A Finnish man who was shocked by the cost of a battery replacement for his Tesla Model S decided that blowing up his electric car [with 60 pounds of dynamite] with an Elon Musk dummy inside would be a more suitable solution. Hilarious. [The explosion is at the 5:50 mark.)

Brilliant – thanks Stucky – more of this needed.
He bought a 2013 Tesla and didn’t think it would need batteries? or look into how much they would cost. so he is a dumbass. The explosion looked cool though. I hope the batteries were removed beforehand. I imagine an alternative set could have been created. The electric motor would have been worth a lot.
they removed the batteries and motor before blowing the car up. They basically blew up the shell of the car…
Looks like a head exploding over the JQ.
Sounds like something an Okie from Muskogee might do. Wonder if any such are attracted by Elon’s Musk? Seems unlikely.
Started watching the docu version of Grisham’s one non-fiction book, The Innocent Man. Ada, OK. Debra Carter is brutally raped, murdered, in her own home, ‘82. Denice Haraway abducted/disappeared, ’84. Two pairs of men convicted – railroaded – in each crime. One man was 5 days away from execution before the story started to turn. All the men spent many years in prison (some may still be in prison, haven’t finished watching yet). DNA methods not available back in the day exonerated. But…bad cops, bad prosecuter, hellbent on pinning & closing cases. And a guy named Glen Gore eventually convicted (in the Carter rape/murder); Gore’s a big name in OK (but apparently no relation, or not closely related, to *those* Gores), & this one seemed to have been shielded “by the system.” Supposedly OK is #2 in America (& so in the world) for incarceration rates.
The criminal justice system in America has always been just this OK…Corral…Tombstone…set-up…
…& Musky carbon credit schemer Elon knows all about it.
did you guys see where elon musk won time magazine’s person (no longer man of the year) of the year?
More money than brains.
He could have parted out the car and probably made out.
Currently, Tesla parts are almost impossible to come by in the US.
I don’t imagine Finland or EU is in much better shape.
Body panels are especially hard to source for accident damage repair.
Entertaining, nonetheless.
This is the problem with too much tech, software, chips, and sensors. You will never really own it. I call it “ownership by subscription” there will be continual recalls, upgrades etc. Good luck
Steve Buscemi has a shitload of cleanup to do…
