.
Don’t you know inflation is transitory? After gasoline gets to $100 dollars a gallon it will slowly slide back to where it was, $70 a gallon. I’m from the government and I’m here to help.
I’ve no doubt our government is not basing the continued lockdowns, mask mandates and forced segregation of those who choose not to publicly disclose their medical information on anything backed by science and nearly 2 years of real world data. This is about the great reset and forcing previously free people into worldwide serfdom by forcing digital ID on everyone, and soon after we will be subject to social credit scores and endless government control and surveillance of every aspect of our lives.
I can only pray these tyrant’s best laid plans for our fate will be thwarted. I take heart that our leaders are mostly incompetent, arrogant people who’ve have few successes in real life beyond getting elected so their prospects of pulling off this scheme are slim.

I can’t figure out who is the bigger moron, the author of this article or Jordan Peterson. I knew that 99% of covid information was BS after the first week in February 2020. They made a movie about it, Plandemic, well over a year ago.
It does appear they’re both fighting for the prize.
